They took 3 days just to diagnose what’s wrong with my car and when I didn’t want any services from them anymore, they charged me $50 as a diagnostic fee which I wasn’t made aware of earlier. Their one of the mechanic, Destin, is very rude and certainly don’t know how to deal with customers. DON’T USE THEIR SERVICES PEOPLE!!!

These guys took care of my engine issue last Saturday with same day service (replaced valve timing solenoid). I am from WV and lucked up by finding them online and giving them a shot. Thank God they were professional, friendly, and efficient. 5 stars, no doubt. Much appreciated.

They wanted to charge nearly $40 for a diagnostic check— you can have that done for free at any autozone.

These folks are great...first time there they installed a drive belt on my Nissan at a very reasonable price.Second time there I brought in my older Honda because of hard starting or not starting(turns out the fuel treatment I gave it must have fixed the problem)..anyway, they spent quite a bit of time on it. Road tests,diagnostic test,lifted and inspected, checked all fuel related components...since the fuel treatment fixed it, they couldnt find anything wrong. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need like most small repair shops do.Best thing was they didnt charge me a dime!! Ill definitely come back to them if I ever need a repair!

Jeff and his crew are absolutely the best. You Save has been my go to for over two years now. Case in point, SATURDAY morning... 07/20/2019, 95 degrees out and my battery light went on. Jeff was on vacation and they had 2 mechanics on hand. They told me to come right in, I might have to wait but at least they could see me. After an initial test of the battery they suggested I go have it checked where I bought it (since it was under warranty). After a load test and diagnostic at other place, they both agreed that it was the alternator. While I was at other place You Save checked my file and noticed my alternator was also under warranty and they ordered a replacement while I was at the other place. When I got back, the waiting area was full and the 2 mechanics on duty were very busy. They called in another employee (on his day off) and he came in to swap out my alternator. TOTALLY ABOVE AND BEYOND regular service. Oh... and the garage AND waiting area are air conditioned!

Brought my car here to have a 02 sensor put on that caused my check engine light to come on. 2 days later the light came back on.. Come to find out after i took it to another shop , THIS shop didnt even plug in the sensor correctly. I will NEVER use this shop again. I found a shop that actually knows what their doing...

These guys are great! Have had them service my work vehicle 2 times now and each time has been a great experience! Honest Technicians(Jeremy), helpful counter lady(Tiffany)! My windshield washer fluid wasnt working. They told me it was a fuse. Proving they have morals and integrity. Wouldve been easy for them to sell me a windshield washer fluid pump like many other crooked auto shops may have done! Also, they fit me in on a day that they were down 2 techs! Thanks guys! My Toyota Camry still has same breakdowns after repair. They could not find the real issue and fix it.

Just got my car today from being repaired at this shop and I was stunned with the work they did. My car looks brand-new like its never been in an accident. It actually runs better than it did before. Im surprised of the quality of the work theyve done on my car considering that I opted in for a cheaper option using used parts. Absolutely great work for a seriously good price - the quote they gave me was about 50% cheaper than any other shop I called around. I was so excited I couldnt wait to come home and leave this positive feedback for them today. Highly recommended.

I dont know who Bill Bill is but I have a hard time believing his review. Jeff is an honest guy, who has taken care of our vehicles for many years. We have never had anything but professional, honest, courteous, and efficient service. I can recommend Jeff &his team highly and without reservation.

We came into town for a volleyball tournament and our bearing went out on one of our wheels. We called and told Jeff what happened and that we were from out of town. He worked us in and fixed it up so we could safely get home.Thank you!

Took my wifes car quickly, competed the repairs within a day at $100 under the estimate. Its a small, local shop, so dont expect a waiting area with all the amenities, but if youre looking for fast, friendly, and affordable, this place gets a strong recommendation.

They didnt fix anything on my vehicle. I still had to pay $300+ dollars. My vehicle went in for radiator issues and broke down 27 miles away from the repair shop. The problem was, wait for it, a blown radiator. Dont take your vehicle here.

Took my car in to find out what was making my car overheat they try to charge me 454$ for a half an hour worth of work then when i get my car back the chrome grill on my black lincoln ls is cracked in the front and has white paint transfer on my car the grill is so cracked that it definitely needs replaced do not bring your car hear unless you want to get ripped off or get your car back damaged
