This towing company answered quickly and came to where I was at very quick. They had a great price but I do recommend having cash on you because there is a fee you have to pay to use a card. I recommend them to anyone who needs one

There was no dilly dallying. They were on it with great professionalism in their craft and communication. The driver was courteous enough to drive me up and down the road for gas. They do offer gas in a jug if they’ve got it, but the only reason why that is shaky is because they’ve had problems with people being shady enough to not pay them back. Overall I can thank them with my full heart for helping me out of my situation. There was no discrepancies.

This is the best Towing company in the whole city. Specially the driver John who was very nice and got there very fast; less than 20 minutes. If i need this service in the future i will mot doubt calling this same company and asking for the same driver. Overall, extremely happy.

The man was very rude and unprofessional. He left my bf and I on the side of the road. Told us we had to find our own ride after we sat there for 5 hrs for my insurance company to find a tow truck. Cars flying past us and no where to go. I jope this place goes out of business. Noe my axle is broke on my car. It was fine before the tow.

We were rescued by Derrick. I can not say enough about how great this man was. They told us an hour and he was there in like 30 minutes. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. We got the truck towed and I really hope if we ever should need this again I hope we get Derrick but my guess is if he is that great then that is what all of the people that work there are like. I have never been so satisfied with a service as I was today.

Jon was my tow driver, he arrived to my vehicle in less than 30 minutes on a rainy Sunday evening. He was not only courteous to me, but extremely careful with my AWD BMW 330Xi. Need I say his name? Well, I must! His name is John. He is one of the most polite and friendly individuals I’ve met in the Northern area. He’s very considerate and works with a sense of urgency. I was quoted 55 minutes by my dispatch from AT&T. John called before arrival to confirm location and was at my vehicle within 15 minutes of the dispatch call. I had already waited 3 hrs for Kentucky Auto Service just for them to stand me up. John dropped my vehicle off at my home, called me back to confirm drop off location, time, and even doubled parked me for my mechanic to have easy access. Hands down the best towing experience I’ve ever had. It sounds weird to say since you only need a tow when you’re having a bad day, but they were so wonderful! We had a different tow company cancel our service without telling us or our insurance, so we had already waited 4 hours in the cold. As soon as Justice Towing accepted the service, they communicated with us, updated their location with my insurance (State Farm) so we could have an up to date ETA, and they were there so quickly! I am so thankful for their help!

We have going to Justice Auto Service for a couple of years now for all of our vehicle needs. Roger is professional, personable and easy to work with. He is always quick to diagnose and fix our vehicle issues. Tonight was the first night that I have had to use their towing service. Our driver John was prompt , professional, and personable. He arrived in 12 minutes. We started with no traffice and ended up dealing with work traffic in our neighborhood as well as an on coming ambulance. I have never seen anyone manuver an tow truck as quickly and safely as John did this evening. He worked quick without impeding the traffic. Thank you both for your time and service. Jon from Justice Towing came to Auto Zone to tow my car. He was WONDERFUL! He showed up 45 minutes before I was quoted, kept in constant contact with me, and let me know exactly what he was doing while he was loading up my car. He was nice enough to handle getting my car and key to the shop, because I was late for a rare family dinner. My cell phone died at Auto Zone, but Jon left me a follow up voicemail after he dropped my car off at the shop, verified that it was there and the key was in the drop box. Because he Jon came to get my car on a Sunday, I was able to able to get my car fixed and back in my possession by lunch time on Monday! John the tow truck worker was very nice. I was very impressed with everything he did. He made my day 100 times easier and run smoother. He even helped me open the garage door that I couldn’t figure out. He wouldn’t take my tip. That warmed my heart. I am super grateful for all his help today.

Called 3 other tow companies before Justice and they all only had one tow truck and none available. Justice was on top of it and Jon the flat bed driver was quick to arrive and get our vehicle loaded and on its way. He gave us a lot of helpful info also to help get our car looked at to get it running. Would recommend Justice towing to anybody that needs help.

I called Allstate roadside assistance and they hooked me up with Justice Towing and Jon called immediately to let me know his ETA and even called me when he as 5 minutes out as I requested.He was very professional and patient with me as I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car. He quickly jumpstarted it and towed it to the location I wanted. My insurance company had called another service first. I waited in a supermarket parking lot for nearly an hour and a half in 30 degree weather. I was freezing. I called them and they said it would be yet ANOTHER hour.I got my insurance company to call another company and they called Justice. Jon called me immediately and said he would be there in ten minutes. He was very nice and reassuring on the phone. And he was there in ten minutes! He was an angel. He was a saint. He was a gentleman and a scholar. He got the car started right away. He couldn’t have been nicer, and was very professional. After that first experience, I was certainly lucky to get Jon.

Super professional and fast getting here! Jon was very kind and even did me a favor in pointing out that I may need some new tires as he’d spotted that my back two tires were starting to rot and one had a nail in it as well! Jon was the driver who responded for my tow and he was absolutely awesome. Jon was friendly and professional. Professionalism in this business means ALOT to me, as I am a woman who has grown up in the automotive industry., and yes even now in 2020 have had issues with men being condescending to females. Jon went above and beyond prepping my 2006 Mini Cooper. He took extra care when loading it onto his flatbed by placing wooden blocks at the base on the flatbed so my Mini wasnt damaged because it sits so low to the ground. And yes when unloading my Mini he again placed the wooden blocks down so there wasnt any unnecessary damage. It took a bit longer for him to do this, but I didnt mind at all. It shows that he cares about his customers enough to take a couple minutes longer to do things the right way. I made sure I got a business card so 1 I could post a review and 2 most importantly I can keep the information on me in case I need help in the future. And I will spread the word about my great experience and will only use and recommend Justice Auto Service & Towing! You have now 3 lifetime customers!!! THANK YOU!!!!

I am so happy I chose Justice Auto Service to have my car towed. Its never a good day when you need to call a towing company but Jon was so nice and friendly when he arrived that it certainly helped take away the sting of not being able to start my car! And my car was in the garage so not the easiest place to get it out from but Jon didnt show any concern and got it hooked right up. The shop we had him dropping it off at was closed and he took care of taking the keys and putting them in the overnight dropbox which was greatly appreciated! Hopefully its a long time before I need a car towed again but if I do, I know exactly who Im calling! Thank you for the great service.

Roger is truly one of a kind, he cares FAR more for helping people than he does about putting a dollar in his pocket. He came to our rescue at the end of his day and at a significantly less price than any of the other tow truck places around. He was chatty and friendly and turned our awful situation into a much more bearable experience. I hope I dont need to be towed again any time soon but you can bet if and when I do, Im calling Justice. Dont waste your time or money calling anybody else.
