Their name should be classic bait and switch. Wrote an estimate and said we dont like to accept cash because cost could go up and we like to deal with insurance companies because they dont question us. I have no problem if there is unforseen damage that was not on the estimate but I will not be price gouged. Not to mention they didnt even honor the appointment time and date that they gave me. I see why the keep changing their name so people cant keep up with this con artist company.

Highly recommend, I accidentally hit my daughter car and when her car was brought into Classic Collision the overall customer service from start to finish was amazing.You all are amazing professional kind and what we paid to repair the damage was very reasonable. I visited yesterday. The repairman seem to be knowledgeable about what repair is needed. He told me that he would try to find the part needed and call me later yesterday or by today. I called back before they closed yesterday and today. So far, I havent been able to talk to him because hes busy and the other representatives cant answer my question whether or not the part was found. It may be hard to find the part or they cant find it this quick. Im not going to give a bad rating yet because of that but I would like the manager to let me know something either way. I can make a decision to do something else if he cant get the job done.

The best collision shop Ive ever experienced. The staff was super friendly. Bill took care of me even after having to go back over some mistakes that I made. This is where I will be going if God forbid I ever have to go back again.

Would 100% recommend this place. I believe its had a recent ownership change and they were so professional, fast service, checked-in with me frequently, finished the job earlier than scheduled, and took care of me all around and the car looks like new. Michelle really took care of me at the front desk. Ill be coming back here if I ever need work again.

I took my vehicle to this facility to be inspected as a result of my car being hit hard in the rear. Initially, Beth stated they would inspect the rear door because there could be possible internal damage. Once inspected she insinuated that I should have had the driver who caused the accident pay for my damaged tire cover which covered the rear tire. I felt her comment to be very insensitive because it appeared she was accusing me of filing a nuisance insurance claim. Hence, I could not determine if the door was damaged behind the rear tire or not, which is why I consulted their expertise. Very poor advice.

This place will leave sand marks and trash in your paint, very poor workmanship. I am not trying to exaurate or be funny but Ive seen things painted with rattle cans from Walmart that look better than the paint I paid 8k for. On top of the poor work they did, they scratched my tint, both my front wheels, and put a huge stain in my front seat. Bottom line is these people DO NOT CARE about their customers, they are crooks. This is probably the only real review on this place

Had to get my car worked on because of an accident. They worked with my insurance company through the whole process. Getting my car fixed was super fast and they cleaned it before giving it back to me. They were absolutely professional and friendly throughout the process and kept me updated. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

My car had a broken windshield and minor body damage from a tree branch falling on it. The repairs were completed on time and my car looks brand new! Their customer service was awesome and on top of everything, they thoroughly washed the outside and detailed the inside of my car! It looks like I just drove it off the lot. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend this place!

My car windshield and roof were damaged on my VW Jetta. Not a fancy car, but it gets me around. Elite treated me like they were fixing a Mercedes for me! Car was ready when they said it would be, and they called to have my rental car picked up as well! Great service, great point of service communication, and beautiful job fixing my car!

I took my car to elite collision in Covington GA on November 22nd and got back December 13. It was the worse experience I have had with a garage in my 30 years of driving. They lied to me several times about my car. The customer service department were not on the same page. One person telling me my car is ready to pick up and another telling me it’s not. I was involved in a minor accident and took my car to get repaired basically 2 scratches on driver side. They told me if I drop my car off on Monday it would be ready on Friday. 19 days later I finally received my car. I was lie about it be ready and not ready. I was lied to about my car being in paint and will be done by end of day when my car never was in paint. I was lied to and told my car was being test drive and it was not. I was lied about being called back and I never was. The only information I got from them is when I called. They promised me every time they would call back and never got a call back. I would never do business or recommend them for any car repair. I do not ever get on websites and write reviews good or bad but I did this one and the reason I am is because all the lies I was told. If they would of called and told the truth about my car I would not be on here writing a review today.

Believe me I was not an easy customer to deal with but Nick was very personal. There were many problems that I created for them that they helped me out with. I chose a new bumper and it got in after a long wait from the factory, then I changed my mind after Elite had already mounted it. But still they helped me pick a new bumper and mounted it. They also painted my tail gate and rear quarter panel and blended it so well I cant even tell at all. Great people great work.

Just picked up my truck, Nick Daniels the manager was so professional in the way he treated me. I got home and checked everything out, I am a mechanic and know my way around an automobile, I could not find anything that said my truck had been wrecked. When my accident happened I was so wrapped up in insurance issues (since aa uninsured driver hit me) that I was worried I wouldnt ever get my car back. The manager Nick and his team assured me they would help any way they could and they did. They handled talking to the insurance lawyers and I did the even have to worry about it!
