These guys are fantastic. There was a minor technical problem with a product I purchased. They did not have a fix. Instead of telling me to either use it the way it is, or that I needed to ship it back to get a refund, they just refunded the full purchase price and told me to keep the item.How many other companies would do that for an item that costs $50 plus shipping? They obviously are great to deal with and I recommend them completely.

I called and ordered a small vise from Nelson. He was incredible. He took the time to help me figure my order and had it on will call for me for the following Monday. The shop is wholesale shop and looks as one. Not very neat but does not matter to me. I could see that Nelson was very busy that afternoon and passed closing time. He stayed and got my order plus a last minute item. Very happy with product (Chinese mid quality, good price) and great customer service.

Nelson is the man, patient, informative, friendly attitude. He always hooks it up with the discounts and appreciated my return business, the rest of the staff is helpful as well. Thanks guys keep up the good work. My only issue is they dont answer the phone during business hours sometimes.

Go check out HFS. Their customer service is great, they were quick to respond to my questions, and when I placed my order it was shipped same day. I would recommend giving them a call.

Not good been a week and they have not shipped my order out production is stopped while I am waiting on these people. a tracking number was assigned then nothing for a full week. not happy recommend you shop somewhere else unless you love dealing with problems and incompetence go elsewhere to get your goodies dunno who these people are but it was a mistake shopping with them and I wish I never had and never will again
