The lady sales associate was very helpful and had patience with me as my kids were very undecided I thanked her very much for her help

The manager on duty at the time of purchase was unprofessional and rude. A young black, slim man wearing glasses because of him we will not purchase from that footlocker again.

This footlocker has horrible customer service. A bunch of kids working there. Ordered a pair of shoes online to be sent to the store called them at 12pm when they opened to see if my order was ready they couldnt find it told me to call back at 1pm since they had just opened. Called back at 1 still couldnt find it told me to call back at 2. Called back they like the manager said come at 4:30 they were going to locate my order. Went to the store got there at 4:22 pm 4 people in line ahead of me and the young girl at the door said they were closing at 4:30. But they were only letting 2people in the store at a time but it was 7 of them in there. I asked for the manager but they said he was ringing people up. Finally Got in the store they never found my order so I had to repurchase the shoes. I will never shop at this footlocker. They need to teach there young employees how to treat paying customers!

In and out, found what I needed quickly. All of the associates were nice and friendly.

Outstanding service! Two big thumbs way! up! the manager and the crew were extremely helpful and understanding. They wouldnt stop until they found the right shoe, the right color, and the right comfort and I was happy with the way it looked and felt. I dont know any Footlocker that Ive ever been to and had this much of a great experience. I cannot thank them enough for helping me find exactly what I need. I left the store feeling like a new man. Thany you guys very much.

Terrible service. Doorman was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. His excuse was the 10 person limit per stated policy on the window and Covid19. Staff were unhelpful and became defensive when questioned about items on display. Very unhelpful and unprofessional staff overall.

I felled inclined to write this review after my recent visit into the footlocker location in country club hills! Tiffany was the young lady that helped me and she was excellently awesome! I was immediately greeted upon walking into the store by her and I felt as if I was in a very inviting place. I dont know much about gym shoes but it didnt matter because Tiffany was highly educated in the subject matter. I let her know what I believed I was looking for and let her know what I would be using the shoes for, from there she took over going on and on educating me on the benefits of each shoe and then we began the try on process. Tiffany made the try on process an enjoyable one I was learning and getting pampered with comfort at the same time. Tiffany introduced me to an item she called her life supporting partner and best friend Spenco. Spenco is an insole that she placed in my shoes that took greatness to extraordinary greatness. At the end of the day I spent an amount I was comfortable with because I felt cared about not hustled for commission or competition. I suggest Tiffany begins a training program because she is ideal. I will be back soon!!!!!

Possibly the worst shoe related in store experience ever. To the point where Im deciding on boycotting all footlockers and I buy 2-3 pairs of shoes a month on average. I cant describe adequately how bad the service and management was just hours ago. If theyre not affiliated, Im going to finish line or champs for this purchase now.

Didnt know that this footlocker was even there but I must say, it is a small location but the do have some heat in there.

Make sure you check your shoes before you leave the store. I got my son some Jordans and they gave me the wrong shoe. I came back and his size was sold out. 🙄
