Good equipment selection and pricing. Delivery was disappointing. Was supposed to deliver on 11/1. Thats what was agreed 2 months ago..Called a few days before delivery to verify and was told they would try to get it out sometime that week. Unfortunately we needed 11/1 specifically so we could offload the rest of our equipment. Was told they would meet Friday 10/29 and discuss.I reached out on 11/1 for an update (since they didnt call me as promised). It did not ship yet and they would do what they could to get it out this week. Meanwhile I have no lift and equipment arriving tomorrow.

We bought Toyota 8FBCU30 from Midwest Equipment LC. It was a great experience to work with Bruce. The forklift after refurbish came with new tires, a good battery and painted like a brand new forklift. I also want to mention Emily as her prompt replies and help were very useful. Customer service was great! Pricing was great, I researched forklifts for about 6 months before deciding on this one. The only issue I had was the brakes were too loose had to be adjusted and the back-up alarm did not work had to pay to get that fixed as well. But over all good experience!

Great customer service during the used equipment identification and purchasing stage, and the forklift we bought runs great for its age. Only reason I couldnt give a 5 star review is the hard time I had getting an actual delivery date; it seems like the people you talk to on the phone may not know exactly whats happening with equipment in the shop.

The price was very good for the quality of fork lift that we purchased. It was very clean looking and functions perfectly. It also has more features than we were expecting. The delivery for the machine we purchased fell behind so we were provided the same exact type of machine that was readily available which was newer and had fewer hours.

Our company, Steel Tank and Fabricating Corp., had been looking for a 30,000 lb. capacity forklift for several months before hearing about one available at Midwestern Equipment. I looked into the details of the forklift and thought it was a good fit for our needs with a good price and then spoke to the salesperson, Bruce Johnstone. He was very easy to deal with and we made a deal right away. Bruce set up delivery and soon afterwards, the forklift arrived. Upon inspecting it, I discovered that the front tires were severely cracked on the inside side wall. A few days later, Bruce called me and asked me what I thought of the forklift. I told him, overall, it was great but the front tires were in really bad shape. He said that he was unaware of this and asked me to give him a few days to see if he could come up with a solution. A few days later he called and said he had found a set of new tires and shipped them to me free of charge. Needless to say, I was astonished at this action! The tires arrived today and they look great! We have bought a couple of lifts from Brad (on different occasions) for our company. Everything went smooth and they even made and put a new back rest on one of the mast that we were needing. We also had a minor issue with one of the chargers that was sent, but Brad made everything right with it in the end. We had no problems during the sales transactions and the lifts were delivered when promised. We will definitely use this company again in the future when we need another lift.

We had a great buying experience. We purchased a used forklift, and it had a couple of issues, but Brad and his manager were quick to jump in and get the issues resolved in a timely fashion, at no cost or downtime to us. Emily is awesome and is great at handling the logistics.

We payed for a forklift that was promised to be delivered the following Thursday. They moved it to Friday and then Monday. Pushed it back with excuse after excuse. We are two weeks past and still have no forklift. Buy from somewhere else not these clowns
