Absolutely love this place! They are very helpful and informative of what you may need for your pool or spa. The products that they sell WORK! I wasted lots of money buying products from Walmart and other stores. At first I thought it was expensive but in the long run I had saved money and had products that worked at keeping my pool clean and clear. Definitely have a loyal customer here.

Just got my new Clearwater Starlight 8L hot tub and I’m obsessed with it! Getting it into my backyard was no easy task but the guys from Aqua Palace had the experience to get it done right. They were flexible and awesome dealing with placement and orientation decisions, and stayed late into eve to ensure everything was setup and working properly. I was able to use it the first night.From idea to purchase to install was about 10 days, allowing time for me to get a 240V electrical outlet installed in the location before delivery. And Nick also fixed a leaky outdoor hose faucet in the process of setup because he didn’t want me to have water everywhere each time i fill it, something I had dealt with since I bought the house!That was amazing customer service!Besides all that, I got a great deal. I’m so glad I went with Aqua Palace and their awesome and knowledgeable crew!

Aqua Palace did a great job from sale through delivery. They listened to us to help us figure out which hot tub would meet our needs and budget. They delivered and fully set up the tub and had to troubleshoot and replace a faulty part. We are looking forward to continuing work with them for any maintenance needs in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Went into the store with very low expectations of finding anything that day. Upon entering we were made to feel at home. All of our questions were answered with knowledge and excellent customer service. Upon purchasing the hot tub the waiting game began and to our surprise it came months early. Our delivery technician was awesome with knowledge and advice. He answered all our questions, listen to what our wants were and taking all the time necessary to meet them. All around a very positive experience.

All they want to do is sell you chemicals, not worried about pool. plus charge for testing which other pool stores dontPools plus dont, nor dose LesliesThey had my pool so messed up I had to drain it ,to resolve problems.Stay away if possible.GO TO POOLS PLUS, OFF BROADWAY..When I first came to you guys I could still see the bottom of pool I had an iron issue, you had me treat it for phosphate which clouded the water,no longer could see bottom of pool .The on second visit, had me put 8 bags of shock,Wrong thing to do..Which that kind of advice you should be out of business..You were only wanting to sell me 205 dollars of chems to waste, thanks but no thanks again...POOL PLUS..JUST TO LET YOU KNOW FOLLOWED YOUR INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER.

We live in Omaha and after shopping around few stores in Omaha for new hot tub we decided to make the short drive to CB and check out Aqua palace because we wanted to learn more about the Marquis brand hot tubs since my father in law has one and they love it.Friendly staff member greeted us and went through what seemed like 1000 different hot tubs Marquis offers! Everything initially seemed bit overwhelming with hot tubs in general, but Scott was able to come over and help us. He was patient (at the end of the day!) and helped to educate us about hot tubs and understand the maintenance of them. He also helped narrow it down to exactly the one that fit our bodies and our needs best.Once tub arrived they called us and arranged installation. Tub was installed, filled and they were big big help teaching us about the maintenance.Their tech support is amazingly awesome and respond very quickly to text messages.Highly recommend making the drive to aqua palace before you commit to buying anywhere else.

Look Folks!! If you live in the Council Bluffs area and are shopping for a hot tub just stop! This place is the where to purchase a hot tub. They are local, they are family owned, they know what they sell, they service what the sell and they have parts for what they sell. Just think about this.. Its Jan 10th and its 30below zero with 30mph wind and your hot tub stops. You want a dealer that is close and has parts that can come right out and get it going again for ya. This place will do that. Not some wild China dealer in West Omaha. We purchased a new hot tub from them in the fall of 2020. We did not care what it cost because we knew we wanted the service and support from a family owned business. Could not be more happy with our purchase from Aqua Palace Spa and Pool..

We had a great experience they are 2nd to none when it comes to customer service and knowledge. They have a great selection and great prices on their chemicals and replacement parts. They were the only store in the area that had the parts we needed for our sand filter and 65 dollars cheaper than all their competitors. It’s a further drive for us to go there but they have earned our business we will definitely be back. Thanks again for all your help and advice.

Delivery was made as soon as we had the power wired for tub. Really like the chemical kit they offer. They get you all set up so you are good for several months. Delivery tech gave a good run down on all the chemicals and what each one does

When buying this type of equipment a person can be a little apprehensive due to the cost. Throughout my interactions with Aqua Palace I’ve always been treated great. I have always had my questions answered. The staff is very knowledgeable and are willing to listen to what your needs are and then direct you to the proper model to consider. I would recommend Aqua Palace to anyone that is in the market for a sauna, pool or hot tub.

We bought a Splash A-Round 14 x 22’ rectangle pool earlier this summer and we are so pleased with the customer service we have received from Aqua Palace. The instructions for the pool are not the easiest to follow but we were able to put it up ourselves. Once filled Aqua Palace staff helped us get the water chemicals just right and were always so helpful.

Customer service was great, they went out of there way to get our spa here and running. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had such a positive experience purchasing our hot tub at the Aqua Palace. Jason took the time to explain all our options to make sure we purchased the right hot tub. He is very knowledgeable and his years of experience shows.On the day of the installation he came over and assisted his crew getting the hot tub set and he then returned later to further explain how to take care of the water and answer any further questions.His installation crew were also excellent and very professional. I bought a very expensive above ground pool from this place. A Splash Super Pool. I paid extra for the professional installation. On one seriously blistering hot summer day, their 2 man crew showed up with trucks and equipment, a bobcat and a dump truck load of pea gravel. They used surveyors equipment to prep my yard for this pool to make sure it was perfectly level. Lined the pad with gravel and then lined the gravel with 2 thick Styrofoam. It has now been over thirteen years since I bought this pool. Just last week I had a gutter contractor out to do some work for me. He complimented me on the near-perfect shape of my pool after all these years! The morale of this story is - if you want a pool that is going to outlast your kids, this business WILL deliver! They have stood behind their product every step of the way and coached me through the first couple of years where I made some serious mistakes. They had my back. Good people. GREAT company. EXCELLENT product!

Friendly sales staff, they treat you like a friend. I had a pump issue and with no questions ask they replaced it with a new one. I was in and out within minutes.

That staff at Aqua Palace is amazing. They truly care about your satisfaction with their products. We had bought a spa and after a few months were having some serious issues with it. They provided several suggestions and worked with the dealer, eventually leading to a full replacement due to it being faulty. Not all dealers would do this and instead make you deal with the manufacturer directly. These guys care. They recognize me every time I come in and remember the products that I need each time I come it. I would highly recommend Aqua Palace to anyone looking at installing a pool or spa.

I needed help with my hot tub (which I regretfully didnt purchase from Aqua Palace - shame on me!) They were so kind to help me out, even when I didnt purchase my hot tub from them. I looked at their Marquis Spas and I know they are a fantastic manufacture, but I went cheap and bought a lower quality (and price) spa and I regret it every day. So thankful for their kindness though - I will be a customer for life & I WILL purchase my next spa from them, no questions!

An associate at Aqua Palace sold my mom the wrong part ($500) and they only offer store credit as their return policy. The owner, Scott, told me had it been in the box they could have returned it. They took it out of the box when they put it into my moms car. I called the store about returning the un-used sand filter 1 week after purchase and it took them 1 1/2 weeks (and 4 phone calls later) to find out what they would only issue store credit. Now my mom has to spend $500 dollars with this company before she can go to another store for future pool supplies.........Dont buy from this store!!!
