Not very busy. We were able to find everything in the add that we wanted and plus some. A few things that were in the add didnt match up in the store though but we still got them. We were able to get in and out pretty quickly.

The fry Chechen was no good.Saddlel ckeek store is the best.

Was, in your Market on April 24th. Went, too the Deli You have a lady working in deli department, very rude. She, raise her voice to me. She ask me what I wanted and I told her a large spring salad. As I told her this she rolled her eyes to another elady working in deli. I cant believe that someone could treat a customer so bad. and I shop in your market all the time. needless to say I wont come back. do not not know her name. But the . management better have a talk with her.

Store is becoming a lot cleaner. Still lacking products to choose from. Such as pork shoulder and too small of a gluten free option of good brands that are worth purchasing. As well as the gluten free bread is priced double that other stores like super saver

No wonder this store is getting almost NO business. Its pricey and with horrendous service.

Friendly associates. Bought their chicken special last week: fresh deli fried chicken and cooked roaster chicken (buy 2 get for $5 each).Fried chicken tasted like they changed the recipe or not using as much spice...bland and a little soggy with fresh batch. Roaster chicken was ok.

This is the best store ever. With the yes savings card they offer you really save a lot. They also have the best fried chicken just like the old no frills had.

EXCELLENT FRIED CHICKEN IN THE DELI.

Make sure you check the dates on the products you buy from here. The past few times I have shopped I have found things still being sold on the shelves that were past their expiration date. One time it was Land of Lakes lunch meat. There have been canned food as well. We went to the store today 04/13/19 and I didnt look at the date on the pork gravy and I just went to make it for dinner and the best by date was 10/11/18. This has become ridiculous. I havent posted before but now that this has happened many times, I have decided to post. They really need to do something about this serious issue. Shame on you Family Fare!!

The Recycling Center is great! The guys who usually run the place are very helpful and courteous.

Family Fare is an ok supermarket. Its conveniently close. They usually have what youd find in any other supermarket.

Just want to clarify that this location is in fact NOT the location in which the dead body of Larry Ely Murillo-Moncada was found.The correct address is 1817 W Broadway, Council Bluffs, IA 5150 .And is no longer in business. Hopefully people will get their facts straight before accusing an innocent business over something that they had nothing to do with.

Just something about this building always smells moldy its been three different grocery stores and still smells moldy personally I will not shop here only for my instacart customers I go here

This used to be a No Frills super market. It has since been renovated (for the better). With a new face lift and a great selection of produce, this easy to access store is very convenient right off the interstate. Prices are very competitive, but make sure to still do your part and compare to other locations. Overall a great store with a friendly staff and nice selection of groceries.

A large area of gluten free selections, frozen fish sticks, breads, even baguettes, noodles, flavored precooked quinoa and brown rice packets...and much more.

The store was relatively okay. The inside is much nicer than the other appearance makes you think it will be. The entryway is very congested and has little room for customers to go in and out of the store.The first thing you walk into is a snack area like a convenience store but I couldnt figure out why. It encourages people to stand in your way. This leads into produce. I think this is a poor layout because during weather issues and such, the temperature regulation of produce had to be in question. That plus the snack area means that the limited produce options are a bit compromised.The product arrangement inside the store is rather odd too. The frozen aisles are about as far away from the registers as you can get so even if you try to plan for them last to limit melting, they still risk product failure. Product sales arent applied in ways that make sense to me. For example, I bought multiple varieties of frozen pizza, same time and size, and one variety wasnt on sale for some reason while the rest were.The biggest issue for me is that I visited the store as a grocery delivery shopper. That is, shopping for a pre placed order. The order was less than an hour old. The store, however, was completely sold out of one of the items ordered... And they were sold out of the requested replacement item as well. When I asked the store management to check, they whispered to me that their store was notorious for running out of product. Im hoping that future orders will be more stable. I would be frustrated to always have to replace items for someone who is not able to make those decisions in person. It should be an exception, not the rule.During checkout, the clerks were happy to let me wait for service. I made eye contact with Gary several times and he ignored me. The cashier I worked with low-key complained about the service Im working for doing shops there. She also stated that shed prefer working with a competing service.Im rating them three stars because overall, it was a decently priced, large store that could easily provide groceries for you when you have the need. I was surprised to find them slightly more expensive for some items but thats how it goes sometimes.

I cash my cans in here. 5 cents a can up to 500 cans. Then the store is nice also. They offer gas points by getting their card for anything you buy you can get the discount on items. Nice.

The employees are all so friendly and care so much about how youre doing! 10/10 would shop again! And there is always sales going on!Its amazing. .

I like that they remodeled recently. They offer free coffee and popcorn at the door. They have the carts always restocked. They have lots of sales. They have a clean store. The restrooms are right inside the front door and are clean. They have a good gluten free section and organic food section. They have a bakery. They have a deli. They have good meat sales. They have self checkout lanes for quick checkout. They always have people available to help. Most things are stocked but if specialty item you can be prepared to wait. They accept Wic but have issues when things are accepted but wont take it at check out. They have a movie rental kiosk. They also send money payments at the counter.

Advertised price on the sign outside did not match price inside the store. The cashier said it didnt matter and she would not honor the sign price. That is the one and only time I have gone there. Will not go again.

Great prices and selection. I have been so impressed with every aspect of this store. The bakery had been fantastic, and I am never disappointed in selection or quality of good or produce purchased. I like how they are moving to more self checkout stands.

We came here specifically for the Fried Chicken, and we were still within dinner time hours, and they were almost completely out of chicken. In addition, it was not nearly as good as I have had at other family fair stores.

Went there because it was close to Walgreens and grandson wanted to get some icecream. I told my bf at least we could grab some popcorn and look at the specials.sign said they had complimentary coffee &popcorn untill 8pm. It was all cleaned up and spotless at 745. At customer service, I was told they dumped it out at 7 because they were slow. Store was dead which I understand because the ice cream cost me $2 more for the store brand than it did at my regular bakers

Good prices, great atmosphere and good food. Plus you never have to wait long in the checkout line. You also have the option of self checkout. Im also eased by the list of things in ABC order and what aisle theyre in. So your first time is sooo easy!!

Formerly No Frills, they have recently improved the appearance of the store significantly. They oftentimes have some good deals when using their store card and have pretty decent selection. It is also the location of the local cardboard recycling bin, which takes me there often.

Only shopped at Family Fare a few times so far, but the staff have been fantastically helpful. Prices seem reasonable and the store is clean and well setup. Enjoy the place and will shop there more.

Expensive AF store they do get some deals in the ads but at $5.69 for a quart of blue bunny ice cream which is ridiculously high I wont shop here but when they have descent ads. Get those sales and go its super quick in and out store is rarely busy....Im guessing from the sticker shock most get as well

My first visit, I found some great deals, but didnt realize I needed to have their card to get the special prices. The cashier had me fill out a quick paper and I had a card. However check your receipt, I did not get the advertised price for. 29 cent vegetables, but they made it right.

Love the location, managments amazing, very clean. The produce dept. is very fresh. Meat is cut clean and pretty. :)

Im a Wal-Mart guy, but I go here for some deals. I got toilet paper that wasnt on sale, but the manager gave it to me at sale price. That wouldnt happen at Wal-Mart. Chicken is good here, too.

If you use the weekly sales paper, your Family Fare card and coupons you can save a lot of money at this grocery store. The produce always looks fresh and appetizing and the meat department looks clean and doesnt smell like rotten meat. Believe it or not I have been to some grocery stores where you could smell the raunchy smell of rotting meat as soon as you got close to the meat department. NOT at Family Fare. They are friendly, helpful, clean and seem to care about providing great customer service. You can save a lot of money in meat here with your Family Fare card too. Give em a try folks. I have been going to this store for a while now, since it was No Frills and the visual improvements are nice to see. However, there some things they forgot to update. The rider carts for the disabled. Are old, super old and dirty. All the stores in Omaha have new ones or they look new and run a whole lot better. It’s kinda embarrassing to have a store look clean and welcoming and to have old dirty bearly working riders. Frustrating to have a rider cart bearly moving right after unplugging it from the wall and die on you while your trying to shop. Next issue I’m having is having what’s advertise on the shelves. (Enchilada sauce) At this store 9 out 10 times the item that is advertised isn’t available. The staff is nice and I do like this location. But the store have some major issues the need to be addressed.

My favorite grocery store in Council Bluffs. Very good selection, quality produce, good managers specials, and easy to park to get in and out of the store. The employees are helpful and easy to find.

It way too expensive

The Valley VIEW location. . In the deli, it was about 5pm. There were only 2 people working and one was on break. I had been having a frustrating day. I asked for a 20 piece chicken. I was told by Dan (I believe was his name) it would be about 20 min. I kind of snapped at him (Im embarassed) but he never stopped smiling and being polite. He had more people come up asking for things they didnt have and he kindly said.. it will be .. (how ever long it would take to make) he never once snapped or lost his kind smile! One of the kindest employees I have EVER MET!

Stopped yesterday and bought 4 donuts, probably the worst donuts Ive ever had, tasted old and dry, will not go back.

Very friendly and is prompt with scheduled appointment times. Dr. Mitchell is my new P.C.P. she listens to you and helps you with ailments. She has a very professional background but is also a humanitarian with a superior bedside manor. I really liked Dr. Monaster but he left the practice. I have a lot of medical issues but Dr. Mitchell as well as her staff and receptionists are very friendly with a great job skills and prompt call backs. I have shopped at other Family Fare location but for some reason this location has a really bad smell inside and I cant even stand to shop here. I wish it werent the case as its a convient location for me to go shopping at. My husbands goes here frequently to drop off the cans from his Boy Scout Troop to be recycled and it would be nice to be able to run insed for a qucik dring or to pick up a couple of things needed for that nights dinner. But instead we have to make another stop somewhere else.

I needed to make a quick stop here for bobby pins on our daughters wedding day. I was thankful to see a nice variety from which to choose & fast check-out lines!

Not a wide selection of bacon. Not one employee had a smile on their face. Prices were ok. Liked it better when it was run by No Frills.
