LOVE LOVE LOVE this place !! Council Bluffs location is awesome. Never thought I would appreciate a really good eye doctor. They are very thorough with the examination and explain each exam with great detail. I learn more about my eyes in one appointment than I had in 10 years of visiting other eye doctors.

I have been a patient of Vision Specialists since moving into the area several years ago. I was extremely fortunate enough to see Dr. Epley on my first visit. I was a 110% satisfied with her knowledge, her thoroughness, her explanation of any questions but mostly her caring and friendly demeanor. She has always made me appreciative of the care she has given. I recommend her to all my friends and family. I recently took my 84 year old mother to Dr. Epley and she was well pleased.All the staff there are extremely helpful and pleasant from the receptionist to the optical department staff. They’ve been accommodating with my difficult work schedule in scheduling my appointments. The optical staff were patient and very helpful with choosing frames and ensuring proper fit. I will be a lifetime patient!!!!!!!

Dr. West did a fabulous job with walking me through what was all going to happen during my eye exam. She explained my results of my tests in ways I could comprehend and gave me a multitude of options to correct my eye problems. Everyone at the office was very friendly and attentive. Will be continuing to doctor here and will be taking my family here as well!

Recently purchased new glasses – customized frame and lenses. Great working with Julie. She was aware of my concerns and was very patient with me asking numerous questions. She explained everything along the way and made me feel I made a GREAT DECISION in getting my glasses from Vision Specialists.

Dr. Katie West treated a surface wound on my eye. I was in excruciating pain and was unable to see for about a week. The receptionist was kind and got me in immediately. Katie followed my progress and pain level very closely, and was aggressive with treatment. I felt confident having Dr. West due to how thorough, knowledgeable, professional and empathetic she was during such a stressful time.My son also goes to Vision Specialist. It has been a very long time since I had my eyes checked and new glasses. I was looking for a new place, the last one I had a bad experience with. I found Vision Specialists. Let me tell you... they are all AMAZING! Very polite, friendly, and explained things so you could understand. Once the exam was done I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Julie. She was going to help me with the choosing of the new frames. I am not the best at picking frames out and because of COVID would couldnt have a friend with to help pick. Julie was AMAZING! She was very truthful and honest when I asked her for her opinion of different frames. She was very patient with the choosing of the frames and the final ordering. They said it would be about two week for the glasses to come in, they were in a week later! Super fast. So if you are looking for a new place for glasses or eye doctor I HIGHLY recommend them!

I came in to see if they could help me correct my vision enough to pass the vision portion of the cdl test. I ended up finding out I have a condition and they helped me find a place in Omaha to look into it, but still tried to help me with my vision enough for the cdl. Extremely friendly staff and doctor who go above and beyond to make sure youre taken care of. Places like this are hard to find, thank you!

I have been going to Vision Specialists for years and am very pleased with them. They are extremely qualified and everyone is so pleasant. Just leaving a review since I just got my glasses back. I had not been to an eye appointment since they moved to their new place. I went last Monday. Everyone was really nice and very polite; was greeted as soon as I walked in. The office is very modern in appearance with lots of room, very professional and welcoming. The technician was engaging and explained everything great (also went faster when she realized I was keeping up with the info, sometimes they can kinda drag on and on...) The doctor also was wonderful. She explained everything very well and didnt use a lot of high scientific speech. She was very down to earth, realistic and up front. I got my glasses in less then two weeks. Julie was up front about what to expect from my new neurolenses and very pleasant to talk to. 10 out of 10!

We have been going to Vision Specialists in CB for years. The service is excellent and Dr. Epley is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful; there were insurance issues that came up recently, and they have gone out of their way to work it out. I would give them ten stars if I could!

I had been having headaches and neck pain due to what I thought was TMJ issues but after speaking to the doctor they let me know that my issues could be related to needing glasses. Vision Specialists on West Broadway in Council Bluffs, Iowa is by far the best place I have ever had prescribe my lenses. I see things in a detail I have not been able to see since 1994. I never knew what I was missing until I had Vision specialist do this latest vision check up and received my new glasses. WOW. The staff is wonderful, the nice lady that adjusted the frames to my face is outstanding. Dr Robyn Eppley is truest the best I Optrician I have ever had. Their equipment is modern and top of the line. Prices are very fair and the experience was pleasant. The results have me raving about what a difference it made in my life.

I developed vision issues a few years ago and starting visiting VSCB at the recommendation of my wife. We are both exceedingly happy with the quality of vison care we receive and the amazing office and retail staff members including Sydney and Julie, just to name a few! Nice people,beautiful new office, the female optometrist is thorough and efficient. I had bought new frames & lenses,which I paid for in all cash the day I picked them out. Few days later,a friend told me they paid $100 less than I did for 2 new pairs of prescription glasses...so that sucked. When I picked up my new glasses,the nice lady helping me told me I should of gotten a discount for paying in cash,for paying it all upfront & another discount I cant recall.
