We are from out of town and had a bike rack malfunction that resulted in a pretty beat up bike. The owner was very friendly and got us right in-he was able to fix the bike quickly to ensure we could still cycle that day. I would highly recommend his services!!

Tony was extremely patient with my constant calls, speculation, and nagging about a hard-to-diagnose issue on a used bike I bought a few weeks ago. He worked hard and quickly to figure it out, got exactly the right parts ordered in, and had them installed in no time. I feel fortunate to have a close bike shop with a friendly and capable guy like Tony running the show.

Zack and the guys are absolutely amazing. They have always taken awesome care of me. Even when I panicked when my mountain bike needed repair a week before a family 4th of July outing to the Black Hills, they had my back. If they hadn’t been able to get my bike repaired and back to me wicked fast before the holiday, I would have been the only person in our group stuck riding hard tail through mountain terrain. When I explained the upcoming trip they assured me my vacation wouldn’t be ruined and I knew I could count on them.

Zach and his team enjoy what they do. I have not had any issues with the various products I have purchased. I know if I did they would handle it well. Shopping here is way out of my way (I live in Omaha) and have many options that are much closer. I come here with Iris (my Weimaraner) just to shop oftentimes not having a real need.

I bought a beautiful fat bike from zack half a year ago and have since driven it to work almost every single day. The only regret I have is not investing more to upgrade to an electric bike but oh just you wait ;) I firmly believe Ive gotten back every pennie Ive spent in smiles miles and flying past everyone stuck in traffic gives me a really good feeling especially considering that Im dodging the expense of a second vehicles insurance maintenance blah blah.. yuck.I go out of my way passing other bike shops and even passing up ordering on Amazon just to stop into Extreme wheels to get a little insight into my next purchase from Zack because I know he wants me to get a good product and a great deal. Great place, the staff really makes it a nice place to buy. Always very helpful and will get you what you need or in some cases even tell you where you might need to go instead. I have bought new, repaired old and even donated to small to ride anymore.

Great shop! Bill is very knowledgeable and helpful. He put me into a trike that I love. He showed me how to load/unload the trike from the back of my Subaru (it fit). I feel very comfortable with my purchase and feel it was the right trike for me, not just the most expensive one on the floor. I cant wait to start riding again!

I found this shop last week and am really amazed by it. I was looking for a specific Trek bike that was recently released and stopped by to see if they had it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had the bike but it was still boxed on a shelf. The salesman, Bill Somers was knowledgeable about the bike and pulled the box out so I could see it and made sure it was what I wanted. I purchased it and they had it ready for me in less than 24 hours. They even had me ride it around the park to make sure it was set up for me. I’m impressed by them and will return as needed for accessories.

Zach and the rest of the guys at the shop are always super helpful with anything I need. Whether I’m looking for an accessory or need something fixed, I know they will point me in the right direction and give me all of the information I need to make the right choice. Extreme Wheels is more than a bike shop to us. Its a destination. The staff at Extreme Wheels is so friendly that we periodically simply stop in to see new bicycles, and then we spend some time talking to the courteous staff about bicycling. Extreme Wheels is my idea of what a great bike store should be. From the very first tandem bike I purchased from them about 10 years ago, through the bike we bought for my wife, and the just purchased mountain bike for myself, I have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful, informative, and most of all very receptive in listening to the customer. They have never tried to up-sell, add on things I didnt need, or other wise attempt to steer me towards the most expensive bikes. They listen to what I need, how I plan on riding, and what my experience level is before showing an assortment of bikes which they feel would meet my need. They are 3 for 3 in sending me out of the store with a great bike, (4 for 4 if you count my neighbors bike he bought from them after asking for my recommendation for buying a new bike) They have done follow-up service work for me including routine maintenance and repairs, always with the same friendly, professional service. Whether you are an experienced rider looking for the best, or a novice over-whelmed with all the technical jargon and choices out there today, they will take care of you. Most of my experience has been with Zack, but everyone there pretty much seem to be focused on the customer walking out of the store with a bike they would ride and enjoy.

We had a great experience at Xtreme Wheels. We took in our sons new bike because the gears were not shifting properly. Zach explained the derailleurs were likely not installed properly. We picked up the bike a week later and the gears now shift perfectly. Zach also took time to explain a few things to our son because this is his first gear bike. I highly recommend Xtreme wheels and well definitely go back if we run into future bike issues!

I had an unusual experience that I needed assistance. I live across the country, but found a bike I wanted on Craigslist in the area where Xtreme Wheels Bike and Sport is located. I called them and asked them to help. The owners were not only friendly, but honest and kind. They talked to me on the phone a couple times and met with the owner of the bike. They checked the bike and played middle man for the transaction by allowing me to pay them and giving the owner of the bike the money. They then packed the bike and took it to be shipped. In the end they did it for little to nothing, the shipping was expensive, instead of quibbling about the money they were happy to have the business. I cannot recommend the store enough, it is one of those place in life you simply just do business and feel good about what you are going to get and how kind they will treat you. I am shocked at how hard they worked for me and how honest they were to the end. I give them A+ and full 5 stars, you have a bike, need a bike, hey just need to meet some great people go to the store, wonderful, really wish I lived closer would see these guys all the time. Way to go, deserve all the accolades.

Took the time to sort out al the issues with my trike. Found the cause for each one and fixed them all.Took the extra effort, for example to show what was the cause of my shifting problems and what was done to make it right. Fixed my rear wheel issue where it wouldn’t mount correctly without great difficulty. Straitened out my head rest issue. Took whatever was needed to make it right. Zack and his team get my highest recommendation.
