Nice place to find home goods. Well be back in a few weeks to find some stuff for my parents new place. Its nice and clean, but there were some empty places. It be nice to fill them up with goods.

Hmm. Well you see, this is an interesting review for me personally because for one eye do not have what you would call lets say a fancy home. So as you may guess my first impression when stepping foot into the at home store was that I did not in fact feel at home. I was however mesmerized by the elegant and unique and interesting type of items that they have here. It did however get me thinking maybe I could have an elegant home too. Maybe I can be fancy. Maybe I can have people come over to my house for a little party and be like oh my god wow where did you get this piece its beautiful. You see I never thought that would be me but after coming to at home I realize I too can can be exquisite...Well Ive added a couple new items to the house including a blue flamingo, and let it be known I am on my way to the finer things in life. Thanks at home now I feel a little bit more at home both at my home and here!

Super friendly staff. Very clean and orderly. We always find what were looking for. A little pricey but they have quality products. Ill personally pay more for good stuff.

I never knew this store existed! It is fill with every kind of home decor and more. Everything a person could want for their home inside and out! Wow!

Dissatisfied with at home, there manager at the council bluffs location discriminated against an employee, because of his dads workplace, and payed him less told him it was all he was worth because of his dads job. I will never again buy from this company that discriminates against an employee because of another family members workplace.

Not the best quality of product, but if youre looking for a cheap way to fully equip a home this is a great place to start.

I love this place! It has everything.... I wish prices were lower, a lot on some items.... But the employees are great and its always clean in the store. Everyone is helpful and they offer a little of everything.

Never buy a mattress or furniture from this company. I bought a full size mattress and box spring on Monday 7/19/21 and realized I bought the wrong size less than an hour later I returned to the store and was refused to exchange it for a larger size which would be an additional cost I was more than willing to pay for. Both still in original packaging.Called on Tuesday 7/20/21 and talked to the store manager and same negative results. Emailed the corporate office and got same corporate reply, so sad to see that a store has no regard to protect its customers.I really dont want to leave a negative review of this place as I do like the store but with such poor customer service and no resolve to fix such an easy problem to solve I feel its in everyones best interest to avoid shopping at this store.BUYER BEWARE

I tried to return a mattress that I bought just yesterday and couldn’t return it, I only wanted to return it since it didn’t fit my twin bed and it was labeled twin, the only problem here is that they should’ve said all sales are final on mattresses and I didn’t know and came to the store with it and the lady said I couldn’t return or exchange it very rude, she wasn’t even wearing her mask, tell your customers what is needed 😒 no one told me I couldn’t return it how was I supposed to know, she told me it was in the receipt but in order for me to read the receipt I would need to buy the mattress first which doesn’t make sense, never coming again

Its dangerous. Do I need a new bathroom rug, no, but it would be irresponsible for me not to get it. And I am an adult! I went in for wall art, forgot to look at wall art, guess I have to go back now whoops...

Unable to find enough matching cushions for my outdoor furniture. When I asked for help I was told they couldnt order what I wanted.

This place has a lot of stuff and is good for one stop shopping. It is a bit overwhelming with products kind of placed wherever but that gives it kind of a charming and adventurous shopping experience.

Council Bluffs, IA--First time ever going and all I can say, it was amazing! There were some many outdoor decorations, it was amazing! It really got me in the mood for summer! The cashier was really friendly and did a great job getting us checked out in a timely manner! I really liked the store and all of their decorations! Cant wait to go back. All in all, it was a great trip, but the other staff werent as friendly as the cashier. No one really asked if we needed help, which was kind of strange, but the cashier made up for their attitudes. I really recommend it!

Just a quick visit today. Lots of choices for the home. Mid range prices. A few holiday items and they have started to get seasonal items out for summer in decorations and patio items. Tons of mirrors, signage, home decor items.

Most people wearing masks. Nice they have sanitize wipes at front door to wipe off carts and electric carts. Plenty of room in aisles.

Costumer service was good. Had nice shopping carts and nice selection of items to buy.

What can I say? This place has pretty much everything you could possibly want and/it need to decorate your home or office! They have so many different types of decor ideas as well as indoor and outdoor decor and furniture! I spend hours in this place whenever I shop!! It is so amazing!! This is a great place to shop for housewarming parties and bridal showers as well!! I love this place! Stop in as nd you will instantly know why I love it so much!!

When things go on sale its really good.. some things at pricey like furniture but other stuff isnt too bad a big selection of rugs and when they run sales on curtains and stuff it isnt bad but it is a bit pricey... They do have a lot of lil things that are reasonable and its good for the holiday stuff

I impulse bought an accent table and I had a gentleman named Jason help me get it into my car. It took us awhile because it didnt fit. He was so patient and had amazing customer service. We eventually got it to work. I just wanted to post something about how amazing their customer service was. This is small things in the big picture of life but a huge help to a working mom who has no time. I definitely will be back and I highly recommend this store to others!

This place has an excellent selection of home goods. They have the best selection of Christmas decor hands down. Asside from their holiday offerings, they have a wide selection of wall art, frames, and unique furniture. Most of the items are reasonably priced as well.

Such a large selection of things that you will not necessarily find in other stores. If you are tying to decorate your new or old place this is a great store to start with. The prices are better than most and the service is excellent.

Staff is really friendly everytime Im here. I like that the store is super easy to navigate through, with a cart. The selection is astounding. They have it all very organized and grouped together in a way that makes sense. Its a great store to go to.

Great store with a HUGE variety! I had several questions today and each staff member was very helpful with additional information to spur more ideas regarding the great sale going on now. May need a bigger car.

Its fine, but its so big you could get lost. The people there are fine, and they have nice decor but its a lot of walking and I couldnt find fairy lights.

This place is huge!! If you like walking theres plenty of it. They have a vast selection of indoor and outdoor furnishings, must see.

Superstore is right! SOOO many things to choose from in this store. All ranges of prices for each category. Beautiful products.

Wife loves all the stuff they had

It started out ok... but soon became cluttered and so disorganized. I had to physically move things out of the isles so I could get through. Then I was looking at bedsheets. It took 2 hours to find an associate to help me with items on the top shelf. I literally had an anxiety attack just trying to get through the chaos of the store. I couldnt tell what was on clearance and what wasnt. It was all mixed together.

The manager was not wearing a mask and when i said id rather not go to that cashier she gave me a nasty look and sneered I could go to the other register. Then that cashier looked at my twins and told me no offense but im glad I never had twins.

Great place for holiday decorations!

Spent a lot of money there and went to return some things and all the store offered in return was $9 because of “coupons”, when the items I was returning were definitely worth a lot more than $9. Manager was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful, talked as if she was speaking to a 5 year old. If you want elementary math explained to you, definitely talk to the manager. No wonder there’s rarely anyone at the store.

They have a good selection of some items, such as wall art and bar stools. Lacking in some others, for instance not a wide variety of towel colors. I wasnt shopping for seasonal, but they seem to have a wide variety of those items. There are clearance signs everywhere but few items actually on clearance, they are just scattered throughout the store and you have to look for the stickers.It would be helpful if they had someone circling around and clean up aisles, as customers pull things down and leave them to block your way.Plenty of parking.Cashier was friendly.

Just a great place to find home items and gardening decor for knock out prices.

Love the idea of this store, but every time I have been there, several of the aisles are blocked either with pallets or items pulled off of the shelves. Very few employees to answer questions and it is overwhelming to find what you are searching for with the stuff everywhere and aisles blocked. Pricing is also really confusing and hard to find prices for things.

It has been quite a while since Ive been to an At Home store. We havent had time to go since this one opened in Council Bluffs. We just happened to be driving by today and noticed there was only a handful of cars in the parking lot.After going in, we realized why there was only a handful of cars. They have rather high prices for stuff you can get a very similar selection of from some of the other local stores for quite a bit less. They do have quite the variety though.If you can afford the higher prices, want to avoid the long lines of other stores and dont mind not being able to get any assistance from associates, this is probably the place for you.Some of the stuff is pretty cool and we havent seen it at other stores, but they know what that stuff is because they price it accordingly. It reminds me of walking through a combination of Hobby Lobby and Mangelsens, but with more furniture.Definitely not someplace I would go again, but I can see why there would be a market for what they have.

Massive store! Anything you could possibly want when decorating your home

At Home stores are just too cluttered with stuff, knickknacks, andproducts that are good for shelves and the walls. It does carry holiday merchandise. If you go there right after Christmas the goods are marked down ridiculously low. I am not saying the store is not a good place to shop. It just has a lot of merchandise that are not necessities.
