Not being from the area I was quite impressed with the professionalism of the manager and the service tech on how they diligently worked on the problem with my sons vehicle. They found the problem fixed it and gave me a very reasonable assessment which I was impressed with. I will come back again gladly.

Took a flat tire into Jensen and spoke with Josh. I just dropped it off and he said he would call when it was done. He called and said it was done. Went in, they put it back on my truck and put the spare back in its place. I asked what I owed. No charge just come back when I need something. I definitely will. Great customer service. Bought 4 new tires , one tire got a nail in it. It cant be fixed. The tires are around 40 days old. Had to purchase another tire. Isnt there any guarantee?

Jensen Tire was the only place I searched that had the tires I needed in stock. They were reasonably priced as well. They got me in and out on time!

***Buy the road hazard packages for your new tires***I cannot stress this enough. I bought 4 new tires in Oct. 2020 with the road hazard. Each tire is approximately $250 before road hazard. 4 times now it has saved me. 2 tire repairs, absolutely free and 2 replacements at a fraction of the new tire price. Of the ~$80 I spent on road hazard it has easily saved me $350-400.The staff has always been friendly and accommodating, even when coming in close to closing with a piece of metal in your tire.

They were able to get me in the morning to work on my car very quickly. They were moderately priced compared to other businesses that I looked up. Employees were pretty nice and helpful about explaining everything that could wait or needed to be fixed now. They were done with my car by noon so I didnt have to wait long on a Saturday.

Needed a tire replaced last minute, Jensen had the best availability for Goodyear tires. They shipped it from the warehouse in 2 hours and I waited less than 1 hour for them to replace it. Especially since I’m sure they were busy, I am very impressed.

I would definitely use Jenson tire and auto again! I called and got in sooner than most places. The mechanics were all really nice, they explained everything to me and got the job done in a timely manner. One of the guys even waited a little after 6 just so I could pick up my car.

Council Bluffs store is a great place. We had a slow leak in a tire. Went in the week before and had the tire pressure checked and nitrogen added to all tires. Lost pressure in the suspect tire , so went back and had the tire fixed. They did not charge a fee for any of the work they did for us. Outstanding and friendly staff. Please consider this store for any of your future purchases. Also, we did not have an appointment and they were still able to get us in and out quickly.

John was straightforward, personable, and professional with, not just me, but also with the three customers before me, and the one after me. I highly recommend Jensen for all your tire and auto needs. My wife and I were traveling across the country from Ohio to California and had a tire blowout 70 miles from Council Bluffs. We drove to Council Bluffs for the night on a skinny spare and spent the night. At 7 am the next morning, I called Jensen’s and they got me in and back on the road by 10 am. My hat’s off to Josh who worked us into their busy schedule that day. They were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful! Nothing but good things to say about the whole experience.

Quote was different than what was charged in addition to now running ruff and leaking something. Not happy at all. Of course now they are closed until next Monday and they had my car all day.

We had a 1pm appointment on Saturday, 10/10/20. We arrived in time and I spoke to personnel there who checked to see if our 1997 BMW 528 I WAS there. He took the plate number but not until I had to go in the garage to get someone to help at the counter.I asked several questions including what the ..out the door..costs were. We agreed the price was correct. I asked, since we have an appointment, well be getting in in a timely manner? He said yes, they had 2 tires to throw on a car and we were next.Approx. 1:05 hours later, they pulled the BMW into a bay. I had asked them to CK out the washer motor as it did not work. Within minutes a mechanic said it was a bad switch and too costly to fix there. That was fine.25 minutes later, all 4 tires were mounted and the car was ready.I have liked doing business with 7th Street Jensen over 25 years or so. Does Jensen feel a car brought in before the 1pm appointment 4 four tires and a 3 minute inspection of a spray switch shows good customer service by having my grandson and I leave there at 2:40pm? Id like to hear back.

This is where I choose to go for service. I just found that I can trust them on price and maintenance.

I took my Jeep there because I thought I needed brakes. My Jeep has 96k on it but it’s only 3 years old. I’m in sales so I drive a lot. Josh told me I didn’t need brakes that I just need a fluid flush and replacement. I was prepared to buy new brakes and would’ve done so without question. Honesty and Integrity are the motto for my business and I would say it’s Jensen’s as well. Thank you Josh, you made a lifelong customer.

They took WAY too long for an oil change, had I gone somewhere else it would’ve been done and over with in about 20-30 minutes MAX. It took them 2 hours to do a simple oil change.

I just walked in, I went to the wrong place where my appointment was for, but the gentleman that was behind the counter helped me, he told me that the place I wanted was next door, so since I was there I asked him about prices, it was better prices than Firestone, so I decided to stay, I was taken care of quickly and had very good service, I will definitely be back to have my tires changed there rather than Firestone

Car broke down on my way across the country, so I left it in their hands while I went on vacation, and returned to my car running better than when I bought it. Appreciate you taking care of everything while I got to spend some much needed time away.
