One of the worst napa stores a person can come across! One guy at the counter who actually trys to be helpful the rest of the people stand around and one at the commercial counter has little interest in assisting very large out of town construction companies.

These guys know their stuff... Fast, too. Great prices

I was waiting there for like 10 mnts there were 4 people in that store nobody even asked me if I need help and one guy is at register the other guys could help me out at the register but they were not interested in helping me at all.

They forgot to order a part after going in to order it so I had to wait an extra week not much in the store either compared to other part stores prices about the same as others at least for the part I got

Had everything I needed and the staff is great

DONT SHOP HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT! The staff are not knowledgeable. Also, just got accused of stealing! Employee had me empty my pockets in front of him, how embarrassing! Will never shop here again, avoid at all times!

I went in for a part. They said it would be there at 12:30, about a 2 hour wait. They waited till I showed up for pickup to tell me they would have to order it, and it would be there in a few days. When I went back and they said my part was there, but they couldnt find it. Was supposed to call me when the person who put it away got in but I never heard. The next day it took 45 minutes for them to locate it in their store. Nice staff but poor organization and communication skills. Will not be returning.

Called for a window switch on Sept.2nd.Iwas told they didnt have it and could order it and for 8.98and theywould have it here by the 4th, after calling to see if it arrived 3 times on the 4th it finally got there about 5:30,Went to be pay for it and was charged 20.00.And told I had to pay for shipping a part I could have gotten online cheaper. Why should I pay for a parts store shipping costs, thats supposed to be why there a store, poor service and rude. A complete ripoff. Beware.

Great place to buy parts, but the salesman that was helping me may need to clean him self up. Had a very bad odor, and looked like he has not showered in a week or so. In customer service you need to look and smell clean. Other than that great place to buy parts.

Always have what you need or they can get it. You can order on line and then go pick it up and your order is ready. Prices are competitive. On line is usually a little cheaper. They dont care if you order a 1.00 item or a 1000.00. Same great service. Thank you for being there Napa

Always right on top of things. Always check my Napa first, before internet or anywhere. I drive past 3 other part stores, 2 Walmarts, and two general hardware stores to get to them on West Broadway.

Purchased some oil the other day and noticed that my receipt did not show any rewards. The clerk tried to look it up an see why the rewards did not show up. Could not find any reason it did not up. Told me to go on line and try to fix myself. Did not like that for an answer. Probably not the clerks fault. NAPA needs to do better.

This is the only place my husband will order the parts for his truck. The parts ALWAYS are what he needs and ordered and staff is always friendly

Better off going to the one near 60th & Grover and prices seem higher compared to the other auto parts places

Salesman wasnt very well trained. When they say I think that might work doesnt help much.

Called for a price on a part on Saturday. Went in to pick it up Monday, price had gone up 30 dollars, they refused to honor the original stated price.
