I called to get a price on a piece of tempered glass. Woman who answered say you probably could buy a new table for the same price. Problem is it’s a 5000.00 table. So I called Shot Well in Blair. They didn’t try to discourage me. They gave me quotes for three options. The piece of glass is 185.00.

My windshield needed replaced. Searched all over to find somewhere that could do the replacement as well as calibrate the new windshield. They worked with my insurance and got me scheduled quickly, staff was friendly and professional.

We have needed to fix the window on our mini van for years and honestly didnt know Glass Dr would do this kind of work. From the phone call inquiry to the van pickup we had a great experience The repair man did a great job and we felt we were treated as a valued customer and will use them again.

They did a very nice job of being professional and giving me a good quote on what I was going to pay prior to installation. They were quick and efficient.Only downside was their mask policy was not enforced.

Hit Turkey with new motorhome fortunately on passenger side of windshield. They were able to get a windshield shipped and installed in two days. Not recommending hunting this way but happy to find a good glass shop

I had a chip in my windshield and they repaired it quickly and you can barely tell it is there! This was my second time using them for my windshield, and used them for my sliding glass door before. I will keep going to them because they are quick to respond and dona great job every time.

This was a very nice company to deal with. They were very easy to reach and quick with a quote. I dealt with the technician Johnathon specifically and he displayed great professionalism and knowledge at my home visit and answered the questions I had.

The communication was horrible. It took 2.5 months to complete. the gentlemen who came out to our house to measure the door did not tell us anything about a half down that was needed to even start the ordering so when i called 10 days later to see how the process was going Trish told me it hasn’t even been ordered yet because the half down wasn’t in which we had no idea that it was needed. So we got that in and 14 days later the gentleman came out to install it and he measured the door wrong so the glass wouldn’t fit. He told me that it would take 7-10 days to get a new glass in and Installed. 13 days later I called to see if it was in yet and Trish told me it would be 3 more days. The guy who came out to do the work got it installed in the rain which I was appreciative for. He did leave a bunch of broken glass in the driveway. When we called the after hours number the gentleman I talked to, I think his name was mike. He was very unhelpful and used Covid as an excuse as to why it took so long, which I did not like at all because Covid had NOTHING to do with it. Over all it was lack of communication and the rudeness from mike is the reason I would not recommend glass doctor!

A+ work! I was quoted nearly $16,000 from Anderson Windows to replace three windows. I called Glass Doctor and they were able to replace the window panes with a 10 year warranty for only 1,100. They did awesome work and my windows look amazing!!!

I went because I thought I had several small chips. Theresa at desk when I Called was very nice and helpful got me scheduled right away, the technicians took it in after a few minutes they came out and told me they were just service scratches nothing to fix the glass wasn’t fractured and there wouldn’t be a problem no charge. How honest. I had gone there in July with my pickup that did have a rock chip and you can hardly even see where that repair was made am very happy would highly recommend this glass repair business. I found the price for windshield replacement to very competitive, I was able to easily make an appointment on-line, hammered out some details prior to appointment to ensure appropriate windshield was ordered to ensure quick and easy appointment. Replacement did not take long at all.When I picked my vehicle up, I noticed that road vibration was making my rear view mirror essentially useless. Drove back to service center, and additional service/adjustment was completed quickly and without debate.I hope that I dont have to go back, but if I do need a windshield repair or replacement in the future, I will return to Glass Doctor again.

Customer Service is very lacking and less than professional!Placed an order, no call back for a week. I have placed multiple calls to find out when my order will be done. I keep being told they cant find my order or the technician is out and they will call me back but they never do.

I just called to get a price on a glass top. I TOLD THEM a ROUND 42 DIAMETER for a table top with smooth edge.I was immediately told that was special order. Thats okay. Again, I am asked about size, even though I had just said what it was. So again, I said 42 round.He repeated back: 40 inch CIRCLE? NO! 42 AND Why are we talking in terms of kindergarten shapes? So, I was put on hold...I waited a bit, then hung up. It was just enough time to realize that this business was likely not a good match for my needs.

I got a chip fixed in my windshield one weekend while traveling to council bluffs from Kansas City. At the time I had my 2 dogs with me and the staff were nice enough to let us hang out in the waiting area. Quick job, good price, great staff.

These guys are all pro. I had a back window kicked out that NOONE in the state had in stock. I tracked a used one down and they put it in for me. In and out in less than a hour as a walk-in. Fair price, speedy, and professional install. The tech even scraped off the garbage aftermarket tint revealing a beauiful factory privacy glass that looked brand new. Go see them.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences ever. Do not use this company. I brought my 2015 GMC Terrain in for a new windshield. After it was replaced, it developed a terrible vibration/noise at interstate speeds. The vehicle was taken back on three separate occasions. Not only were they not able to fix the problem, they were kind enough to leave a mess of black sealant on my dash. The manager advised they would credit us seventy five dollars for our trouble however had no solution for the problem they created. I took the vehicle to H & H GMC who had a diagnoses and repair within hours. Glass Doctor broke multiple clips in the cowling on the reinstall which was causing the vibration. When Glass Doctor was advised of the problem they caused, they would not honor the cost of the repair nor have they credited us the original seventy five dollars. A business with ethics such as this is not worth doing business with. My advice to you is to stay far away from this company with any of your glass needs.

I am unsure of the reason for some of the bad reviews because I had a windshield installed by Glass Doctor they got me in within an hour after I called at I was there no more then and hour and 30 minutes. From appointment to finish was like 2 and a half hours with no issues. That was a year ago a week ago I had them replace a window that my neighbor broke out from my house again same day service I called them at 9:30am and they had my window as good as new by 2 in the afternoon and thank god it was getting cold! Ill definitely be back again! Thanks glassdoctor!
