Me and my wife stopped in after recently moving to Cottonwood, and walking through Old Town. We had already placed an order with Home Depot with a deposit. After speaking to the owners wife, we felt compelled to reverse our order with Home Depot in favor of supporting a local small business. My wife and I were not looking to do laminate counters but made a concession in favor of supporting local. We were given a quote based on measurements and material. When we came back to move forward, again, the wife showed us options such as rounded edges and back splash. We agreed and asked about cost difference. She assured us.... it would be minimal. Keep in mind, this is a smaller kitchen. After pressing for a final quote and install date (weeks after promised) my wife was informed the original quote more than doubled.... bringing our total to the same price as Granite. When we questioned this, Virgil (owner) said he really didnt want to do the job and was not feeling well lately. Long story short, we lost our place with Home Depot, tried to support a small local business, and now have no countertops and have to start from zero. Stick with a company that values its reputation and acts professional. This company is tired, and no longer interested in serving its clients best interests.

The owners are very kind, courteous and professional and my new counter tops look great! Its so refreshing to deal with a small business local owner instead of a big box store. Thank you Coombs Countertops for such a wonderful experience.

I am very unhappy with the service (or lack of service) I have received from Coombs. I purchased kitchen countertops with a built in sink. The installer told me that if we had any problem or got a stain in the sink, they would come and fix it. We have a stain in the sink and I have been calling them since January of this year. Every time I call they tell me they are very busy and will call me in a couple of weeks. They never call. It is now 10 months later and they still havent called and I still have a stain in the sink. There is no service after the sale.Update: They did come out and the problem has been taken care of.
