I just had a great experience in customer service at Cottonwood Walmart Vision Center. Saba went beyond my expectations in customer service with repair to my eyeglasses. First my glasses weren’t even bought from her center and second she would not give up on repairing my glasses and all with a smile and concern for me. Saba was the best and I was blessed to be in her company. Thank you Saba.

The gal that ordered my glasses ripped me off, she charged me 100 dollars to much, did not put in what cash I gave her and gave me no receipt. And put a different amount (100) less than I actually paid 9/8/2021

I have my yearly Apt. and I actually look forward to it! The Doc is so friendly and helpful and the techs. are so easy to work with! I don’t have insurance and just splurged on glasses with all the dope features like no scratch warranty and transition lenses (3phase) and the price was lower than what I had found on the internet! Of course even better with the perk of being able to ACTUALLY try them on. I think I have been a client for 7 years now and it has been a positive experience every time.

Edit: Amanda is amazing. She has gone above and beyond to help me through a difficult situation. She was patient and kind and listened to what I was needing she got me my glasses and is having them sent to my home. I’m very thankful for theAbove and beyond service.Original: If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I dropped my damaged frames and lenses off to be replaced... I spoke to the individual twice on two occasions and called as well. When I went to pick them up, after a third call and assurance that they were complete, the frames were still damaged and the associate Saba proceeded to ask me what is wrong with them. They’re damaged. Their scratched thy are not fixed they way they were supposed to be. The other associate recognized it. You really think aggravating customers and arguing with them is acceptable? No. After I get my glasses I will not return and will veer everyone I know far away from Walmart Vision Center of Cottonwood. Disgusted. Then they asked if I wanted to take the glasses! After I demanded they be fixed as they were to be the first time. How are you going to replace my glasses frame when I have the new lenses..... 👌🏻

I like the Optometrist but the staff is ridiculous! I called and specifically asked if they were contracted with my insurance and after MUCH research the gal called me back and said yes and explained what my insurance would cover. After nearly a month of waiting for my glasses I go to pick them up to find out they are in fact out of network with my insurance and my insurance covered a whopping $46. I left the glasses picked up my prescription and will go elsewhere.

Good prices, But took 2 weeks for my glasses to come in....suppose to be in, in a week. Customer service was terrible . When I called to see if my glasses came in, they put me on hold & forgot me! When my glasses finally came in, they told me they closed at 6:30. When its 7....I could have ..picked them up if Customer Service told me the correct time!!Ive purchased glasses in past here, never treated this way. Glasses came in in week. I was treated with respect. Not this time!

The eye doctor and staff are very friendly and nice. Somewhat attentive but at times scattered like the Walmart family.I went with this eye doctor due to my friend I am housemate to telling me how wonderful this eye doctor is as well as the staff and prices of their exams and glasses.Long story short, purchased a pair of glasses a few months ago. But due to a unfortunate accident to where my glasses are lost I am now needing to pay $230 for a new pair, even though I am on state insurance due to a lack of finances.Frankly I find it appalling and down right unethical that you would accept a new patient and or patients and not explain that if your glasses are destroyed yes we cover them however if you loose them you have to pay the full price.Frankly Ill take my business elsewhere. Perhaps warbey parker in Scottsdale.

Was told the glasses were tough. Took them back 4 times for putting lens back in adjusting arms. 5th time arm broke off completely.was told the were off warranty and couldnt help me.ripped off is what I was. Dont trust these people.

Walmart Vision Center has very nice employees...they are always polite and very helpful

This is my second pair of eyeglasses at this Walmart vision center.Service and glasses are fine.I just looked up their operation hours and headed down to the store to pick up my new glasses.Well, they need to update their operation hours; they were closed contrary tothe posted open hours operation.FIX YOUR WEBSITE!
