I have blinds installed and Debbie was fantastic, the work was done without any problems and I was very happy.My second experience with Picture Window was to tile the floor though the entire house with the exception of the bedrooms. I did my homework and I spoke with three different companies. What made my decision was the ethical and sincere interaction I had with Jeff. I knew the job was going to be a big one and he walked me through every step with incredible attention to detail. He made sure all materials were here and available before we began. He assigned Wess to the job and I could not be happier with the outcome. The floor is beautiful, the workmanship is solid. My wife and I were building a home in Sedona and needed window coverings. We priced three of the more popular/common providers and they essentially came down to within $100 of each other. We elected to go with The Picture Window because throughout the bid process they were always professional, thorough and responsive. These qualities held true throughout the purchase and installation of the window coverings as well. Our sales person Debbie was just outstanding in terms of her recommendations, responsiveness to questions/ideas and her follow-through on outstanding needs or issues that surfaced. The few minor things that werent perfect she fixed at her cost because she wanted us to be satisfied. Their installation guy, Jeff, is just outstanding as well. He is as pleasant as he can be while doing his work, professional in all aspects of the process and his experience shows in the results. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of window coverings; it was the most pleasant experience we have had with a service provider in quite some time. Could not be happier with recent carpet installation. Janet was very helpful in choosing the best carpet, and Jeff fantastic to work with on the estimate and install. Installers were great and with Covid 19, they wore masks and were very safe. They are 5.0 in my book, and I highly recommend them!

Janet, the owner, was a lot of help when it came to choosing products and colors. She also had better pricing than a warehouse store and another window treatment company I contacted for bids.The installer, Jeff, was polite and friendly, and installed my blinds and shades quickly and carefully. He also answered a couple of questions I had and explained a couple of things I hadnt thought to ask about.Although this business is based in Cottonwood, they came over the mountain to my house in Prescott.

We recently had tiling and a room darkening shade installed by PW INC. We are so happy with the finished work, it looks lovely. Our project was somewhat tedious due to our time constraints and an issue uncovered when old tile was removed, we had a very large amt of tile installed. The craftsman worked very hard to make the process as stress free for us as possible, not an easy task. Jeff answered our questions calmly even though we probably asked the same question several times. We would not hesitate to recommend PW to our friends.

My husband and I found this local, woman-owned business while building a house in Sedona recently. We compared costs with Costco, among others and were pleasantly surprised that The Picture Window came in less than others for quality products, such as Hunter Douglas, and all the bells and whistles associated with the top brands. Its great to support a local business, with the added bonus of getting the best price to boot! We love our blinds and window coverings, and the staff has all been wonderful. Now that we live here, we have discovered that many of our friends here have used them as well. We have also gone back to them more than once for additional window coverings. A great outfit!
