Go az in cottonwood is the worst one I have visited as far as parts department and service goes. Nothing against go az. The flagstaff and scottdsdale stores I would give 5 stars to.

Just closed the deal on a new 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan. Ben was great to work with and they even came in and opened up on a Sunday to allow me to pick it up. A+ group in a smaller shop gives it a real personal feel. Highly recommended. As others have noted as well...there was never any sales pressure throughout the process, which was very appreciated.

Bought a new kawasaki motorcycle here the other day, and the experience was quite good. I found what I was looking for on their website inventory, and called them up to make sure its there, and its what I am expecting, and the representative got back to me right away. Something that really surprised me was that they offer test rides, even before they met me, and that really makes or breaks an experience. They care enough to take the risk of letting you try it out to make sure you get what you want, and that was very helpful in solidifying my choice of motorcycle. When it came to pricing, the salesman and sales manager I felt were quite upfront and honest, showed me as much of the numbers as they could, and answered all the questions I had to the best of their ability. I think the pricing I got was fair, and close to what I expected to pay. Overall, I am happy with the purchase, the service, and how personable the staff was with me. If theyve got what you want, definitely worth stopping by.

They only get 4 stars because they would not give me any free perks that I would normally receive for my purchase especially after spending $25,000. Still Mike was really professional, as was Heather.

Customer service was not very good it just seem to me they are not willing to deal and where over priced they wanted to charge me 3% extra to use my credit card

I visited the showroom while Im shopping for a bike. The salesperson was knowledgeable and took time with me. They are in my mix.

Do not go here. Honestly its incredible they have the reviews they do but if you buy something working with Bob is great and you will have a solid experience. If you pay 8000 dollars for a brand new motorcycle and its not working properly, you will see the true colors of these people once dealing with the service folks. Not only will they not repair the issue but I was insulted and told before they would look at the issue I had to prove my worth as a rider by riding along with one of the mechanics, who after verbally insulting me, and somehow after still holding my composure, stormed out of the room. I called a dealership in phoenix, those guys after hearing my issue said frustrated... just from hearing my story... those people are horsesh@t sir. Im heading to Phoenix as to have the transmission issue fixed at no cost. Im not one to complain or dance around writing bad reviews but this world is getting rough and I felt I needed to try to protect consumers. I even wasted my time calling Kawasaki to flag this dealer if possible. Ive run two businesses and I have never experienced anything like this after a massive purchase. STAY AWAY!

My experience has primarily been with Ed in the parts department, but the other staff is always great on the phone, as well as friendly in person. Ed is amazing as he is so thorough with parts in all aspects. I wish I worked with him more often as he helps me be more efficient in my own business.

I rarely review anything but I felt compelled to briefly share my experience because GOAZ Cottonwood made it SO EASY TO BUY! I was looking to get a side by side and had already done a lot of research and decided to get a RZR. Since the Polaris dealers Id been to in the Valley are less than stellar to deal with, and I knew GOAZ was a great company, I thought I would give their Cottonwood store a chance to earn my business.It was a great choice! I called in the morning on a Tuesday to let them know what I was interested in and start the financing process. I expected to get the deal done and head up there on my next day off to pick it up. Nope. By 5:00pm I had my new rig at my place of work in Scottsdale. Financing done, accessories added, delivered. Seriously.Im not sure how typical this is but based on my experience, I cant recommend them enough for your next purchase.

Great service all around, but Denver went far above and beyond. We were already picking up near closing, and after that was done we went on a test ride. We got back well after close and he helped us load the side by side on their trailer, strap it down, any since I didnt have a lot of experience with trailers, assisted in backing the trailer out. He also gave us a lot of great information and tips without ever trying to get us to buy anything, actually giving real advice from his personal experiences.

The actual purchase of the motorcycle was good.Word of advice: if you are NOT an arizonan and need to get it licensed in your state then make damn sure you know what documents you need from them and get them before you take possession.There is one document they WILL NOT be able to provide; STATEMENT OF VIN VERIFICATION. Even as small of an issue this is that i had with them it would have kept me from buying the mc and ever recommending them.3.16.20; You did not promptly provide me with what i needed. Just because your desktop icon says vin verify the actual letter you provided did not even come close. I told you 2x what it needed to state. Yes states have different requirements and i doubt go az has ever delt with Florida.My 10 year old grandson could have typed out a vin verification letter on company letterhead.Im sure the motorcycle will serve me well.

I have been going to Cottonwood Motorsports (now GO AZ Motorcycles of Cottonwood) for over 6 years; for the purchase of a new 2013 Polaris RZR; to purchase add on parts; and repair parts for an older 2007 Polaris 800x2. I have used them to purchase and install tires for both Polaris vehicles and also my Harley full dress Ultra. Additionally, I have had service performed on all vehicles above. I have repeatedly been pleased with the service and personnel. I get individualized treatment which is always fair and friendly. When getting a quote, it is always accurate. When ordering parts, I consistently get called when they arrive and are ready for pick-up. I recommend GO AZ Motorcycles of Cottonwood to anyone interested in their products and service.

Honestly the worst experience ever! I recently purchased brand new Utv with problems the next day , and all they care about is money...I tried to honor being local ,but the integrity doesnt exist there.

I got an amazing deal from them on my Teryx, made it well worth the drive up from Phoenix. The customer service was top notch, especially the post sale support.Wanted to update my review. I bring my Teryx back here for maintenance and the service is top notch and way below the quoted I get at Phoenix dealers. They do great work at a very fair price.
