I purchased the Stanley Toolbox 3 locking boxes stacking with wheels & 2 handles. $38 plus tax. I also bought a Large orange Homer Box for $9.99 plus tax. Both came too under $45.00. Beat the quality WalMart doesnt hold a candle to Home Depo!! Of course I had to decorate it as soon as I arrived home. Photos included below.

This Home Depot in Cottonwood Az. Has the worst management. I will go to Prescott Home Depot. Long way to go but professionalism is important.

Mostly because theyre all we have here. Selection of products is good, though. Quality of said products is also to my needs, if not, my likings. Prices are very fair in my opinion and the people are, for the most part, willing to put the extra effort in to help find what you need.

Purchased a bunch of Milwaukee M18 tools here a little while back. When I was using my impact wrench, the battery fell apart. Then a couple days later the same thing happened with a different battery. Took them both in and had no problems just doing a straight exchange for 2 new batteries! Thats awesome, thanks!

I spend thousands here a week on projects as I work on homes all the time. If I had any other choice I would shop elsewhere, and a lot of the time I do. It is worth the extra time and money to go to Lowes in Prescott. The bad part is this Home Depot is they have a monopoly on this town. You can never get help loading, that is given. The staff is hides and makes no contact with anyone in there, and they are not knowledgeable about their products. This week the soap dispensers in the bathroom were completely empty and employees dont wash their hands. I cant believe this happens give the current situation but I have seen it myself numerous times. This place needs a complete overhaul on management, employees and training. From the management down this is the worst run Home Improvement store I have seen. They are constantly understaffed at the cash registers as well. Plan on loading your lumber, concrete and materials by yourself and good luck getting it in the truck. Buyers beware! The paint department however is really good and nice people back there.

I received an incorrect grill. Brought it back to customer service in cottonwood and a gentlemen by the name of James helped me out AMAZINGLY and I was blessed to have such an incredible experience. He’s what company’s need in customer service 🙏🤘

I was in your store shopping for garden hose and thought that was the only thing I needed. I forgot to grab a cart and pretty soon I had a handful of stuff and I was walking thru the store and I passed 3 employees and not one of them had offered me a cart until I ran into Jenny. She ran and got me a cart and was very helpful and then I told her thank you so much for helping me. This was Jennys first day on the job and she was the best ever!! Always understaffed, pre and post covid. Usually can find what I need on my own which is good since finding an employee is often the hard part. If you need an item pulled from the overhead plan an hr long wait.

Horrible experience checking out , my mom comes here all the time . It’s so sad because I don’t blame the employee who was on duty either , she was doing what she needed to , to hold down things from flying away being so windy . Management should change something about that so their employees don’t need to take things in their own hands . Dropping a brick on my moms foot this morning !! The blonde manger with glasses who came out to help was HORRIBLE . It wasn’t like she had all that much concern about my mother being hurt ! I just want to know how I go about making a corporate complaint about this ! Her pinky toe is most likely fractured or broken . Feeling like management did NOT handle that situation well at all !! And all she had to say was we will give you a call ? My mom was in pain clearly you could see it !

Home Depot that is very large with a massive selection and sheds outside. I bought some work pants, leather gloves for only $6 and shades. The prices are reasonable. One negative is the self checkout does not accept cash, so I had to wait in line to see the cashier and pay.Recommended.

Has become my home away from home!

Today was exceptional. Usually when I cannot find what I want, I also cannot find help for up to 15 minutes. So, I was reluctant to go into Home Depot. I had already searched the internet for a 3 speed pull switch for a ceiling fan and knew the cost plus shipping was expensive. As I said, today the HD help was talking to a couple standing beneath the fan display. They finished as I approached. I presented my dead switch and he picked out the new switch in 3 minutes. Exceptional!

Why must the associates be rude? Isn’t it their job to answer questions? Maybe the Home Depot should turn into the homie depot then the would at least be nice.

I’ve had the absolute worst experience with a kitchen and bathroom counter install. If you are considering working with Home Depot please do not and save yourself the misery. I paid thousands of dollars in October 2020 and it is now March 2021 — not only did Home Depot’s partner not show up for the scheduled install date. But Home Depot didn’t give us a heads up. And I had to chase Home Depot for an answer. When i finally get Home Depot on the phone, they tell me someone new will be taking over— stone systems. Ok. Where are the slabs we already chose? Where are the sinks AZ granite picked up from us? I spent $800 on those sinks that have apparently vanished. I haven’t heard from stone systems in over a month. They won’t return my calls. Home Depot is also not very responsive.

Worst management of any Home Depot Ive ever been to in over 40 years. Staff and managers dont follow through and staff always makes mistakes with orders. The place is poorly run!

Ugh. This store is always a mess. Has been for years, still is. Im frustrated every time I enter. The electrical section is my goal and the parts are always disorganized, out of place, out of stock. Help is great and always friendly but typically kinda hard to catch somone.

We asked for help loading our truck.waited 20 minutes in the door way and no one helped us.the cashier called twice.my husband and I are old and never before asked for help.i hurt my hand so I was in need of a little help.sheetrock,insulation,pipe etc.was not happy with home Depot.

I will no longer be shopping at homedepot.i purchased a propane connector which wasnt the right one i tired to return it and was denied. I had to call a 800 number and was told i couldnt return the item because i purchased it with a instore credit ( i had my receipt for both returns). So now i am out $30 and have a hose that i can use. Very disappointed over the process.

This location seems under staffed at present. I did interrupt and asked about an item. Staff is knowledgeable and he pointed me in the right direction. I had to get my own 36X80 hollow door. Thank goodness it was hollow. Loaded it up myself. Sorry old woman here. Just would have been nice to have help.

Had to do some plumbing repairs. Bought everything I thought I needed and found out when I got home that one of the parts was the wrong one. Brought back the incorrect part and had no trouble returning it and purchasing the correct one. In and out in a few minutes.

A good place to find anything you will need to improve your home

HD has mostly always been a good experience for me. The wood is straight and the staff is bright and knowledgeable. Checking out is fast and parking is ample. Im sometimes nostalgic for a good old-fashioned lumberyard which HD isnt one of.

Got a great price for a refrigerator. The sales clerk was very helpful, even though they were very busy.

Worst Home Depot ever. No service to purchase a Bosch dishwasher. The lady in appliances had me on the line for 47 minutes and still couldnt get it ordered even though they had the dishwasher in stock.Finally got it ordered after being transferred to two other representatives, charged for installation and carry away of old appliance but they dropped the dishwasher off in the box and left. Called HD twice to have invoice adjusted for these charges and put on hold, representative never returned so Im just going to have to dispute the charges with the credit card company.Then after I hired a plumber to install the appliance it still did not work. Now I have to fight with Bosch to get someone out there to fix it.Horrible service, and horrible product.

This location has a good amount of inventory and the workers are helpful in knowing what is in stock or is difficult to get during the pandemic.

Store policy requires shoppers and employees to wear masks, however, while looking for the right size screws/fasteners, a couple came within 3 ft of us not wearing masks. Store intercom had just announce their Covid-19 policy. Also searched for about 30 min to find correct type and size, and none in stock.

Ive shopped at a lot of Home Depots around the US for work and personal reasons for many years. The customer service at this store is pretty lacking. I recently ordered new carpet there and I couldnt get two different employees to enter my selection into the computer so I could schedule the installation. I had to call corporate and the saleslady I spoke with was terrific. I also had no problems with the guy who came to measure. They need to put their employees thru Aces training program. Ace doesnt sell any where near the merchandise of course but the employees are actually helpful and friendly and the prices are pretty reasonable on most things.

I went to find a certain product, website showed 3 in stock but I couldnt locate them. I asked 1 associate in garden (where it is supposed to be) she couldnt find it and didnt make too much effort looking for it, so I asked customer service. He sent another associate, he did the exact same as the first, both stating that their counts are always off. Fortunately, I am a bit more stubborn and asked a third associate, she actually took the time and made an effort to look for and find the item I was looking for. It happened to be in the drive thru area which also serves as overstock. Thank you so much ALLISON in the garden section.....you saved me a lot of time having to travel back and forth looking at different stores.

From a person whos forced to go there nearly daily because its the only store in town I find it very hard to find a lot of products they run out of stock quickly or forever asking them to pull them off the top shelf and got to wait a long time I cant tell you how many times I have to buy longer material because theyre out of stock at least once a week necklace with lumber flooring Ive lived across the United States and this is probably the worst home Depot Ive ever experienced just saying

Had to wait longer than we should have for our online ready order...the gentleman who helped us wanted to make it right...he apologized and went out of his way to give us a discount, call us just after we left to again apologize. I believe he was the assistant manager and handles the online orders. I apreciate how he handled the situation. Thank you!!

Tried curbside pick up. After following the link from the email twice Letting them know I was In the parking lot with no activity after 20 minutes texted as the sign at the parking spot says also nobody showed up finally after 35 minutes I called the store directly and the lady acted as if she had no clue but I’ve been trying to get my stuff. The store has a major breakdown in communication

I have bought some reasonably priced items here. Recently I purchased a refrigerator here because my old refrigerator malfunctioned and was not worth fixing. The staff in the appliance department are great and they let me borrow a refrigerator until my new refrigerator was delivered at no cost. For this I am very grateful. My only disappointment is that in other departments in the store it is often difficult to find a department person to help. As I have been a Home Depot patron for about 20 years, the difficulty in finding someone to help is not exclusive to the Cottonwood Home Depot. However, I would still recommend Home Depot if you are not in a hurry and are willing to wait to find a department person to help.

*I always call ahead there, and ask someone to check for a product if I dont see it online, which doesnt take but 5 minutes to do with your phone.Doesnt matter if its Home Depot, Walmart, target, or half dozen other multi-billion dollar big box retail stores.I use my common sense, which for some unknown reason, a lot of people dont put it in the car with them when they go out in public.I was behind some guy yesterday, that yelled at this poor girl at the customer service desk for 5 minutes, called her names...until I finally spoke up and asked him if he would calm down and stop cussing...which he did when he realized he was being obnoxious.I have never had a bad experience in Home Depot. Sometimes theyve been out of things that I need, but thats life. Its that way everywhere on Earth, especially during Covid19 in 2020.**I also go out of my way to always thank the person for helping me or at least go online a few days later and write a positive review for them cuz I know they earn their money,its retail.Ive worked long,hard,thankless retail hourly wage jobs most of my life.By the way, Ive been thanked several times by employees for always wearing a mask while shopping, which earns my respect and business.I find it impossible to accept that customers think that they can go in anywhere not wearing a mask, whether Walmart, Target, Home Depot, or anywhere these days.I see a lot of guys shopping in Home Depot not wearing one.

They act like you are bothering them, they are much to busy to help you. Better off going to Ace Hardware. Home depot offers curb side pick up what a joke! They wont answer the phone when you call the number provided. Shame they cant get there act together!

I have to to qualify my rating Of a 3🌟 the store has limited selection compared to other HD’s 😖 I also checked my self out (the gal watching my every move) and went to pay with cash and she says “you can’t pay with cash here” no offer to help no options - so I had to delete my transaction ($275 of stuff) and go stand in line at the ONE lane with a HUMAN... Ughe! but Cindy was very chipper, helpful, and apologetic 😍 she also loaned me .06 cents!! 🧡

The management team there consist of a smart and friendly group people extremely well versed in customer service. The associates in all the departments are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
