I purchased a number of items for gifts and found an issue with one of them (not a defect, but a miscommunication as to a specific aspect of the product.) I returned to the store to resolve it, but the person I inquired with was exceptionally rude. They didnt even make eye contact as they told me to try another time and proceeded to walk away. They were certainly busy, but that gesture was just absurd, especially for the high standards of service we expect from a brand like this.Luckily, customer service over the phone was exceptional and they resolved my issue right away.

Huge disappointment in Louis Vuitton in general like a brand and South Coast Plaza Store. Even if I am a big fan of LV products, definitely I am relocating to the other brand which treat their frequent clients with respect. I was shopping before in different LV locations like European LV stores, NYC, Beverly Hills, Las Vegas and I never had that disappointed and unwillingness feeling before like in South Coast Plaza LV location.

I am giving the rating to sales rep Kris. She was accommodating, helpful, and patient. She made sure the bag I purchased was in perfect condition. As far as the girl who does the check in was not as helpful. While in line, I asked her if a particular bag was in stock that way I don’t waste anyone’s time and I can give my spot to someone else. She just replied with “ ok I’ll get back to you “ but never did. She had the iPad in her hand and could have pulled it up real quick, but was not very accommodating.

Louis Vuitton is an advantage for me. My sister actually works there. But aside from her. The store is amazing. The customer service is above and beyond excellent. Everytime I go to the store, I am greeted like a priority customer even though they dont remember me as the brother of one of their employees. I love that the most because I am treated and greeted like everyone else the see. So, if you want top notch customer service and you want to feel like you are a little above the rest. I recommend going to Louis Vuitton in South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. Its nice being treated like you are on top of the world. Take it from me.

This location is definitely one of the better ones.On a side note, I have to say that Topanga Canyon Louis Vuitton has to be the worst. Unorganized, and the staff is the most unpleasant as well as unprofessional.I was in the area and decided to stop by and get a belt.They were handling the Covid situation very well, and the staff was very nice. Olivia helped me, and she was excellent!

I have left a review over a year ago and that was the beginning of my big purchase, all I can say people give you the best customer service in the world 🌎 when you’re dropping money , they give you the best service but once you’re items start coming apart , then they take decades to reply to you , or don’t want to fix you’re stuff ! And I get when it’s ur fault but when the monagram starts to peel off or when the stitching starts to come off they give you a hard time , not to mention I been thru 3 psm in less than a year , TAKE YOUR TIME WHEN YOUR PLANING ON BUYING ANYTHING LOOK AT THE STITCHING AND THE SHAPE OF WHAT YOU PURCHASE THERE Literally just throwing merchandise out to the sales floor without checking the quality or shape ..

Amazing experience here. The sales associate I worked with was very helpful. They are limiting the number of people in the store which was nice. I was looking for a purse that has been sold out for close to a year. I was finally given information that they had it in stock! When I arrived to pick it up, he had it ready for me. Sad excuse for a designer store and a luxury brand. I have never been so disappointed with a store and have received better customer service from a drive-thru to be quite honest!I purchased an item on August 23rd after locating an item and had a SA reach out to get the item. There were 3 available at the time. I then paid through the link I was sent and went about my business. A week passed, no update about the order. I send the SA a couple texts to get an update. I am told that my item has been pulled from the warehouse (not where it was originally coming from but okay) and was awaiting shipment. Another week passes with no contact from the employee. I then reach back out and ask for an update and a few days pass without a response but I finally receive a message saying theres no ETA on the item and she will keep an eye out for one to come in. Not how an order should work after 1) paying for it and 2) being told that the item was awaiting shipment. I then call the 1-800 number for client services 3 times (starting this past Sunday) and each time I am told that a manager would give me a call to which I request that the general manager call me instead as I am beyond frustrated at this point. Today I finally receive a call from someone who said they were a manager but not the general manager to which I request she call. This manager once again says she will keep an eye out for the item. I had already requested a refund and that was processed this morning. This definitely is not how a luxury brand should be managed.Im not quite sure if its a lack of communication, poor management, or just not caring about customer service that this location has a problem with but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff were useless and did not help us at all. We walked in and let this tall Chinese girl with ash colored hair know that we were there to buy a wallet. The moment we told her we were looking for a wallet, she told us to look around and left us there with no help. She went on to help a customer that was there to buy a bag. I guess she earns more money from selling bags than wallets, but none of the staff were willing to help either. They were literally walking around while customers behind us were waiting for help as well. Bad customer service.

I went to this place last Feb. first we visit the one in Bloomingdales Sales Representative he was so nice I couldn’t find what I wanted so he referred us to the Boutique. So we went here we can’t hardly find sales associate available. So it takes little longer then one lady came to us. She is rude and she’s kinda like irritated to me of course I don’t wanna just grab right away then I’m gonna end up I don’t really like it. Then so I find the right one for me but the main thing she didn’t get me the new one. She said they don’t have stock and telling me that purse just came out so she insist that’s new. So we bought it then when we got home it didn’t look like really new I mean it’s because it’s from display. So Planning to return it I get sick last March 3 till the end of month after that we got Covid and turn to lockdown. First time to go to this place what I feel that time was Discrimination from this store!

This store is terrific. The sales associate who helped me showed me the exact hard to find bag. She noticed a slight damage and told me shed get another one. Then....she helped tie the beautiful scarf to the handle and even redid the tie because she wanted it perfect. It was a lovely shopping experience and I know Ill be back. again.

Horrible experience ever. The costumer experience is awful , the service they give for the quality of purse they sale isnt just ridiculous, completely ugly! Took my purse to get fixed and the girl who was taking care of my purse simply never return my calls, was so hard to get a hold of her to give me an update regarding my purse and I had to go in person and another lady helped me. Who I was pretty rude to and later apologized for cause it wasnt her fault, but the other ladys. Basically the lack of communication and the unprofessionalism from care expert advisor is awful , no bueno. Disgusting overall experience!!!!! This is the first time we come to this store and it will be the last time. The service is really bad. I know what I want, so we decided to wait in the line. When the first time we got to the front of the line. The worker came to me and asked me if we got the text. We didn’t know we need to check in with the number before getting into the line. Therefore, I gave them my number and they said the line would be approximately half an hour. Then, after an hour I still haven’t received any text back from them, so we went to ask them what’s going on. The worker asked my name and he said my name probably got deleted so he checked me in and asked me to join the line which had over 20 people. I double checked with him the stock of the stuff I wanted and he said that was in stock. I waited in line for another hour and got to the front. He came up to me and asked if there was any specific thing I wanted. I told him what I wanted and he said it was actually out of stock and we should go to the store in Bloomingdales. I asked him why he said it was in stock earlier. He said he didn’t know without even saying sorry. I was so angry and just left because they just wasted 2.5 hours of our time with that kind of attitude.

Called clientele and they COULDNT GET AHOLD OF THIS STORE. we were tying to find an item and hold it (that said they had in stock from another locations data base). we drove all the way from san diego because they said they had it in inventory. we show up for their data base to ALSO say they had it in inventory. they then looked for it and said their inventory was off and not updated. for a high price store to not have their inventory updated is very upsetting and made me waste my whole day.

I truly believe everyone should take the negative reviews with a grain of salt as they are old And my experience at this store was absolutely fantastic. Even during a time when the store was very busy and and crowded, all the sales associates I worked with were absolutely brilliant, extremely kind, And helpful. I was greeted by an older women who made sure I was quickly helped by one of the sales associates. I was simply wearing jeans and the service was fantastic. If you go into this Louis vuitton with a positive attitude, you should have excellent service.

So for some reason the employees have the tendency of pre judging people as they walk in, today I walked in with my son, the lady that Greeted us have us a look as if she felt we couldnt afford shopping there. I was dressed casual,but that doesnt mean I cant afford to shop there, once she saw I was with my wife and daughter,her attitude changed a bit, they took our name and had us wait for a sales person. When we were there in the afternoon 5PM, it was all packed. Then I had a receptionist came by and putted us in the waitlist for someone to serve us. We were waiting there for almost an hour and didn’t not get follow up. Once we saw someone came behind us gets served. I realized something must went wrong. Then we went talked to the receptionist, she was busy talking with other coworkers. This review is for the main store (NOT the one inside Bloomingdale). I should give less than a two-star review for this store based on my recent visit. If this store were to have more staff such as Laura Clancy, I would not visit there again. Laura Clancy, as one of the Floor Manager, is very rude and unprofessional when talking to the client. She needs to go back to school and re-take her communication skill class. She does not have the ability to use positive language/body language. She has no people skill. She acted like a high school brat who bullied people (in this case is her clients). I just do not have a clue of how someone like Laura Clancy would have gotten promoted to be one of the managers at a high end Louis Vuitton store.... If such individual could be promoted to be a manager, then the quality of good/welling take care of/superior customer service is no longer there, as before. Such ashamed, even a manager at a local Walmart store has more professionalism than her.

I have been in this store four times. It has been weird every time I wander in here. So weird that if I want to look around I go to Neiman Marcus, Saks or Bloomingdales (the Neiman Marcus is in Fashion Island). I only visit this location to actually buy stuff with the goal of leaving the luxury fashion house twilight zone as soon as possible.On my last visit, last night, I had to have a security guard flag down a salesperson for me. They apologized to me that they had to find someone to help me. The salesperson I got wasn’t the friendliest. I picked out my bag, she told me to feel free to look around. Then I apparently wandered behind a counter I wasn’t supposed to wander behind, and another security guy told me to please not hang out back there. He then went on a rant about how overpriced Louis Vuitton’s costume jewelry is, and he ranted about it until the sales associate came back and literally moved me away from him so she could talk to me and update my contact information. I really didn’t want to visit this location but the bag I wanted was not available at Neiman Marcus, Saks, or Bloomingdales (they were sold out).The time prior to this my experience was similar: I had to have a security guard flag down a sales associate so I could get my Keep It Twice bracelet.First time I came here, the sales associates were nice, but spent the whole time wanting to see my Vernis Alma in Rouge Fauviste that I had carried with me. Apparently it was rare and many of them had never seen the color. I had to remind them that ahem, I wanted to buy something, and they sold me my Speedy B in Azur.I have noticed that this location does engage in profiling, and also seems to have a preference for people who are clearly tourists. But pretty much every single store in this mall does this and it is very irritating. It makes me think that my money is not as good as some tourist’s money.

As soon as I entered store, there was the usual chaos apparent in most OC Louis Vuitton stores—usually Glendale and Santa Monica stores are quite boring—and after glancing a little, a very courteous associate greeted me. The gentleman was very attentive, mindful of eye contact and ensured the best attention to detail possible. He was understanding when addressing my requests and offered bottled carbonated water as it can get pretty warm in there. They assisted me in finding the right bag for the right occasion, don’t want to look goofy in the midst of office drama and politics.Also, the gentleman and the associates went out of their way to inform me that a backpack was available, the Apollo to be exact, after my husband bought the purse earlier that day from the men’s store across the women’s store. The fact that they remember their clientele and their specific needs from previous sales says millions about their customer service and their respect for the discerning client—“fun” fact, I wasn’t dressed to “impress” as I just got out of my workout routine and they treated me the way I would expect to be treated (no smarmy snapping).By far, they have addressed my needs and went above and beyond their normal duties to make my experience beyond the ordinary.
