Dont know the name of the person that answered the phone, but he was just a d*ck. Called to ask about a car and he wouldnt even let me finish the question without loudly saying what year what year what year repeatedly. Car wasnt available, and I was asking what other options they had but before I could finish, he just says the answer is no, nothing right now without even knowing what I was even going to ask. The call didnt go over 1 minute because I just hung up on this d*uche bag. Hope you see this and learn to be somewhat respectful over the phone when someone is just asking a question.

Brian and Sam are both great! My boyfriend and I have bought our last 3 vehicles off of them. Most of his cars are high mileage and may have a couple of issues but he is honest and upfront about everything! Most of all he is not pushy whatsoever and will work with almost any situation. There is no credit check so this is the place to go if you have zero or bad credit and Brian will work with you and get you in a car right away. It seems like he sells his vehicles faster than he can update the website which is fine b/c you can just text or email him and he will honestly tell you what he has available at that time. Waited 6 months to give a review to make sure my car was dependable. Purchased a 2012 fusion at a wonderful price. Its nice to know that there are honest guys selling dependable cars without getting ripped off. A minor problem that I need to fix with the tank that will be easy to fix and my car is still able to be driven.. Thats why I havent fixed it yet lol... But you cant expect no issues with an older car. Im very very satisfied with my purchase, as I have had much much much worse. This was a great purchase and Im glad I went here instead of getting a car note.

Got my very first car from summer auto finance. He will go above and beyond of you are a serious buyer. Only problem I had is that the car i got broke down about 2 months later, and other cars we test drove had a handful of mechanical problems. Bottom line, great dealer if you need a car cheap and fast, just save up a good repair budget.

I came, I saw, I got the keys(that was strange never had keys given to me like this before! I would not suggest shopping for a car at Summer Auto Finance. Bryan is pretty forward about his philosophy. I cant do that, Im in the business of making money, not wasting time. I couldnt bring myself to gambling whether the cars he sells will be reliable or not. Hell give you carfax reports, but he does not really know the condition of his vehicles at all aside from a few test drives he says he made.

Dont ever go to this business. I dealt with Brian the manager or salesperson. Because I lived out of town. I arranged to have the car inspected by an inspection company at a considerable cost to me. We agreed on a price and I asked him to send me some paperwork and I would FedEx him the check. I never heard back from him despite many texts, emails and phone calls. Then I saw that the car had been sold. Brian is an unscrupulous, deceitful and unprofessional person. Save yourself some aggravation and find a car somewhere else.

I have talked with Brian on two occasions both conversations left me feeling like he did not want to help me, He reminds of those scammers that call you telling you that you won a grant, and you have to send them money before they can release your funds. the moment you question there business they get very aggravated with you. Brian is not a nice guy, he has no charm or finesse, he has no idea on how to sell anything the cars are selling themselves. Brian does not care for his customers he is untrustworthy, this man will scam you, talk to him in five minutes you will see and feel a scam or con being worked.

He made sure to let me know prior to coming to setup an appointment as he is always running around, so I called a day in advance, and also just to make sure called an hour before I drove over from Murrieta to make sure we were still on for our appt. When I got there he handed me the keys and told me to take as much time as I need to make sure the car is what I am looking for. He was great, very professional, laid back and let me and my wife make sure that the Jetta was what we wanted for our 17 year old daughter. As soon as we got back from the test drive the Carfax report was already printed for us to look over and any questions we had he answered very accurately. If youre looking for cars as rinky-dink and overpriced as this office, youve found the right place!Upon arriving at this shanty run down hole-in-the-wall shack/office I introduced myself. Byron clearly dismayed said he didnt want any headaches from me. Bad start already, but I continued anyway. I was interested in a white 2001 BMW 330i. It looked good online but upon further investigation all was not well. The A/C did not function. The fabric was coming off both sides of the dash, the windshield looked like it had been replaced albeit haphazardly and the scuffed up bumper was partially off. When I inquired about these conditions Byron simply said it looked like something gone wrong. I asked him about oil leaks, coolant system changes, things that you would typically like to know about cars. He said he didnt know but he was selling the car for $4,000. I proceeded to make a offer for $3000 due to the condition of the vehicle and the necessary repairs. Byron stated Well, you can make an offer but that doesnt mean anyone is listening. The sheer disrespect with which he said it was puzzling. Was it because I was young? Was it because I was black? Who knows...but a moderately successful entrepreneur such as myself is not at all desperate or inexperienced in making car purchases. This would have been my 7th BMW purchase in the last 8 years.No harm done, Byron told me I could buy a Kia or a Honda for that price although it wasnt good for a single man, an area which I assume Byron knows a great deal about as it is difficult to imagine women being wooed by his er uhm charming personality. Lets hope he learns more about women from those escorts he hires then he does about cars, business, or fashion for that matter.

Horrible place to get a car Customer service was so unprofessional wouldn’t sell my boyfriend a car just because I was the one with no license and the car wasn’t even going in my name . We kinda figured something was up Owner refused to do business with us for no apparent reason cars aren’t good cars first time I purchased a car from him broke down after 3 days & couldn’t refund us our money . Was told only needed DL ,checking account ,checks and cash payment we came with everything asked for and still refused to do business . We knew it must of been something else horrible man !!!!

I asked if a car was available and when i could see it...Brian said he could set up a time a couple days later then sold the car before i could see it...and then didnt care about the sale..poor business man...

Seems like a nice guy but very dishonest I drove down there quite far was told the car that I was looking at was not there and when it be back because it was being clean then I asked to see another car that would it be there for an hour it seemed like he was picking up cars from the local area took a little bit to get him to tell me he was like a broker I would investigate before buying a car from this person.
