I live in Tennessee, yet Eurocar is all the way across the country. I was looking for a rare car and found, what appeared, to be exactly what I was looking for at Eurocar in Orange County, CA. But this was an older exotic car, so buying such an expensive item sight unseen would be quite foolish, right?Well, long story short - Eurocar had a great reputation and a long history of doing stellar business so I decided to trade a Supercharged Jaguar XJL V8 for a 2012 Aston Martin (plus several thousand cash). And I performed this transaction sight unseen, no test drive, no inspection.I worked with a salesman named Alex. He was prompt, articulate, and knowledgeable. There was no negotiation required; he came back with a solid offer for my trade and the Aston Martin was already priced below what I would expect to pay.We arranged cross shipment of the vehicles (all taken care of by Alex and Eurocar). The Aston was shipped via covered truck from CA to TN. It shipped on a Friday afternoon and arrived in TN that Monday - two day shipping!The Aston Martin arrived in spectacular condition and I was very impressed with the detail work. Every surface was detailed on this car (including the undercarriage). It looked brand new. The precise detailing work alone deserves applause - this was above and beyond what would normally be expected from a dealership. The engine performed admirably.The take-away here is that I had to put a lot of trust in Eurocar, and Eurocar had to put trust in me. They did not question the condition of my vehicle and they did not misrepresent the condition of the Aston. My trust was well placed and I am very pleased with the integrity and service this dealership offered me as a long-distance internet buyer.If you are considering an exotic, then take a look at this dealership regardless of what state you reside. My only regret is that I do not live close enough to visit the showroom in person (but Alex generously sent me several pictures via text message). Ill certainly be coming back and would not hesitate to give Eurocar a strong recommendation.

Worst experience car shopping!The sales person Ali made us feel very uncomfortable. He asked personal questions including my occupation, how can I afford the car, etc. Ali would not allow us to test drive the car. He stated I’m unable to test drive the car unless I purchase first. Which is technically illegal. Stay away from this place. They do not offer any warranties on any of their cars. All sales are as is. Just a full warning to all of you.

Even though we had 9 kids with us, they were still nice and didnt treat us like second class citizens.

Dealt with them a few times over the years and today finally things aligned and we bought a car there. The owner is a fun dude and good negotiator.On this deal I dealt Chris, who went above and beyond to make this deal happen for a particular number I had in mind. I am not the easiest guy to deal with and he really accommodated my needs and provided everything I needed instantly and when we showed up the car was exactly as promised with everything they described and we had discussed included. If you are serious about getting a car there, ask for Chris, he’s a really good dude and reminds everybody involved that it’s first and foremost about the passion for the cars.

Bought a Porsche 911 Carrera 4S from Chris completely over the phone from the other side of the country. Smoothest car sale I’ve ever dealt with before, and they shipped it to me enclosed with no issues whatsoever. The car is gorgeous inside and out, and runs beautifully so far. They were great at communicating the process and where the car was throughout the whole thing until it arrived to me. I’d absolutely do business with them again.

If it is possible to give 100 stars I would most certainly do so. This is one of the good guys. Never before have I had a more professional and pleasant experience buying a Ferrari. There are few dealerships who actually care more about the customer and the relationship that they do the money. This is one of them. Do not wait another minute if you are looking for an exotic car. I immediately called, Sahar, my sales agent and she said.....Not to worry... bring it back. Well to took a few weeks to correct the issue. For my trouble I got a call from the owner apologizing. Out of his mouth came words I never heard a dealer say before... He said... Im sorry for the challenge. I have 3 options for you.... 1) The car is fixed and come pick it up 2) I will refund your money 100% and you can walk away whole 3) Come to the lot and pick a different car. Its up to you. Now that is real customer service.Run... do not walk.... to them. They will take good care of you.

Owner is extremely rude and very arrogant. He was super pushy to make a deal happen same day. When I told him I was a few weeks out from making a decision, they told me to go look at someone elses cars until I am ready to buy. Took my business elsewhere and purchase a Urus from another local dealership.

We just bought our new Lamborghini Aventador at Eurocar. It was out first time doing business with them and definitely will not be the last! So they have a car I’ve been interested in so I went to just to check it out I didn’t tell them I was interested in anything so they don’t pressure me to buying, the lady at the front desk has the worst smart attitude, despite that they have a good showroom of really nice cars but not one person ask me if I was interested in anything or bothered showing me anything, personally if imma buy a car I wanna feel comfortable w my purchase sadly I won’t get that experience here so I’ll take business else where. If you ain’t flashing money they ain’t gonna give u the attention.

Absolutely beautiful cars and great customer service. Well worth the trip.

Very bad experience after sales. Found out there were lot of issues with the car and told them about it. Harry the sales man and Zee the owner were very eager to sell the car, but not eager to fix it after sales. They fixed some issues and lot of issues prevailed. I had to take the car to Rolls Royce authorized dealer in San Francisco to fix it. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Most professional car dealership Ive ever been to. This is an exotic cars dealership so you better have some money 😂. Ive compared their prices to other luxury car dealerships and they are very competitive. The place is spectacular the people are friendly and professional. Bought an R8 from Sahar. Im on the East Coast, so I really relied on her to look everything over extremely well, and be my eyes. Everything was exactly as promised. They got the car shipped on an enclosed trailer quickly (a nice one, not cheap one like some other dealers), and I received the car in a timely manner. Sahar was awesome and even took videos of the car from all around for me. She communicated very well, and never left me hanging. Will be happy to buy from her again in the future!!!

Great selection of cars, great experience. Bought an R8 from Harry a few weeks ago, very clean and runs great. Very simple process, had my car picked up in the midwest and their car shipped out within a day or two of signing the papers and having everything ready on the car. The most straightforward dealership I have ever dealt with of the 15+ dealerships I have purchased from over the years, and Harry is one of the nicest guys Ive met who really seems to love what he does, definitely ask for him.They seem to make sure to get everything up to showroom shape before they sell it from the cars I saw. When I first got it, I noticed a little bit of a strange smell on the first drive. I contacted them and Harry was very communicative (even answered me once off duty while he was at home eating dinner), and made sure I knew they had my back the whole time. They were ready and willing to fix anything if it turned out to be an issue. Luckily no issue, turned out to be likely some spilled fluids burning off from the recent service, 500mi on it already and runs great no issues. Very pleased with the car and dealership experience.

Purchased car back in September 2019 was told how by sales rep and manager that I dealt with that service and customer satisfaction was at the top off their list went back last Friday to see if they may have an interest in selling a Ca T Ferrari which I left with them and priced according to their suggestion I have called back 3 times to inquire on when car would show advertised as they told me they would each time I speak to front office ladies and ask if they can please inquire and have a manager reach back to me no one calls back or follows up I think I have a clear idea now off what their customer service is

Only chill person there was Iliya. All of the salesmen were just constantly following us to make sure we weren’t touching the cars. When we first went up to the front desk, the lady was very condescending because my friend didn’t own a phone. If you are just going to look at cars, you will get treated as a second class.

The car I purchased was as advertised and nice. The showroom is terrific, the selection of cars top-notch, and Tony Nguyen was a pleasure to work with and bent over backwards to get me in the car I wanted.The after sale experience has been rough. A month after the purchase and Ive never heard from the bank (at all) whos financing my new car, my old car was not paid off leaving the bank hounding me for a past due payment, and I cant seem to get the car registered in Arizona, where I live.

This place is a serious candy shop for car fanatics. Its better than going to a car show because all of the exotics are unlocked and you can sit in them, as opposed to looking from behind a rope. Cars are priced a bit high, but they are all in pristine consition

Bought a Lotus Evora from this company a little over a year ago and cant say good enough things about the company, I bought the car sight unseen and they were flexible with what I wanted. They also shipped the car to me as well as shipped my trade in. Never had any issues with the car and it has been Immaculate ever sense. Stopped by with my girlfriend because a buddy of mine purchased a Bentley here recently. Inventory is incredible and everyone was very helpful. Not your typical car dealer. Toys there are insane. Was immediately greated by the receptionist Janel ( hope I’m spelling it right) who was sweet and easy to talk to. It was great that we were able to crack a few jokes with her and feel welcomed which I’ve found it hard to get that at other “luxury dealers”. I recently bought an Aston Martin. Although, it was listed as used the car was actually brand new. I am the first owner. Eurocar saved me good amount of money and they delivered the car to my house in TX in a few days. Everything they said about the car was true. I am a very satisfied customer plan to buy future cars from them.

Bought a Drophead Coupe off these guys. Best inventory I have ever seen and every car is meticulously detailed and ready for sale. Everyone their takes a lot of pride in their cars and business. They arent in the business of ripping people off. They sell their cars for a fair price for the quality as they understand the value of repeat business.

If you like being asked, “ How much do you want to pay for this car”? Or you ask about a specific car and they get you a trade and price on another car? Finally if you just have so much available time you need to waste some this is the place to waste it at. Bought over 30 cars before and this attempted purchase was very challenging. it’s tough to get a staight answer out of Norman Martin. Being an out of state buyer I wasn’t able to walk in and deal with someone else. I gave up and will buy elsewhere.

Was thinking of purchasing a Lamborghini from EuroCar. First off, I was greeted nicely but after they asked what car Im interested in, and I replied not sure yet, still looking around, there entire attitude changed. The sales person treated me like a completely different person. At first when I arrived he let me look inside the car and sit inside, but after I told him Im not sure which car Im looking for, he wouldnt even let me open the door. They are just trying to get as much money off you, as quickly as possible, and hassle free.. for them. I ended up leaving the dealership as I was disgusted by the salesperson professionality and didnt seem they were trustworthy. They definitely try to hustle you into buying something quickly, but I wasnt interested in that. I took my money elsewhere that day.I later purchased a Lamborghini Aventador later that day from another dealership.

Great place, youll be like a kid in a candy store! The variety can be intimidating. For an indi, cars all seem in good shape, no shifty sales tactics. What you would expect, unpopular combinations and slightly higher mileage, but good examples.

This was to be my first exotic car purchase so I was both excited and more than a little bit nervous. The collection of exotic cars in the showroom was staggering. Any exotic car aficionado should be willing to pay for admission to the showroom – a Disneyland of exotic cars. I had two different cars in mind, and fortunately, Eurocar had an example of each and let me test drive both of them. That was a big advantage provided by their extensive collection. I was able to make up my mind on the spot and paid for a gorgeous blue Ferrari California T then and there. I was visiting my son in Newport Beach and planned to have the car shipped to my home some distance away. They suggested I drive the car for the three days that I was visiting my son so I could assure myself that the car was as represented. I did, it was and I was grateful for their suggestion. I worked with Richard who had that “no worries, mate” Aussie charm. I had a few issues, nothing major. Richard bent over backward to resolve them. I now have the car at home and it is an absolutely great car. Assuming there will be a next exotic car, Eurocar will be my first stop – no sense in wasting time with a less extensive collection. Yes, I sincerely recommend Eurocar.

I called Eurocar and was connceted with CJ. I was interested in a Panamera Turbo that I saw on Autotrader. I live on the other side of the country and had some very specific parameters I was looking for. CJ said he would take and text a couple pictures for me and they were on my phone in less than 2 minutes. The car is beautiful. I had a couple more questions due to it being so far away. Not being in it physically until it was delivered concerned me so CJ did a Facetime walk around for me. He expedited the financing (which exceeded my expectations) and the deal was done. Paperwork Fedexed the next morning and car is on the way. CJ was incredibly honest and professional . He accomodated my every request. Thank you so much CJ

I dont know where these guys get their cars from, but it seems as though every car has some sort of issue with it. I went here looking for a Porsche 911. They promised the car was 100% clean history, no issues. After a thorough history check on the car I discovered that it was in an accident! Same with two other cars I was interested in that they had in their inventory. Completely dishonest salesmen and management. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY
