I bought my Porsche boxster here. Im going to be completely honest. I called to enquire about a vehicle and they answered my questions. They werent pushy at all; in fact, they didnt seem to care whether I wanted to make a purchase. Jamie is the owner I believe. He seems like a blunt, straight forward kind of guy. Not much of a smooth talker. He didnt try to talk me into making the purchase. He did sound very demanding and wasnt very accommodating given that I was 400 miles away and willing to do all the work with my bank and flying down to buy the car. Patty was a lot more personable. But in the end, they are an honest business and Im glad to have worked with them. They even saved me a lot of money by using my own address rather than my parents. I do recommend them, just hope you catch Jamie on a good day. Or just ask for Patty.

Big fan!! I recently walked into this well inventoried store to purchase a high end luxury Mercedes S Class. I found the car as advertised on autotrader and decided to check it out personally. When you walk into this building you are immediately impressed with the overall care to detail of every car meticulously placed in a spot for good walk around viewing. Great inventory of high end sports and luxury cars in a clean well organized showroom. This is far from your ordinary used car lot, as I am far from your ordinary used car buyer. My OCD gets the better of me in the automotive dept.I negotiated a deal on an S Class with Patty and Jamie and the price was very fair and right where it should have been according to KBB fair market values. Overall it was an extremely easy and well functioning machine that got everything together to make it happen. I was very impressed with this no nonsense buying experience and if you’re in the market for a high end used car go see Patty and Jamie at CarMart on Placentia and 19th right next to the Shell Station. Such a horrible experience in terms of customer service. The owner here was super nasty, very defensive attitude and not accommodating to say the least. They add a service to all their cars call inTouch - I believe - for which they charge the customer 600 and is not optional - fine- when we asked the owner why wasnt it optional he replied very aggressively because this is my house and I make the rules. Mind you, they also get a commission for making you pay for that service. He was extremely rude and ended up lecturing us about how he doesnt need so sell cars because is not his profession of trade. He acted like he was doing us a favor by being there and although we loved the car, we ended up leaving. The customer experience here is dead, because the owner is so full of himself. The lady at the front and Bill were very pleasant and professional.

I’ve bought six cars from car mart OC and have been happy with each experience. They didn’t waste my time or play games and made the purchasing process quick and easy without trying to sell me fluff add ons. I liked the quality of customer service so much that I also had them sell two of my cars on consignment. They sold my 2013 highlander hybrid, 2007 bmw 323i. From now on I’m going to use their service for selling my cars on consignment because it’s a painless experience without having to answer all the silly questions from curious buyers and they helped to bring the car up to the condition it needed to be in to net top dollar while using their wholesale connections at value pricing. We did not even let Us test drive the car.03/28/19-The owner Jaime, call me to offer to bring the car to Palm Spring with a full tank if I would remove a review my partner did on yealp, i accepted. I sent the dealer a copy of my driver license and credit card to charge the $5000 for down payment. Jaime assume I was going to remove the review on the spot! He change his mind after I told him I would remove it after I have the car in my hands. He changed his mind and did not follow with his promise. Im stress! They have really stress me out! by texting and calling me for the past 3 days. He did not sale the car to me after he said he would.03/29/19- Today I receive a text from the dealer: Mr Martinez I suggest you move on and remove all your and your alias or your friends negative reviews that are being fabricated and purposely attacking to my business. My best friend is a very famous accident and reputation attorney. And he will protect my reputation no matter how much it costs. I hope you are ready for this financially. We are also ready to forget everything and move on. What do you say we make peace and you go your way and we go our way? This is a friendly approach to solve this problem. These guys sold me a car with the wrong spare tire. Only to find out when I got a flat in the middle of nowhere in the freezing cold. Had to reinstall flat tire and drive to nearest tire shop and buy a non matching tire. When I got back, I called Carmart to request an exchange for the right spare tire and the guy told me I was pushing his buttons and hunged up on me. Lessons learned #1 Check that your spare tire matches your car #2 Do not buy from CarMart. - BTW, I dont like to leave negative reviews but this easily couldve been a life/death situation and to be treated this way was highly unprofessional.
