I was able to install a nice sound system onto my car, including a sub and a 5 channel amp. The sub I have gotten blew on me, and the store owner happily changed it twice for me. When the third time arrived, he upgraded my sub and I was extremely satisfied. Installed a car key remote as well. All great prices and professional installation. Highly recommend doing business with them.

Every time I go to purchase a laptop has been awesome. The sales rep has a lot of information to help me choose which laptop was the best for my use. Luckily it has been the same sales rep which is great.

4th or 5th car Ive tinted with them in the past +10yrs. Great work and best service. Not many shops in Oregon authorized to install official 3M products and will install sub quality materials. They are able to do some top notch audio installs too. I usually do my own installs but I had them do a sub and amp system in a car. My friends were amazing how great of a sound it was pushing at such low watts. Alot of time people forget that anyone can install but not anyone can tune the adjustments properly. Thats takes years of experience

I don’t usually write reviews but these guys treated me so well I felt I had to share my experience.I had these guys install a remote start system on my 2013 wrx and they were a pleasure to deal with. They got the wiring harness for a manual transmission done and installed in a day and even overlooked some of the extra fees.10/10 service and quality

Great service and honest advice. Had a speaker issue six months after install and they pulled and tested it for free. Even fixed the issue at no cost when it wasnt an issue they created. Steve and the owner are amazing and they run their business the way all businesses should be run.

I had some tinting and more recently a back up camera installed. The staff was courteous and awesome to work with. They converted my recently installed back up camera with a night vision camera. Since my car was made in 2013, it made it a great update and certainly a much safer ride as well. 5 of 5 stars!

I walked in after accidentally making an appointment at the wrong location, but they still put everything that I wanted in my car (new stereo and speakers) for a very reasonable price and had it done before I needed to be somewhere later that afternoon. They were very kind and helpful and knew what they were doing.

Absolutely unbelievable markup on the lowest quality product Ive ever seen. I can find the cable they sold me on aliexpress for $0.70 and they asked $10 for it. No plating or shielding of any kind, just cheap pvc sheath audio cable. That kind of junk has no place anywhere near a reputable audio store. Id never give them any of my business.

My car had an existing nightmare of an installation when I bought it. I just had a full system installed through Audio Files and its outstanding! I couldnt ask better sound or clean hidden wire installation.

We called them to see if they could come out to help set up our system (DVD, surround sound, streaming). Well, they told us our stuff is junk which it completely is NOT junk. We spent thousands on it, have the best picture and sound, samsung, and we love it. Nothing is wrong with it, we just wanted someone to help with the wiring. But he called it junk and declined coming out even though we would have paid them, and said we should come down and buy new stuff. Idiots....must think we are idiots or something.

Totally 5 stars - great shop, reasonable prices - great service, great people working there.Their owner is a great guy to work with (have I said great enough times yet?) - Steve their installer knows what he is doing and gets it done very well. Hes got many years of experience and knows what works.Dont forget - they have moved to 9th and Walnut (2517 NW 9th St - the old Stereo Zone building next to the Foam Guy) - I know it takes some time to get addresses corrected.You wont regret dealing with these guys.

The employee that installed the new car stereo in my bus was a moron..he acted like he didnt even want to do the job in the first, then he made excuses to try to deflect his inability to install a radio and had to get the experienced employee involved, then he didnt really do what that employee told him to do.In the end, out of the four channels, he only hooked up the left front, leaving the other 3 channels disconnected. I spent two hours the following weekend having to re-install my car stereo. I now have all four channels hooked up and working, I am not a professional installer, but I figured it out, so there is no excuse for their employees incompetence. Save your money, buy off the internet and watch a youtube video about installation, dont keep these people in business.

Excellent customer service and product selection

OMG! So today is my birthday, and I got the best surprise ever! My husband had them install 12” subs with a 1000 watt amp to power just them plus all new speakers in the front and sides, all upper level KENWOOD products, with a 500 watt amp to power just them plus a whole new deck (KENWOOD) with car play and it hooks up to my Xbox One S! They also installed green neon lights inside my car! These guys at Audio Files are amazing and I love my car! It’s perfect! I’ve always wanted to do something like this and between my husband and Audio Files it’s the best ever!Thanks guys you are awesome!!!

These guys are MaDe Of AwEsOmE. Weve been taking our vehicles to them since they first opened in Corvallis at their old location. Their service is second to none and their prices cant be beat! They also do Home Audio which is awesome. We bought our home theatre there (minus the tv) and couldnt be happier. Wall shaking, light flickering bass with incredible surround sound.
