Terrible service with no apology. Had one tire low air, wanted it checked. Waited over 2 hours. Was NOT told that they no longer take walkins until 2hours had passed. Was not told how long my wait might be. After two hours, being told there was 1 car ahead of me, watched 4 cars pull in and get pulled in to bays ahead of me. What happened to the “sudden service guys”? I guess this is what happens when a visionary founder dies - the business goes to hell. 25 year customer just lost to you. Went over to Beggs tire, got immediate service. Should have looked at these reviews and the non apologetic excuses.

Worst place for tired service. I spent the whole Monday (11am to 3 pm) just to check a leak in one of the tires. You have to be American so they will respect you. I wanted in the room in fresh people come and go while I was waiting. The guy in the reception desk keeps smile in not a good way like if I was a joke. Totally disappointed eventhough my tires are under their warranty i will not come here again.The service was good to be honest. But all the issue was with the front desk and how they dont like people who are different.

Came in with a new car, obviously I didnt buy thier tires but they honored the fact my old car was still under the old cars warrantee. No charge for the rotation, thank you folks at Les Schwab Corvallis! Service was also very quick!

I had the worse customer service at Les Schwab in Corvallis. The people at the front desk were unfriendly and the salesperson was horrible. They reported that I had two really bad tires that should be replaced but that I would need to purchase 4 new tires as they dont replace just 2 tires. They charged me $1247.00 which was atrocious. They didnt explain anything to me and I had to ask the salesperson to show me the tires. I believe I was taken advantage of . When I checked in I wasnt even told how long the wait would be and had to wait 1 1/2 hours before my car was even brought back to be looked at. I then had to wait another hour to get the service completed. I was greatly disappointed. They had very poor customer service. I would never recommend them.

You already know... BEST customer service in the game; while I made an appointment, there was another customer angry over the wait time and the Les Schwab worker handled it, smoothly... Props!

So les Schwab has saved me a few times now but this last time was something else I he tired installed at a cheap shop after about 3 mins of driving I was missing 3 lugs quickly pulled into les Schwab and they took care of me free of charge and were able to give me new lugs and get everything tightened up. They will definitely be my go to from now on that customer service cannot be matched I’m super glad we have them in our community

Extremely nice people working here. Im now at the location. Had flat tires and was worried, was willing to replace all the tires in fact. But the nice guy said that I dont need to if the flat tire is fixable. First time being here and Im really satisfied.Update: finally getting two tires instead of four. A bit pricy but its okay.

Prompt, helpful, and friendly, an unfixable flat tire was changed out in 20 minutes and very reasonably priced. Les Schwab was recommended to me and now Im recommending them to you.

I had been trying for a month to get my car in to have the brakes looked at, I called multiple times and was told I couldnt make an appointment over the phone and the website was having technical issues to where I couldnt make one online, I went in multiple times and waited hours in line but was never seen, I finally got an appointment to have it looked at and was told it was going to be over $500 , tech said if I had gotten it in sooner it wouldnt have been so much. Came in for my appointment and waited 45 minutes , watching several cars be taken care of that didnt have appointments before me, and went to the counter to see what the hold up was, I was told that they didnt know the car was here and that they had been waiting on it. Not only did I wait months for an appointment and pay way more than what a mechanic would charge me, I was treated as though I didnt matter. I will never use Les Schwab again.

Poor customer service and tried to charge for tires when all I was having done was swapping out my snow tires for my all purpose tires. Also told me it would take an hour but it took 2 1/2 hours. They also threw out my snow tires without asking me first. All in all a very bad experience.

I have never had a bad experience at any Les Schwab, but this store could be a flagship store. As a tire shop, their prices are very competitive and every set of tires i purchased they determine what I want, where and how I drive and then offer me a couple recommendations and unlike some places, its not the most expensive tire in the shop. Theyre recommendations have always been spot on. I drive a lot, and am not very nice on tires, but for any buyer, the free pressure checks, flat repair and rotations are invaluable. No matter what store you made your purchase at, pull into any Las Schwab and they will treat you as a VIP.Tomorrow will be the first time Ive used them for other than tires (brakes), but so far the transaction is going well. The estimate is very fair and not full of expensive upgrades or gimmicky upsells. I dont anticipate any problems and I am certain that there level of service will be as I have come to expect.

I give it a 2 because of the customer wait experience. Customers are not discouraged to wait, but they should be. If I knew what the wait room was like Id have had second thoughts on getting my tires rotated at the time. However, with the distance from them to my home and the availability, I waited the approximate hour. Their wait room has nothing for entertainment. Its a bare room with a window to look outside and some chairs and a small table that would fit only up to 2-3 people if they sat on it. Theres no TV like every other Les Schwab Ive been to. Nor is there magazines or whatever. Lets say a child was with a parent and it was a must they wait versus getting a call to pick up their vehicle. What would the child do? Good thing were in the technology age else everybody would be screwed. Heck no am I going back to this location. I will go up the road to the other location in South Town. I know for a fact they have a TV and a nice comfortable waiting area.

Stopped by on way out of town for tire check. They were fast, courteous, and professional. Would gladly return.

They fixed the issue with my car, and did it, quickly and at a reasonable price.

Ive been a loyal Les Schwab customer for more years then I care to remember. Yesterday, was the first and worse customer service Ive experienced and all I needed was air in my tires.I was invisible and that was after getting out of my car twice to track somebody down. Long wait. Had my mask on. What the heck Les Schwab??

The slowest and absolute worst experience ever!!! You should hire some competent help!!!!!

Walked in around 5pm with hole in tire, looking at an over 800$ quote from another place to change all four tires and MICHAEL helped me right away. He explained thoroughly why they couldn’t just patch the tire and gave three quotes less than $500 making sure I got all the discounts (I’m a nurse at GSRMC) possible. He changed all four tires with the best deal and worked past his end of shift. I was blown away by his above and beyond care. I Highly recommend this place.

90 percent sure my wife made the reservation at the wrong location, they could not find me in their system either. But they still got me in, mounted and balanced 2 tires and patched a third in under 40 minutes... Im impressed and they earned my business

Yesterday (3-4-20) I brought our companys 12 passenger / ADA Wheel Chair Lift Bus to this Les Schwab Tire Center for a safety inspection and to check tire pressures (2 front / 4 back).Devin (shop tech) did a superb job from start to finish - inflating all tires to the optimum 75 psi and checking all suspension components for wear. I am a BIG FAN of Les Schwab and have been a steady customer for over 20 years in California and Oregon. The Les Schwab Team is amazing and I appreciate the excellent service / competitive prices.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Five Stars !

Les Schwab is one of those businesses that I truly appreciate. You get free tire rotation, even if you dont buy your tires from them. But thats the reason why I choose to get my tires from them, plus the service is always very professional and friendly. I made an appointment online and I was very impressed with how quickly they got the job done. I was there for 20 minutes tops, didnt even get to finish my free bag of popcorn during that time. 😊 Ive done the walk in and I highly recommend making an appointment!

Friendly and fast. Tire hadn’t been keeping air. Went in thinking I needed a new wheel. Mechanic took wheel off, did some work in shop, returned with wheel on. Told me there was a nail in wheel and they patched it free of charge. When the day comes I do need new tires, I know just place that will be getting my service. Thank you!!

Dustin and Craig were awesome!! I wanted my jeep to look a specific way and they made that happen without any issues. The beefy tires I wanted didnt fit at first with my new rims and I was disappointed.for a second. Guys even stayed late trying to get the new tires to work. Then Dustin had the idea about a leveling kit so my jeep could look just the way I wanted! I think he wanted it to work just as much as i did which made me feel confident. Ive always had a pleasant experience with this team of professionals - as pleasant as is possible considering each time I come here I drop at least a couple hundred dollars. But thats the nature of all things auto. Im always presented with options and the pressure to up-sell is minimal. They are also quite fast. The guarantee/warranty they offer when you purchase their tires goes above and beyond industry standard and provides peace of mind.

I LOVE LES SCHWAB! Theyre always nice and I nearly always feel like family. Even though I caught them on the first day of snow tires and they were swamped, it still only took about an hour to get the nail out of my tire, patched and me on my way. And For Free, with a smile on their faces which put one on mine.

Took my F250 in on Saturday with my flat tire in the back - somehow I put a nice fencing staple through the tread. The guys were super helpful and got the tire patched up and put back on my truck in less than a half hour and even put my spare back up under the truck - all at no cost to me. Super thankful for their help and efficiency 😊

I came to get my tires rotated right after coming from the Comcast cable /Xfinity office.... what a breath of fresh air. Thirty seconds after arriving someone noticed I was there and literally ran out to greet me. When he asked me how my day was I said it was getting better by the minute. I wasn’t there very many minutes though...and they were done.

Weve recently relocated and are very much feeling the good help is hard to find struggle. However, Les Schwab has totally restored our faith! I love these guys! Honest, fair, and willing to share their work, Les Schwab doesnt mess around with providing great service at a reasonable price (in some cases, free)! My daughter loves this location, because of the windows in the waiting area. She loves to watch the staff fix stuff, and theyre very friendly and accommodating so she can see. We very rarely have to wait, and their timely with their appointments and completion times.

Great friendly service here. I had 20k miles on Les Schwab tires that were 60k mile tires and they were bald. The guy here gave me a really fair credit for each tire and set me up with some great all season tires. Later I purchased a battery and some windshield wiper blades from this location and they were all great.

Didn’t honor their free flat repair service like the south town Corvallis store does. Manager was rude. Employees were nice, but they couldn’t figure out how to put my spare back under my truck so I had to do it myself in the bay while they watched.

Great service! They were super informative through the entire service, and told us what we could do to get the cheapest service even if it was directed away from Les Schwabs. The service performed was fast and thorough, and we were on our way in about an hour.

I was scared that I might if I had a flat tire so I came over there and wait about 15 minutes for them to service me because it was during peak hours. The guy just told me it was just low very low air pressure and that I did not need new tires and didnt charge me and it was a wonderful . would definitely recommend this place really save me a lot of money time and stress

Love this place, will definitely be back! Had tire on my f250 losing a little air each night, AAA came out and put the spare on, suggested Les Schwab for my bad tire. They took the tire, found a nail, patched it up, put it back on the truck, AND put the spare back in its proper place!! And heres the kicker: no charge! They just hope Ill come back when I need tires......and I will!! Great service!

Fast, honest service. Came in with squeaky brakes and some battery issues (just ran it dead and had issues jumping it). They ran some diagnostics and let me know the breaks were in good condition, just squeaky and needed no replacing, and the battery was okay the car just needed a significant amount of power to start so I should be more careful with it. Where other shops might have taken advantage and diagnosed costly repairs, Les Schwab was honest. Was able to pick up my car 2 hours later at no cost. Will be coming here with any future issues for sure.

I went to this Les Schwab the other day for a brake inspection, and they told me my brakes were fine. Recently, Ive been having trouble coming to a full stop at stop lights. When I would go to stop, my brake pedal would push all the way down to the floor of my car, and my car would continue to roll even when the brake was pushed in all the way. I had to start using my emergency brake at stop lights on slopes so I wouldnt crash into the person in front of me. I decided to take my car to Les Schwab because I realized that this problem was becoming more apparent. Like I said above, they told me my brakes were fine after initially getting them checked. While I was driving home from Les Schwab, however, I was still having the same problem, so the next day I brought my car back into Les Schwab. They bled the air out of my brakes, and they told me I would be OK and that they had fixed the problem. After paying, I start driving home from Les Schwab, and I almost rear-end someone. I call them the next morning and they tell me to bring it in in a day. I didn’t want to wait a day because I didn’t want to risk hitting someone. At this point I just went to the other Les Schwab in town, and they helped me right away and fixed the underlying problem that one of the mechanics had missed during the initial brake inspection. This whole experience was kind of inconvenient because I had to go three days without my car. I’m giving this two stars instead of one because they were pretty nice to me the whole time. Good people, bad job done.

They are very helpful. I was told by the dealership that I desperately needed new tires. I took my car here and he said that Im not in the danger zone but I should consider it in the near future Im even told me when the sale starts.

Fail. I made an appt and tried to drop my car off at 7:45 am; they apparently do not open until 8 am. There were two men at the service desk who saw me at the door and likely heard me trying to open the door, but I was ignored. I called them to cancel and they talked me into coming in at noon and said they would drive me back to work. When I arrived I was told I would have to wait for 45 mins for a ride. Fortunately! My money works everywhere!

Quoted me 1 hour and 15 minutes so i decided to wait with my 2 young kids and some coloring books. An hour later and they still didnt have the car in the shop. I asked about the wait time and said it was going to take at least another hour and 15 minutes at least. Horrible customer service because they didnt even come tell me that they were over an hour behind schedule. I left and went to the Les soon 3rd in South Corvallis and they had the whole thing done in under 30 minutes

I have shopped Les Schwab for 20 years, ever since I moved to Oregon. Usually, they are honest, efficient, and friendly. This time, I showed up having received a quote on the phone only to find out they had misquoted me and I needed additional services. They refused to honor their quote or even discount the purchase ($400), so I took the car elsewhere for the additional alignment. This was easily my worst experience with this company.

Ive been coming here since my teenage years for various things; tires, brakes, flats, wheels, snow chains, alignments; just about everything they offer.A lot of the staff is still the same, and while they no longer come running when you pull in, most of the employees are very friendly. There is one fellow thats been there for years and I chalked up my first encounter with him as him having a bad day, but hes just a bit of a grump. Once you get past dropping of your key though you should be in more friendly hands.Prices are still reasonable, though you will find prices can vary from store to store, even the one in South town. When money was a bit tight Id use the Albany Les Schwab to mount and balance because it saved me $40, Im not sure if this is still the case.They are honest folks and do good work which is what keeps me coming back.

Went here before going to the other location, was told my tires were good and didnt need balancing. Then I found out they were pretty much balding. Went to the other location and was also given bad information. Ended up spending $1100 on tires 3 days later somewhere else.

Ive consistently been impressed with Les Schwabs excellent hospitality, customer service, quality and efficiency. Our society needs more companies like Les Schwab.

I know nothing about cars. Any time I’ve ever had something wrong with my car they’ve either fixed it or pointed me in the direction of someone who can. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They even patched my tire the other day at no charge. This is a hell of a place

I stopped in for air and only one tire was low but it was really low so they checked it out and fixed it there was a screw in it.

Cant beat them and wont try again. I tried Costco and they said I had to wait 90 minutes to check air pressure, while they had no other cars in the shop. By design, go spend a couple hundred inside first.Les Schwab from here on out for this guy.
