Our salesman Killian was absolutely awesome!My wife and I came in with the intentions of purchasing a mattress but had no idea what we really wanted. He was able to quickly and clearly explain what we were actually looking for and answer any questions that we had regarding our mattress. He was the only person working in the store at the time and was so busy working with us and other people in the store, along with receiving the store order by himself and having other people test products as well. He was very good at helping everyone in the room and he was comfortable, knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend going to check out this place, great customer service!

I really tried to purchase a couple of mattresses here. I thought with a purchase like this it would be better to shop locally at a retailer. It is really frustrating to try to support businesses by buying direct, only to find out they dont actually stock any of the items, and just order online same as you do. We tried to purchase two mattress sets here. In both instances it feels like the salesperson only wants to help if you are looking at the mattresses they want to sell you. After spending time looking at and selecting a mattress we were told shipping would be 4-8 weeks. I saved $400 purchasing online from the manufacturer over the prices we were quoted, and they delivered faster than we were quoted. All of this after the salesperson spent more time telling us how bad shopping is online rather than helping us with our purchase. We wont be shopping here again, and they are making an argument against retail with their really bad service.

Our first experience was getting a mattress for our guest room. Michael was quite helpful and pleasant. When it came time for a new mattress for our master bedroom, Mattress Firm was our first choice. We visited other stores prior to our visit at Mattress Firm to get pricing comparisons. No question - Michael took time and answered all our questions and found the right solution for our budget.

In all my years I’ve never seen a crew work as fast, clean and proficient as this group. ‘Including parking time’, they removed the old mattress and installed the new one ( king ) ‘upstairs’ in less than 10 minutes. I’ve never seen movers, delivery people or technicians work that fast. Hands down the BEST crew ever…….. thanks guys

Let’s just say, I went in to try a mattress and ended up buying one! The mattress I currently have was given to me and is pretty old now, so as a first time mattress buyer, I had no idea what I wanted or what my options were. We had a pleasant experience shopping at Mattress Firm. We went in thinking we would be buying a whole new bed including mattress and frame. INSTEAD, upon talking with us and finding out what we needed, our sleep expert, AUSTIN MILLER, found out we had just purchased a new mattress 5 years ago and it would work perfectly with the adjustable frame we needed to get for Mom. He could have upsold us on new mattresses but he understood that Mom is on a fixed income and every penny counts in todays economy. He even got us 6 months same as cash payment planWe got a top of the line adjustable frame with lumbar support and wave massage along with the head and foot adjustments. This is good because Mom spend alot of time in bed and it can get uncomfortable.This is the 3rd time I have gone to the Mattress Firm in Corvallis, OR to get my bed needs and I have never been disappointed. The last time we got mattresses for 2 rooms and ended up having to exchange Moms for a softer one, and had no problems doing it.I recommend them to anyone needing a great product with great service.

Wiping tears *** .... WHERE DO I START with Austin, the store manager of Mattress Firm in Corvallis, Oregon last week. PROFESSIONAL, KIND, COMPASSIONATE, GENUINE, and a HUGE HUGGGGGGE BRAND AMBASSADOR of the community of Corvallis and Mattress Firm globally. My story is not the normal review thanking somebody for their outstanding service. Austin changed my life for the good and betterment of my recovery. I came to Oregon a little over 30 days ago to celebrate my sister-in-laws life and during a freak accident two weeks after her memorial and fell 12ft from a ladder, and I broke my back and neck on 05/01/21. Horrific!! ABSOLUTELYYYY HORRIBLE!! ITS BEYOND WORDS!! Who would have thought after throwing ONLY my suitcase in my truck and driving three days, roughly 2500 miles by myself from Houston, TX (Mattress Firm Headquarters) to my Sister-in-law Celebration of Life.. I would find myself in two hospitals and now two separate rehab facilities to regain my life back!! Upon arriving to the second rehab facility in Corvallis Oregon I found myself reaching out to the local community to see who would be willing to help me with the basics. Remember I came here with a suitcase in my pickup truck. When I tell you that Austin didnt hesitate for one second to ask how he could help me... It seemed unreal!! Wiping tears crying like a baby, this 55-year-old mother and grandmother found herself in a puddle of tears, with the biggest heart of gratitude to Mattress Firm as a WHOLE....BUT TO AUSTIN SPECIFICALLY!! Very smooth buying process. I initially lowered the review due to delivery. The biggest issue was the powered base which was soaking wet to the point the cardboard was disintegrating. This is concerning with electronic equipment that is expensive and non-returnable. After a couple of months everything seems to be working fine so Im raising the review back up to 4 stars. We also replaced the mattress with a Purple 3 instead of the Purple 2 and the staff were very helpful and it was a very smooth process. Weve been very happy with the mattress itself and the store experience has been excellent every time weve been in there.

Quick and easy purchase

This was the first place we went to in town because it was the best rated. Wayne was great! He really listened to what we liked and what we were looking for. He was incredibly knowledgeable and prepared (knew all the details of the different items he had in inventory). He gave us a lot of time and attention without being pushy, just helpful. We didnt go to any other places, just went back the next day and bought our mattress of choice.

Killian at the Corvallis Mattress Firm was very thorough in showing us all the options available in a firm mattress. While we chose a more expensive mattress, we never felt any pressure to do so. The delivery process was on time and as advertised. Havent tried the mattress yet, but everything else has been tops.

The store staff was helpful and informative. I didnt feel rushed about my purchase and got it delivered the same day and they took my old mattress away. The ONLY reason Im giving a 4 star review is because I didnt have help setting up the frame and mattress once it was delivered no one offered or told me Id have to set it up myself. I live alone and had to do it by myself and the frame alone was 150lbs and hard to set up by myself. Other than that I am very satisfied.
