These guys were amazing! Stopped in yesterday to get an appointment for a mild malfunction of my passenger door. Instead, they invited me in, pulled my car into their garage and looked at it right away. In less than 20 mins, not only did they find the problem, they gave it the minor fix it needed and sent me out the door without even charging me!! They were so kind and helpful! Unbelievable service. Five stars all the way.

Weve had pretty good experiences here. Certainly better than other body/paint shops in town. Other shops over the past 15 years have missed major engine damage from rear end accidents, or have treated me poorly when Im just asking for a quote to give my insurance. For our most recent repair, another major Corvallis shop quoted $1600 whereas Freebird charged $1100. This was just paint repair and Freebirds job turned out gorgeous. Were very happy.

Just picked up my vehicle after having the door replaced and a dent in the rocker fixed. Customer service was great. They called and told me it would be finished by 5 that day. The paint job looks great and they cleaned my truck inside and out, even my floor mats were spotless! Great work you guys, keep it up.

First and foremost they did a great job fixing my truck from a recent accident. When I decided to go with Freebird I expected they could do this work perfectly, and they did exactly as I expected. However I was totally surprised when I showed up to pick up my truck that they took the extra time to wash my entire truck and vacuum & cleaned the interior. All of us know its the little things that makes the difference in our buying experience. Great Team Shawn!!!

Not only that but Freebird gives an honest opinion about repairs.I recently brought in my old 06 prius to see if it was worth having some damage repaired and they explained that I would never get the money back out of it to just Drive it the way it is. Thank you Freebird, I wasnt sure about it.They have repaired my car Previously and I was so happy with all the work that I gave the repair person a $20 tip. GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOR CAR FOR PAINT or Body Work..complaint...USE GLOVES to keep greasy smudges on doors. trunk, arm rest and window controls.. and front drivers seat..glad he puts a towel on the seat, and use paper floor mats to keep floor mats clean..GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT COMMERCIALS..some people pull their own teeth!

This body shop caused damage to my wife’s car while there for a dent repair.When I picked the car up it had been driven 10.2 miles and registered 18 MPGWhen we normally get 24 MPG. One of the staff took our mustang out for an unauthorized Joy-ride and tore out the inner wheel wells. I didn’t notice the damage until I got the car home and went to put the car cover on and saw the damages. The owner took no accountability but then agreed to replace 50% of the damages. With no cameras in the the entire business, this is most likely a standard practice. Customers beware, you could end up with damages from this predatory business.

This review is many years late. Back in the day I did not realize how great of a job they did with my M3 until I saw what an average respray looks like. The job they did with paint was completely seamless with the blend of new and old paint. This kind of attention to detail is something special and I remember how proud the owner was with the work. 5 stars, its rare to find this kind of commitment to the customer and car.

Spoke to them over the phone and I was met with snootiness and a dont care attitude. Prices given were totally outrageous. Thank goodness there are other shops around. I wouldnt do here on a bet.

Freebird did not fix my car but not because they didnt want to or would not have done the best job. It was because they knew it was better for us to look for a new vehicle. They evaluated and provided an estimate for repairs but unselfishly provided us with insight and sound advice that was in our best interest not theirs. It is beyond good customer service since we were not necessarily even customers yet. I cant vouch for their work but with customer service like that you cant go wrong.

I had a brand new car with only 700 miles on it its somebody backed into. They were fast, professional, and the work actually appeared to be better than Factory.

This is a chop shop. Tried to tell me my car was totaled so they could sell parts for salvage. Totally wrong. Owner has a bad temper. Dont even think about going here. Reporting them to the BBB.

Tim has been the best help on my amg e55 i couldnt ask for better service on my Mercedes Benz... when you want your car to come back looking new this is the shop to go to..I have owned over a 100 cars and been to alot of body shops and seen alot of body work done.
