I wouldnt change this dealer for anyone. Service doesnt push to have work done yet lets me know what will need to be done at a later time. Rene and Houston worked closely with us when we brought our cars in to make sure we got out at a decent time due to the distance we had to travel afterwards. Kudos to the gal that set up our rental car and another gal that came out to help us by answering questions about that car. All around great place to take my car!!!

Each time Ive had my vehicle serviced information has been provided within an hour of my appointment time. The process for setting up and appointment has been quick and hassle free. A zillion stars for Subaru Corvallis. I was travelling through town towing a trailer for the first time with my Outback wagon. I fried the electrical connection to my power windows and they were stuck wide open. With a 9 hour drive in early autumn and my puppy in the vehicle, yikes.Mary told me they were booked solid for days, but to just pop in and they would see what they could do. Alex grabbed a few parts from his colleague Bob, then spent 30 minutes in the parking lot getting me fixed up to safely get on my way.Total charge to me: zero dollars. Corvallis Subaru has my lifetime trust and gratitude! Thanks, team!

I love my Subaru Ascent! I was heartbroken though when my A/C just stopped working. I brought it to the service center and luckily, the staff and management helped me get it fixed as soon as the needed part came. It took a week for it to come but the staff especially Kraig, who sadly just retired, gave me updates. Together with Alex who took over as my advisor, they helped get the cost down so I can afford it. I really appreciate everybody who helped. The technicians worked hard to get it done right away. Hopefully, I don’t need to have it serviced again so soon. Thank you.

This is for the service department’s customer service only, not the techs or the quality of the work.I’ve been regularly servicing our vehicles here for years, but am now (happily) moving on.... Goodbye phone receptionist/cashier. You can just be miserable and openly complain about your job without me trying to make you feel better. Goodbye service associate who texted the same dirty air filter photo to multiple car owners. You don’t need me giving you side-eye when you realize you’re busted. Goodbye service manager. You can treat the same person completely differently based on the car they’re driving. Act super polite when I bring in the fancy $45k car, and then not so much when I bring in the one that’s under $5k. Keep on looking rushed and miserable, Toyota Subaru. Life is short so I’m moving over to the local shop where the service techs seem content and our initial interaction was sincere.

Called to get routine maintenance on my forester. The person I spoke to was not understanding that my check engine light was not on. I needed front and rear differential fluid replaced and brakes done. Super simple. She was not understanding what I wanted and she hung up on me. I went to Cross roads auto repair instead. Will never go here because of how rude the ladies were to me on the phone. It would have been easier to speak directly to someone who knew basic things about cars.

Ill-prepared for our appointment and thrown off by the fact that we would actually need to use the loaner car for something other than a taxi home--ie errands with kids in carseats and space for a tall driver (even though they were informed of these facts.)Forgot to ask for the key to our vehicle so we had to pack up our car after wed already arrived at our next errand to return with our key.They didnt actually take our car until over half an hour after we were scheduled to have it there even though we arrived early to drop it off. This is after we had to reschedule the last appointment from over a month ago because they forgot to schedule a loaner vehicle for us and couldnt wait an extra 20 minutes for us to retrieve our other car and a second driver from home our else they wouldnt have enough time for the appointment.They seem to be all over the place, overbooked, and in a constant state of chaos which transfers to their customers.They did their best to be kind and friendly but it didnt help the feeling of chaos.It was a rough experience--especially with a family in tow.

Just bought my Civic Si from here. Had a horrible time at other dealers, only to then land this jackpot of a dealership. Eric could not have been more hospitable, and Robert was extremely direct, honest, and efficient in explaining my financing options. Robert even made the calls to the banks on the phone in front of me, totally transparent. Eric gave us his own personal stories and really made sure we were taken care of. From getting to test drive the car within ten minutes of showing up, to getting to drive it home, I couldnt have asked for a better experience.Ill be back if you guys ever have a Type R sitting around.

Charged $140 for a simple problem diagnosis. Told me that a window motor had burned out and it would cost $600 to repair but it started working again, implying that if was in fact a simple loose wire connection. My car also has trouble starting and they told me nothing was wrong. Oh, and they lost a screw cap while diagnosing the problem, so I left worse off than I was and out $140. Super overpriced for what I got. Find a local mechanic and don’t waste your time here for mechanical issues.

Bought a WRX from this dealership about two weeks ago and I have literally zero complaints. Gave me the best offer out of any of the other dealerships from here to north Seattle. They were very upfront about the buying process. Everyone there was friendly. They never pressured us into buying anything we didn’t want to. All around great service. Amazing service from Jay Price and the team at Subaru Corvallis. I had a really hard situation on vacation where my old Subaru Outback had engine problems in Newport. It was towed to Subaru of Corvallis where Jay and the team helped my family which includes my wife, 4 kids and dog. They got us on our way in our other car (we had two on the trip) since the car didnt show up until after closing. Jay even cleaned out our cooler and made sure our vacation stuff was secured. Jay got an estimate on our old car and I decided to just trade it in. Jay made us a great deal on a new Subaru, transferred everything from the old car and and even met my daughter at the train station to get her to the dealer. She drove my new car home that night. All this happened in just a week and everything on the phone. I love my new Subaru and appreciate Jay and everyone at Subaru of Corvallis. I cant recommend them enough for their honesty, effort and creativity.

Edit*. Switched from 1 to 3 star based on service. I had my car serviced there as they gave me a free first service. Service was great. When scheduled they said 90 mins for oil change and rotation. A lot of time for an oil change but things happen. During my wait got told they were running late and be 40 mins longer, turns out it was 40 mins more not on top of the 90. Marked oil filter to make sure they changed it and they did. Happy with service.Just bought a new 2020 WRX from here and got the car I wanted in the color I wanted. I have a number of issues with this place though to where I would recommend you walk rather than buy a vehicle here. I got the car I wanted but they are nothing but liars and people who mistreat your brand-new car, thus getting a 1/5, I wish I could give them a 0 because they are an absolute 0.The biggest issue I have is the lying finance person I worked with(second office to the left from the main room) who sold me on an extended warranty to get me a 1.9% interest rate. Near perfect credit, I should get a good interest rate. Claimed it was a promotion through Subaru but had to take the warranty. After talking with other dealerships, I could get that 1.9% without getting the warranty, which I didn’t want. So, this dealer conned me out of $2300 for a warranty that I didnt want for a reason of I work on my own vehicles and this car will be modified at some point voiding most of the warranty.The next large issue I have is the employee that joy rided my brand-new car as I was signing papers for it while taking it to get a full tank of gas, as promised by Subaru. I would suggest telling them to not fill the tank as the person who takes it has zero respect for your brand-new car. Subaru WRX’s since 2015 have a digital boost gauge, that boost gauge also records max boost, that boost gauge was selected during my test drive. The max boost that is set by Subaru is 15.9 PSI, although they do claim over boost, which if it goes above that for 2 seconds it cuts fuel thus limiting boost to a max of 20-21. The max boost recorded on my brand-new car was 19.6 PSI after that joy ride. That says the employee had some fun in a brand new vehicle that wasn’t his, a car that new shouldn’t be driven hard until it is broken in(depending on your views of break in procedure), I obviously think break in procedure is important, thus me taking issue with that employee bashing on my brand new car. I mentioned it to the finance person and he shrugged it off saying no it wouldn’t happen because it was a brand-new car. I owned the 2016 WRX, thus being very familiar.I bought a brand-new car that I had to go through and clean. There was adhesive all over the outside of the car from where the protect tape was from shipping. All the inside windows were dirty and needed cleaning as it looked like they just took a shop rag and wiped them down. Little things like the plastic film from the touchscreen that was taken off, crumpled up and thrown into the center console. Why does a new car need cleaned, I mean what is the dealer for? My new 2016 WRX from a different dealer was spotless, nothing needed cleaning, interior and exterior was perfect.Price wise they were the highest priced out of all Subaru dealers for the car in Oregon, they did drop the price a bit when I questioned Lilly about their prices and quoted other dealers. They didn’t price match, but dropped their price enough that it wasn’t worth going farther than Corvallis to get the car. I mentioned Lilly and will say she was good to work with for the most part. I emailed a lot of Subaru dealers through their websites and have previous interactions through many dealers (buying cars or parts), I never provided a phone number and indicated contact through email, I received a phone call from Subaru of Corvallis (Lilly) from pulling my phone number from previous interactions. I didn’t appreciate the call as I didn’t provide a phone number for a reason, I wanted documented text for prices.

People were nice but after spending over a thousand dollars they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my daughters car and said they had a rover mechanic for the west coast that could come try and figure it out if I agreed to pay his time. So I took my daughters car to Cordrays transmission in Albany and after literally 5 minutes Wes the awesome mechanic figured out it was a loose ground wire. Unbelievable a master tech at Subaru could not figure that out. Very disappointing.

This place is great. Once I decided I wanted a subaru crosstrek, I talked to a buddy of mine who knows the guys at the beaverton dealership, and they gave me a great quote. Being down in albany, my parents didnt want to drive that far to do a test drive, so we went to corvallis. We had the pleasure of working with Rick Clark, who is so awesome and doesnt play games. He matched the quote I was given and tracked down the exact model I wanted and had it for me within a few days, ready to go! Everyone there is extremely professional and I felt very well taken care of during the whole process. Im glad we chose to stay local! I bought a used Toyota car from Toyota of Corvallis. In about a month of driving it around it started Idling rough only at stop signs. It didnt do this when i purchased the car from them ! I took it back to Toyota of Corvallis Oregon & told them what the car was doing & that it didnt do this when you guys sold it to me ! I expected to have somewhat of a bill at the end of my waiting time .The nice Man came out & told me that the alternator was going bad & that i was smart on bringing it back down to them to have them check it out ! I was waiting for the Car & the bill for the repair & they came out & said : Your car is ready sir ! Then i said : Wheres the bill ? And they said : No repair bill sir , its all on us ! Initially, I thought this place was great. I submitted my credit application online prior to going in, test drove a vehicle, and ordered one with the specs I wanted. We worked out the financing details, I gave them a deposit, and had everything all set. I just had to wait a bit because of delays due to COVID, which was fine. I even sent an email to the boss of Maya, the woman who was helping me, because she seemed so nice and I thought she genuinely wanted to help.Because it went so smoothly, my husband decided he was going to look into getting a new vehicle too instead of waiting until summer as previously planned. Maya knew from the start that we both wanted the loans in only our own names, not joint, but for some reason when my husband was at the dealership, I started getting notifications on my phone letting me know my credit was being pulled again even though I specifically said I didnt want that since I was trying to limit pulls because I am planning on buying a house later this year. I sent Maya a text asking if they were pulling my credit right at that moment because I specifically said I did not want that to happen. She replied, Yes...looks like [he] will not qualify for the 0.9%. They pulled my credit for another person without my authorization when I wasnt even there. As soon as I pointed out that there was an issue of legality here, she started backpedaling and saying that they just happened to be pulling mine then to see if I would have credit issues later on the car for which Id already submitted a credit application for which Id already figured out financing options.Anyway, I told her I wanted my deposit back. I was not buying either vehicle from them after that nonsense. A few minutes later, I got a call from their finance guy, who left a voicemail saying they never pulled my credit when I applied, but I keep track of this and get notifications for every pull from all bureaus. They pulled my credit when I applied. They pulled my credit without my authorization when my husband went in. She emailed me a photo of the refund of my deposit which did ultimately show up back on my credit card. I told her I wanted that extra pull removed from my reports. She replied, We will talk with our internal techs and work to get the pull removed. Im so very sorry...Needless to say, that pull was never removed. In fact, there was ANOTHER pull the day after all of this. After I told them I was not buying anything from them, they pulled my credit YET AGAIN. Now I have 3 hard pulls over the course of 5 weeks, 2 of which were not even authorized. Trying to buy a vehicle that I never even ended up getting has made my credit dip over 20 points because of their dishonest practices.Im still going to be buying a vehicle, but it definitely will not be there.

I have never had a better car buying experience. I was rear ended in early May and my car was deemed totaled. I began shopping for the best deal at every Subaru dealership in Oregon while waiting for the insurance portion of my car accident to be paid off. I spoke to many sales reps at other dealerships and none seemed to think I was serious about buying, or had much interest in earning my business. That all changed when I began texting with Tim Jaca, he made sure to ask all the right questions and find me the vehicle of my dreams. His manager Scott Goff was able to find the outback I wanted at another dealership and secure it. They brought it to Corvallis so that I didnt have to travel far. Tony Costanzo was able to find me the rate and payment I requested and Bobby Gibson made the paperwork portion very informative and was very helpful in explaining my options. The entire experience was comfortable and I felt very well taken care of. Tim walked me through all the features of my new car so I wasnt lost when I drove away. As I set off to leave, he and his manager Brennan Walker both came to wish me well and waited there with me as I drove off.Thank you all for making me feel like family. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a Subaru or Toyota.

Yesterday the dealership was pretty busy. The lady that helped me in the service department was extremely nice and she called me with updates explaining what was taking so long, offering her apologies (even though it wasn’t her fault). Good pleasant interface experience with no pressure from the salesman. The salesman explained everything so that we could understand it. My wife has physical problems and has a hard time getting in and out of a car. All the salesman went out of their way to accommodate her by bringing paperwork out to the car for her to sign and/or explain things to her. It was much appreciated.

From the service department, to the cashiers, the finance department, and (best of all) the salespeople...they were all great. Our salesperson, Julia, was fantastic to work with. Sam and Matt were great to work with during our Outback purchase. I was really impressed with their knowledge of the new 2018 Outbacks even when the cars hadnt been on the lot for very long. We live in Eugene and the drive up to Corvallis was worth the effort. Really appreciate their follow up to ensure that we are enjoying our vehicle and our questions are answered. They are doing a great job with the follow-on service for the extra clear coat and molding plus the cosmetic issues from the factory with door. We most definitely recommend that you consider Subaru of Corvallis for you auto needs.

My husband and I are very satisfied with Toyota Subaru of Corvallis. The attention that we received during the buying process was fantastic. We were not pressured and they were willing to make a fair deal on our new Subaru Outback. Sam Warner was our sales person. Sam was very personable, spent as much time with us that we needed and he answered all of our questions. Johnny Walker spent a lot of time with us helping us get the best loan interest rate. He was very professional and never tried to pressure us. His attention to detail was appreciated. The Love Encore program is very beneficial. Brennan Walker is the Encore Delivery Specialist. He spent two hours with us answering our questions. After we spent the time with Brennan, all our questions regarding the safety features and bells and whistles were answered. It certainly made our driving experience that much better. Thank you for providing this beneficial program. The service department is excellent. Our service advisor, Cory Conklin is amazing. He is very attentive to our needs, answers our questions, and takes the time to deal with any concerns we may have. Cory never makes you feel rushed or that your questions are not important. The mechanics did a great job putting the extras that we ordered on the car. We had no concerns after leaving the service department. We greatly appreciated the car wash and detail that we received after having our car serviced. I do not know if this is a perk for every visit or not, but it is much appreciated. Ive been coming to Subaru of Corvallis for the past 2 years since I bought my Subaru Crosstrek in Feb. 2017. Ive always had good experiences here but this experience was the absolute BEST ever. I got the chance to work with Angela Calhoun & received the best customer service ever. She went completely out of her way to help me twice and truly cared about my concerns and addressed them with the service technician. I will actually be requesting Angela every time I come to Subaru for a service after this experience because she is fantastic. I cant say enough good things about Angela after this experience.
