An old-school comprehensive musical instrument sales and repair store with a wide variety of instruments. Prices are VERY affordable. They have a huge amount of stuff in stock. Ive found that if you ask questions theyll enthusiastically pull out all kinds of stuff from drawers and back rooms. I stop in once in a while to pick up strings for my fiddle, mandolin, or tenor banjo. They dont really have much thats brand-new-high-end, but theres lots of intermediate level stuff, and lots of vintage gems to discover. Harrington Bros Music is a tremendous resource to have around here. They sell and repair all manner of band/orchestra instruments (brass, woodwinds, violins, etc) as well as guitars, keyboards, upright pianos, drums, and some assorted mandolins, banjos, ukuleles, etc.
