This company is a total joke their online software is never correct when you call customer service for a drop they tell you that the trucks full and that you need to pay an extra fee the customer service lady is rude I’m surprise she even knows her name

Most of the staff were polite and professional. However some were extremely rude. If I was told something it was often the opposite. Deliveries were late, and they have unrealistic policies. This is a well established company and for the most part they provide a satisfactory customer experience. Mine was not.
