Do yourself a favor and use another CVS location. I spent the better part of 2 weeks trying to transfer prescription information from an out-of- state CVS to this location and still did not receive my medication. The staff are dismissive and unclear on how to perform their role. I got different information every time I called to follow up on the status of my medication, and on how best to complete the transfer. They were unwilling to contact my insurance to confirm my prescription and then lost the fax they requested from my doctors office to verify my prescription brand and dosage. When I called and found out they now had my medication brand in stock but still hadnt put it through to my insurance, I let them know I was concerned because itd been weeks since I was able to access my medication. The clerk became aggressive and suggested nobody was keeping me from my medication and I pay out of pocket. To say that comment was an ignorant and insensitive suggestion, is an understatement. I will not be returning to this location and suggest you steer clear as well.

I have been a cvs Customer for many years the new people they have a new pharmacy are slow rude and do not understand anything you say I get messages stating my medicine is ready to be picked up I go down and get it they tell me it’s gonna be another hour can I come back I don’t live in town so I don’t like to keep Going back-and-forth they keep saying we’re short staffed And I do understand that but every time it’s just getting to be a little much

Have you seen the out side of the store back by the drive thru window? The ground around the dumpster is disgusting. Garbage all over the ground even rubber gloves. I can not imagine what all is there on the ground comingfrom a drug store that gives shots . If the rubber gloves are there god only knows what else is there. I think Im changing my drug store.

No longer get calls or texts when a prescription is ready which is very frustrating! They are not open late enough for those of us who work later hours either! Stay open until 9 atleast...

One of the worst simple shopping experiences ever with this pharmacy. Had to leave and go to another in town which took care of me with zero hassles.

Ladies rest room was filthy on 8/7/19.Toilet appeared not to have been cleanedin months.

Not the best cvs ive been to.Did not greet customers, didnt even say have a nice day or anything after i paid. And didnt even give me a bag for my items?

Maybe pharmacy hours could be extended soon.
