Osborne has installed several carpets for me over the summer. I have been happy with every aspect for the projects. Great company.

They installed a marmoleum floor in my kitchen about 3 years ago, it scratched up immediately -- perhaps from laundry baskets? or? It looks like was cut with a knife but it wasnt. The seams in the floor are coming apart already. Not sure if it is because of the type of flooring or the installation or ? But regardless, it was very expensive and I am definitely not satisfied with the product or the service. After installation, I called them several times, they finally came over but no solution was offered. What a shame a beautiful kitchen and an ugly floor.

Had a great experience with R.H. Osbornes. I brought my wife to the store to get some ideas and as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by Ray who asked us some questions and showed us some products we might be interested in. It was clear that Ray knew what he was talking about (unlike some kid at a big box store). Once we figured out what type of flooring we wanted, Ray showed us some in-stock product that would be less expensive than special ordered product. No high pressure sales tactics here! We left the store with some samples and an appointment for an estimator to come out and measure. I was impressed that the estimator, Darrin, was right on time and that he put on some shoe covers (without me asking) before coming in the house. Very professional and courteous! After the measurements were taken and our color was selected, Ray called me with an all-inclusive installed price that I thought was a good price and we agreed to have the work done. When an opening was available to have the installation done, Kelly called to schedule and was very friendly and accommodating to our requested dates. Even the installer (I didnt catch his name) showed up on time and was very friendly. Overall we couldnt be more pleased with our new floor and our experience with R.H. Osbornes.

We are lucky to have a company like this in Cortland. They have a huge in-stock inventory, friendly knowledgeable staff and expert installation. The carpets are beautiful but the hardwood floor installation is absolutely magnificent! What a difference!

Bought carpet at Osbornes yesterday with my 86 year old Mom. These people, especially Kelly, were so friendly, kind and helpful. Price was reasonable and they couldnt have been nicer. Great Place to do business. THE BEST! ! ! ! ! !

I cant say enough good things about my experience at Osbornes. I bought all the carpeting and new maple flooring for my renovated home from Osbornes and it was a terrific experience. I had some very special instructions for the installers and the results were precisely what I wanted. In late 2019, five years after I purchased my flooring, I had reason to call Osbournes and ask them to do a minor repair. They arrived promptly, performed the service, without any charge. They take great pride in their work and reputation. I highly recommend them.
