Cannot say enough good things about Shaun and his team at Home Outlet in Cortland. Shaun created the kitchen design and made the most out of the space we had to work with. Cabinets, hardware and countertops are all from Home Outlet. The bathroom cabinet, integrated countertop, hardware, lighted mirrors and flooring are also all from the Home Outlet. Building during a pandemic was a challenge. Shaun and his team helped ease the stress tremendously. I highly recommend this store.

I love this place.... Even when Im finding exactly what Im looking for, I can usually find something thats just as good if not better. Customers service no matter what shift is always helpful.... Even when I was 1 minute til closing and they still allowed me to come in and grab some much needed cat food.Amazing job guys. 💯😺🌟

The staff is great except theres not a lot and theres a lot of competition around the area so they tried very hard and Im very knowledgeable.

Bought 16 boxes of vinyl flooring. All from the same pallet. Got them home to find a minimum of 3 different flooring types of the same size and color. Each had different locking systems. The difference between two were almost impossible to distinguish.To Bargain Outlets credit, they took them all back without question. They even took the planks i had already cut. The person who assisted me was very apologetic.
