Rude barista, boy with pink hair. Tried to offer a tip, could of nicely said no thank you, instead he pushed my money away in a rude manner. Was not appropriated.

I stopped by on my way out of town to grab something for breakfast, Im guessing their truck didnt come yet and they were out of most all the drinks that I normally order. I had no idea what to get, and the baristas were amazing with finding a drink that was similar to something that I liked. They even customized a different drink to be more similar to my liking. Excellent customer service, they definitely made my morning easier! Thank you!

We are from across the state in Colorado. We have many Starbucks in our area and are very familiar. We can honestly say this was the worst run Starbucks we have ever seen. They did not have any coffee brewed. My husband said the Mgr. was clueless. There were 3 in the line and a man left. I don’t know if this is Covid related or what but I’d advice getting your coffee elsewhere.

Was on vacation and was driving through the town. wanted something hot for my headache, so decided to pick up starbucks. needless to say, when i went in, there were people lined up and the barista was very slow. they were restocking cups instead of helping customers. 10 minutes go by and i move up one spot. i left because of the poor service. definitely do not recommend.

Staff is completely incompetent. They spend 5 minutes ranting about their management then start cleaning everything in the store when there are literally a dozen drinks lined up. They ended up taking 30 minutes and screwed up my drink. Hire people capable of doing their jobs instead of these idiots.

I thought star bucks was a corporate owned , when can you buy a star bucks. They don’t do the scan for your points , so no points. They say they are a different star bucks.

While they were getting ready to renovate last time I went, I come here when I come to Cortez for a caffeine boost on my way home. Obviously if Ive come here multiple times, I must think its good.

Why is the equipment down... espresso down? Nitro down? Blender down?.. its always one or another..

It may be expensive but the taste is great and yah but sometimes they dont have enough flovar but they do great and I love their effort trying to get everybody drinks and making costumers happy

I only wish we had a stand alone Starbucks in town so I could use drive through when Ive got the kids with me. Taking them all in just to get coffee is a hassle. That aside, I love Starbucks and am so happy we at least have this one inside City Market.

Always get my drink twice a week and its complicated and they got it wrong and they now charge for simple syrup! Cheap!

Overly sweet, but made timely and the help was super friendly. The ladies bathroom was down at the time so everyone was directed to the mens. I have to say it was filthy and very ran down for a Starbucks.

Starbucks forbids its employees from accepting tips. If youre in a hurry, ok with mediocre coffee, and dont mind supporting big business CEOs, get your coffee here. If youd rather have great coffee and support local business, go up the road to The Bean Tree Coffee House.

Its a coffee counter in a grocery store, so its really not a great pick unless you are shopping here already. Not a sit down spot. Friendly service, but why was the only half and half out? Do people in Cortez not take milk in their coffee?

Its always a good place to stop n get a nice cold or warm drink and treats as well

Horrible and unprofessional location. I ordered by phone a traveler/box of coffee for pickup. I asked for it to be ready in 20 minutes and arrived in 25 minutes, just to give them a little more time. I needed it for a business meeting I was coordinating. I arrived to pick it up and it was not even started, the barista started grinding the coffee and they couldnt even find the traveler box. As not to be late i had to walk away and go to the meeting empty handed without simple coffee... 😵😭

My sis and I got caramel lattes and they didnt put no caramel in it. It just taste like coffee. Wasnt even sweet tasting either. I might not get coffee there again.

I dont drink coffee but they do have lovely desserts and sandwiches. The transaction took a little longer than usual as the clerk was busy conversing with a friend (that wasnt buying anything) but she was pleasant once she came over to help me.

Cheryl is a GEM!!! Our community is so fortunate to have such a nice and helpful Barista working there.

This is probably one of the worst Starbucks in America, and Ive been to plenty. My drink is wrong every time. Ive only been returning because its the only one within 2 hours of where I live. Go to a local coffee shop like cattle drive or spruce tree instead.
