What an amazing experience! Visited the RH rooftop bar Sunday evening had drinks on the patio ended up having dinner. From the looks of the restaurant I thought it would be expensive. Reasonable priced dinner for 2 with three rounds $145. Better wine list than beer. Service was a little slow but the whole team was friendly. Recommend reservations we were told 2 hour wait ended up being more like an hour. When leaving we roamed the furniture store. Great pieces and prices cant wait to go shopping!

Beautiful setting on the rooftop in Marin. Our waiter was funny and a real pleasure to have in making choices in our dining experience.

From the moment we walked in we were pleasantly greeted by Armand. It was my first time in and the level of customer service right from the start was 5 star. We walked around and went up to the rooftop for a glass of wine. It was a wonderful time.Special shout-out to Armand. Everything was on point. His hair was perfectly swooshed and come on...Arman, what a name. Great energy about him. Aesthetically very pleasing and out together.I can’t afford the furniture but would definitely return for the customer service alone.

Decor and scenery was really nice but food was so so. Not worth the price youre paying for. Service was ok not wowed. Was expecting better.

A paradise for well funded home furniture shoppers. Taste, craftsmanship and excellence in a flagship store with ambience to spare, elegant, knowledgeable staff... And a nice restaurant to boot. If somehow you have only seen RH in a catalog, do yourself a shopping experience solid and visit Corte Madera.

Definitely a great place for a special occasion, Sunday brunch, a leisurely and inspiring look around, or a fancy date.

RH rooftop restaurant is cheapest casual dining in town. Spent about $250 on burgers and sandwiches. Great food, service and plenty of space for kids to roam around.

Beautiful store, very cool deck and restaurant upstairs, definitely not your typical retail environment.

RE: RH online customer service. I wanted to buy a couch in a stocked fabric so I could return it (and just forfeit the shipping cost) if I didnt like it. I found several couches and fabric choices that qualified. However, I chose down-feather instead of the standard fill choice, and didnt notice that the couch no longer qualified as stock and instead entered into the you lose 50% + tax of the cost of the couch if you return it category. It is my fault for breezing through the page that agreed with the return policy. I bought the couch, then realized what had happened. I called customer service the next day. The first customer service rep was pushy about there being nothing that could be done, stating, are you sure you want to talk to a manager even though there is nothing they can do?, to which I said yes. The manager then said she could reach out to the manufacturer who declined the request to cancel the order, before they even started making it. We recently received the couch, and it is an eye-sore, which I will be returning. However hard you try to fluff and smooth the pillows, they look nothing like the photo of the Cloud Two-Seat Cushion Sofa. I am disappointed in my mistake, for one, and that RH could not help. Perhaps if they had a higher quality of customer service, I wouldnt have lost over $3,000 as a result.

It is like a museum to minimalism and monochromatics. The restaurant looks very lovely with a great view of the mountain.

Was a wonderful visit. They showcased exquisite design for any space and offers one of our most comfortable lines of quality leather furniture. They have very talented designers all over the place available to answer all your questions.

Wonderful experience

Absolutely stunning store. Just stunning. Its 60,000 thousand square feet and feels like youre stepping into a swanky palace.

We went here for the first time last night. Id seen the other positive reviews, so my expectations were already high. But this was better than I expected, by far.All the food we tried was excellent, better than expected. Definitely try the steak sandwich!And the service was top-notch from start to finish. Greeters on the way in, hostess, buses, and especially our server Joel.And the design of this place makes it the perfect destination during COVID, since its open on three sides and covered. The temperature was perfect, and everything was very comfortable. While waiting for our table, we were sitting outside on one of the terraces, warm breeze blowing, the view of Mount Tam.We already made reservations for next week.

Better looking modern furniture than most other stores. Friendly greeting and consultants. Feels like shopping for furniture in a museum.

Youre paying for the experience... Food is good and staff is great but this is a San Francisco / LA style and crowd and price. People and restaurant setting are baroque so dial it up appropriately

#buyerbewareI am super annoyed with Restoration Hardware. After spending $3000 on a “solid wood” table, the top vener gummed up with regular wear and tear. I am so sad I didn’t take a picture of that! It looked terrible, so we had to cover it with a table cloth. They would not replace it even though we notified them within 30 days of purchasing. They said it was not defective, but our fault for damaging the table. The problem was that the table continued to be damaged by just placing plates and utensils on it. They also recommended a repair kit, which we purchased, but was completely useless. So we decided to refinish it, Since we thought it was solid wood. We should have been able to stand down a layer or two and get to something that we could stain. Instead we spent hours of standing through multiple veneers to get through to the very last layer, which is pieces of plywood put together and not solid wood. I am super disappointed in Restoration Hardware because they are not an inexpensive brand and I thought they were higher quality, but clearly they are not. Honestly very expensive. I ordered HR berger. First they didnt ask me how I would I like to get cook. After I did get that berger, if I want to compare it with in&out, in&out will be winner.

2nd review ever left in my life. Honestly, it was just terrible working with a few members of the team here. Ending up working with the SF RH team who seemed to be a lot more organized. Id save your time and go elsewhere. Still love RH though.

Terrible corporation with zero social / environmental responsibility (10 pounds catalogues sent arount) and semi-criminal membership techniques (no notice of renewal, charging credit cards). Salesperson lied when getting membership and said it was 1 year only - then they charged for another year or two.Quality of goods also went down in the last 4-5 years.

I drove 40 minutes from my home to purchase a sofa along with pillows and two chairs. I walked through the doors and was greeted by...not a single soul. I found the sofa I was looking for yet sales associates walked by me over and over and over with out a word and avoiding eye contact with me. I walked around for almost half an hour and finally a women asked how I was. I replied I was doing well and before I could speak another word turned her back to stock fabrics. Not once was I asked if I needed help. To be fair I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt. maybe next time I go shopping I should dress for a job interview? Off to HD butter cup where they under stand good service let alone ANY type of service is what sells.

I agree completely with one of the posters. Ive gone into the store in Corte Madera several times and not one person greeted me. They were all sitting at desks on their computers and no one even looked up to say, hello. I walked around the entire store and never heard a word. Its so strange! This has happened several times, so its not just a one time thing. I was in there a couple of weeks ago, and to my surprise, someone acknowledged me. Unfortunately, she did not even smile or make simple conversation when I had questions. She took my order and I walked out of the store scratching my head thinking, OK, that was an unpleasant experience.

Wait til the new building opens. These guys are doing some top notch improvements.

Never experienced such little respect from employees before. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me before I tracked someone down myself. At that point she proceeded to tell me someone will be with me in a minute and went to help another costumer that was already being helped by someone! Clearly, my money isn’t good enough.

Do not purchase off the floor!Went to the Corte Madera store and found a very nice bedroom set off the floor for a great deal. I was told it might take a couple of weeks for delivery but certainly not months. Five weeks later and having heard nothing I found out that the sales folks do not take any accountability for when the furniture is delivered and in fact they state that they cannot even estimate. A total run-around. Meanwhile they have my money and after several calls I am still without the furniture and have no idea as to when it will be delivered. Worse than the CA DMV. The two stars is generous but it is for the value IF I ever get the furniture.

This company sent us an obscene, mammoth package of 13 catalogs weighing about 10 lbs, completely unprompted. If I was ever going to buy anything from them, they just made sure I would not. In todays age where everything is available online and consumers shop, share and find information with a click of a button, why commit such an environmental faux-pas? I cannot imagine how many trees were felled to send these unwanted gigantic catalogs.
