The customer service here is extremely well-read and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised when my one question was fulfilled with availability - and I’m confident anyone could get a good start in the world of comics at this business. We had a 7yo who was interested in some quality reading material and we were guided not only to the proper section, but shown the 1st issues in the series recommended. We landed on Batman with Scooby-Doo (and couldn’t wait to dig into the story in the car) and a dinosaur series that the Walking Dead creator made for the youngin’s sake.

Nice folks, cute little shop. They apparently opened in October of 2016 and are slowly growing. Its great to see small town America with its own local comic shop. Ill stop in whenever Im driving through, thats for sure! Picked up an Aquaman statue on this visit, too!

This is a hidden treasure in Corsicana! A great place for locals and visitors. The whole family can find something they like. The owners are super knowledgeable and friendly. They are willing to go the extra mile to help you (or your child) find something youll enjoy, and will order it if they dont have what youre looking for in stock. We appreciate having this comic book store close by.

Great selection of comics, Pops, statues, graphic novels and the gaming section continues to grow each time I come in. The owner is super nice and knows a lot about comics and what is current. There new online platform is really cool. They offer pull boxes and a point system to earn money savings.

Took my little brother in here to find some things that hes been wanting. Im not really into comics but apparently he was able to find one that hes been searching for for a while. Im leaving my review solely because he was treated so respectfully. Hes 12 so naturally he had a lot of questions that the employees had no issues with answering and did so in a fun and friendly way for him.

Oiltown Comics is a awesome store. Wonderful customer service and everything what you looking for in a comic book store.

Ive been going to Oiltown for about 2 years and it is proving to be one of the premier comic book stores in the state. Nick the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, often pointing me to new releases he thinks I would enjoy. He and his family that work with him are always willing to spend time talking anything comics or pop culture related. If you consider yourself a fan of comics and are anywhere near the Corsicana area, stop by and check the place out. You wont be disappointed.

Not what I was expecting. I went in expecting a full comic book store that handles ALL comic books and everything about them. Unfortunately, this one only handles new release comics and related games. If your looking for older comics or looking for information on them you wont find it there. Youll still have to travel out of town for that. Owner is very polite though and helped as much as he could. He was very upfront about his lack of knowledge on older comics and his ability to know their values, etc. Was even kind enough to refer me to another comic book store in Waco that was more in the range of what I was looking for.

This comic store sells a wide range of comic books, funko pops, t-shirts, themed games. Ex ( Harry Potter.) I started shopping here for my Power Ranger fix. The man who works there is very nice and knowledgeable.

Great service. I came in not knowing for sure if I wanted to buy anything at all, and saw a comic series which jumped off the shelf at me. I wanted to buy the whole lot, but rather than do that, the guy got the compilation volume, saving me a lot of money and hassle.Thanks so much, Ill certainly be back.

First impression was very good! Nice selection of comics, a few tabletop games and accessories, and a wall of Funko Pop collectibles. I even asked about ordering particular comics and manga and the owner was happy to look up what was available and for what price. Worth a stop for sure!
