Brinson of Kaufman. We fell we been stolen from.Traded in a Ford explore for a Chevy 1500. Could not take possession of the truck because it had issues and was being repaired he told us it would take just a few minutes we sat at the location until 645 then the sales person finally came out and told us that the service department closed 45 minutes ago and he would call us when the vehicle is ready he will put us in a loaner vehicle. Which turned into three days. When taken possession of the vehicle it literally died as we’re pulling into the gas station because it had zero fuel in it. The vehicle was supposed to come with two keys when I asked about the second keys they wanted me to pay 200 and some dollars and the gentleman in parts got an attitude with me when I advised him that I would not be paying for the second set of keys. The we come to find out through the finance company they added several thousands of dollars to what we originally agreed upon. When we confronted them they apologized and said they would send a check to the finance company to make it right. Now we are paying interest on money we never borrowed. They also found my wife wedding bands in the car two sets and claim they threw them away. We are still waiting on the repair of the bed that was agreed-upon which will probably not happen. This has absolutely been one of the worst experiences with a dealership. I will never use anything related to Brinson motors. And I would recommend anyone to stay away from this dealership or company as it is clear that they are very untrustworthy and do shady practices.

I have purchased many vehicle and have spent countless hours at dealerships. The purchase of my F150 at Brinson was by far the easiest most painless experience I have ever had. We worked out the details on the phone, I had to drive 3 hours there and 3 hours home. I was at the dealership for about 30 minutes. Part of that time was waiting for the sales person to get back from filling it up with gas. I highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience or so I thought until a year later when trying to resale my vehicle, Went to a different dealership to find out our vehicle was in a very bad accident where the airbags were deployed.. Which means I will never be able to get anywhere near the amount owed on it or most likely never get anyone to trade it in or buy it.. Very disappointing

I am working in Florida purchasing for my sons first new car. This was on 10-20-21.... they overnighted paperwork..signed an returned 10-21-21.... car was available for pick up noon 10-22-21....Mason was all above the board on everything he quoted. Financing guy was straight forward. Didn’t try to force anything, stated what was available an I either accepted or declined. Zero pressure ...I have read the bad reviews but I did not experience anything myself like that.5 stars to mason, the finance guy an the dealership. They said what they did an did what they said. I set an appointment early last Saturday morning for an oil change. The staff was every alert awake and attentive. I was told that I would need to come back in the have an additional adjustment on my car for a totally separate cause. Jason Canady in the Service Department at Brinson Ford in Corsicana really came through for me when I was in a tight spot. Initially it was going to take about four days to get to me. My only means of transportation broke down two days prior to my scheduled arrival at a prepaid, nonrefundable, work related event. Additionally, cancellation without penalty for my hotel had passed so that too would be costly. Jason saved the day! He called me by surprise on the second day and said the truck was ready! We had a great experience with Brinson Ford and our sales person Hunter Young. Hunter was open, honest, and a funny guy. We had a personal family issue come up at the beginning of our time there and expressed the need to make this a speedy transaction. We were in and out in 2hrs from the time we arrived. I requested the 5 digit access code for my drivers side door and was given the code with no charge. Other places that I had called were going to charge for an hour of labor. In spite of Googles great reviews, what I actually encountered at Brinson Ford of Corsicana was an un-knowledgable salesman and finance manager.I was sold an F150 and was told multiple times by the salesman and other staff that it could tow 10,500 lbs. After my trade in and purchase, I spent the night at a hotel as we had to drive 6+ hours for this deal.I began to read the manual and noticed on page 301 that Unless the 3.5L V6 is equipped with the Heavy Duty Towing Package this engine could NOT tow more than 7,000 lbs.I reached out to the salesman and he assured me I was wrong and that other salesman also confirmed I was incorrect. Upon even further investigation it turned out that I was correct. The truck did not have the Heavy Duty Towing Package / Option 53A. It ONLY had the Class IV Hitch / Option 53B which means the truck COULD NOT tow 10,500 lbs.The salesman and the finance manager eventually admitted their error, but it took much research and convincing from my part.The Finance manager went so far as to tell me You know the manual only states that for safety purposes. When I mentioned my concern about legal issues of towing more than what the manual says if I were to get into an accident, the Finance Manager then said How would a lawyer prove you werent supposed to be towing this.In the end, all they offered to do was give me a refund and my trade in back. There was no offer to reimburse my expenses for the trip, which was fruitless in the end.Their General Manager contacted me on my way home to try and understand why they were wrong, and he seemed to understand, but he also didnt offer to make things right in regard to my expenses.I do not believe this cause by any ill-intent but very little customer courtesy was offered when a mistake on their part was realized.Needless to say, do your research before buying a vehicle here, and double check everything you are told.

I purchased a used 2013 F250 in Dallas on the way to Corsicana it developed a severe vibration I made an appointment online with Brinson Ford in Corsicana. Mindy the service advisor greeted me at the door in the morning already knew who I was and what my problem was and immediately started the process of getting my truck repaired.Jimmy the diesel mechanic diagnose the problem and Mindy immediately let me know that the parts were not in stock at the dealership she said it would probably be three days to get the parts I told her I needed to leave to go back to Denver and she said she would see what she could do, within an hour they have located all the parts they needed and had people on their way to get them!This was all before 10 AM at 3 PM Mindy call me told me my truck would be ready by 5 PM she called me at five and told me the truck was ready!Mindy’s knowledge and professional attitude are incredible and beyond to take care of me and my truck I really appreciate what she did and the work that Jimmy did on my truck I will definitely recommend Brinson Ford !

I bought my 2020 F-150 in May. I did my research and I had the truck in mind that I wanted and it was at Brinson Ford. I called over and it was like pulling teeth to get the sales guy to understand that I had the stock number of what I wanted and loan pre-approval in hand. I would’ve thought it would be an easy sale... I get over there and still, he’s trying to talk me into looking at another truck and to let them run my credit. After I finally got the point across that I came there specifically for this truck, they ran my credit anyway. Luckily for them they found a better bank (that turned out to be the bank I’ve used for years) with lower rate. From then on the sales experience was great. Why not. Right? Getting my badass new truck. Who wouldn’t be happy beyond this point.Days later I had to deal with Service Dept. Turns out the backup camera was bad (common trend with 700k other 2020 F-150s). The early part of the service experience was rough. I also needed to get a paint touch up done too. That needed to be outsourced because they don’t have a body shop. They wanted to wait until the backup camera came in. After a couple months I was impatient. It’s a fancy special edition F-150 and I was dying to get a ceramic clear coat put on it. Can’t get that without the scratches touched up. So Finally late in the end of the summer (after I called saying I was coming either way) I dropped it off with them and it took them a week and a half to get it done. In October they got my backup camera. That was easy. Went over after work. Waited thirty minutes and it was done. I like the Service Manager. He’s a good dude. The front Service Writer has awards on the wall for great customer service but I couldn’t tell. Maybe that’s for the locals. I’m in Waxahachie and live right across the highway from the Ford dealer over here. If I lived closer I’d still use Brinson but that’s a long drive to be treated just like another piece of cattle on their ranch.

I bought a F-150 from Mason Bigler and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. We did all the negotiations over the phone/text the day before and when I showed up to the dealership I was in and out within an hour. A no BS experience, exactly what I was looking for.

I was with her during her visit to Bronson Ford and it was a delightful experience. Everyone we came in contact with went above and beyond to ensure we where taken care of and comfortable while we waited. We mainly had interactions with Mindy Dubose and Mike Starling both of which where excellent representatives of Brinson Ford. Mindy ensures we where taken care of in a timely manner and that we both were comfortable during our wait. Mike Starling was very friendly, attentive and thoroughly answered all of Ms. Burgess questions, taking time out to explain things to her in a way she understands. We could not have asked for a better experience than what we encountered at Brinson Ford!

Super service. Completely satisfied (except the car washer was broken down and I did not have my dirty car happy when I puled away.) Last year i had a recall on my trucks def system I live here in corsicana but work in houston so i asked if they could order it and just call me then I could come back up to fix it they said no had to leave the truck with them or they wouldnt order the part and also since I didnt buy the ford from them they couldnt offer me a rental then a few months ago I needed an oil change so tried them again just to have them try to charge 120 + for just the oil change when I told them ennis ford is only 88+ after tax they said they wouldnt meet the price and to go to them so I wrote a review I thought this was bad buisness twice on their part after that the owner called me asking me to remove the review and he would make it right so after a long conversation with him and much deliberation on giving them another chance I though why not ill give them a third and final chance so took it down then when my oil change and full service came back up called them back they remembered the review but wouldnt do anything to help then told me I needed to speak to the owner I tried calling him and the son one was on vacation and after two attempts no one ever got back with me so be careful with this dealer watch your six cause they are shady and price gouge this experience made me lose alot of respect for the brand ford
