Chris was very helpful and patient with us as we decided what we wanted to do regarding our financing and helped us secure our Polaris Slingshot by recommending we put up a deposit so it didnt sell while we worked things out. We drove a few hours to pick it up and they had us in and out in no time at all. He was even willing to take a photo of us what a great experience!!!

We purchased a jet ski here today and had a great experience! First of all they actually had inventory---which none of the dealers closer to our home did---so we drove about 90 minutes to their showroom/dealership... and it was totally worth the trip. They were super helpful in getting paperwork ready before we arrived to streamline the process. we got a great deal, great service... and a great New toy!!

What a great buying experience. Chris in sales was patience with all my questions. Laure was very quick with the paperwork. Daniel in parts went out of his way to find mirrors to fit my Can Am Outlander 650 Max XT. They treat you like family. Who am I kidding they treated me better than some of my family.

Recently bought an atv from Brinson. We had to travel from 3.5 hours away and were worried about getting back home in time to get kids from school. Everything went smooth and we made it back home with plenty of time. Chris helped us and he had everything ready(paperwork and atv) when we arrived. This was the only Can-Am dealer within a 150 mile radius of us that had the ATV model we wanted. Very easy transaction and the sales staff was extremely pleasant to work with. I would have rated 5 stars, but the additional fees for costs such as dealer prep, assembly and documentation fess added over $1,000.00 to the original price. I’m not sure this is standard at all Can-Am dealerships, but it’s something all buyers need to be aware of.

I’ve shopped at Brinson Powersports on more occasions than I recall. There are great folks that are always willing to help. Another thing that I’ve noticed is that I’ve noticed, which speaks volumes about the company itself, is that I see the same faces I’ve seen for years. Which in my opinion means they take care of their employees. I like being able to purchase a side by side and look at the gun counter at the same store as well. They also have a really good selection of accessories and equipment in stock. It’s a great place to shop folks! I recommend it!

We bought our 2nd ranger crew from them in 2020. They were not in business when we bought our 1st. Was very satisfied with the sales process. However, trying to get parts and especially trying to return was a complete failure. I honestly cant remember why, I believe call forwarding, but had to buy a rear stabilizer bar and ended up buying through their Athens store. They then shipped it to the Corsicana store for me to pick up. Well, it was the wrong one. When I tried to return it to the Corsicana store, I was told I would have to take it to the Athens store. Thats what I call going below and nowhere with service. Ill not buy another thing from them!

Brinson powersports has awesome customer service. We drove out of town to pick up a new ski. Josh worked with us and had everything squared away and ready for me to sign papers and have us on the road. Highly recommend using them for any hunting, off roading or ski needs.

I stopped by this location this week. To say the least it was a bad experience. I was inquiring about a side by side and the individual I spoke with literally started laughing when I asked if they had any new models coming in soon. He was rude and I honestly got the feeling that I was some how bothering him. Take you’re money somewhere else. I know I did.

Chris did a fabulous job when we purchased our seadoo. From the the signing of paperwork, education of the maintenance, purchasing of add ons to loading up the seadoo- everyone in every department was very friendly and knowledgeable. We drove over two hours to get our seadoo and will definitely make the drive to purchase in the future!

I have purchased a UTV and most recently an ATV from Brinson Corsicana. The service there is beyond what u would expect. Would I purchase from there again? Yes...And I reside in Louisiana. The trip is worth it.

Despite limited service on older jet skis, Kyle and Eduardo went well out of their way to help me get my machine back running. The level of customer service is high than I would expect in most industries, let alone mechanical services. Their hourly rate is significantly cheaper than most other dealerships and independent shops around as well. Kyle is why Brinson will now be servicing my side by side and why Brinson will be my fist stop for my future purchases.

Scott was phenomenal with his customer service and definitely has the knowledge for these first time owners ; Brinson Powesports was able to find and have in stock our personal own “golden egg” the Can-AM Defender X MR HD10. We inquired about it on a Tuesday with the hopes of it arriving before the Christmas Holiday which was less than a week away and man he didn’t disappoint.....it arrived 15 minutes off of the truck after my initial inquiry!! Talk about fast service and a little bit of luck. Bought a used 2017 Yamaha Viking from them last November. Wheels had a loud squeal to them that Brinson rep assured me would stop when driven for a bit. That never happened. Then as heat started this summer it kept overheating due to cooling fan that never worked. To their credit GM has reached out to me to make it right. Very impressed with this level of service.
