First of all I want to say the manager was really nice it wasnt her fault. In a nutshell I call ed up there and an employee said they had some portable air conditioning units. I told her my drive was an hour away just to make sure they were 100% portable and she had them. She said they did. My fault I didnt write down her name. Come on people dont only take 15 to 30 seconds to pay attention to an item to find out if thats what it is or not. I wont be coming back to this store .

Most of the time the store is crowded and not enough lines open outside or in .The workers are nice and help you find what your looking for .

This is one of my favorite places in corsicana. Prices arent always very competitive but if you need something ASAP this is the place! They have everything.

Bought a portable washer finally. Service was great loaded it on truck. There was no damage anywhere

A good selection of floor and wall tiles. Had everything we needed to remodel our shower. Vapor barrier, insulation, studs, showerpan, drain, pvc, glue, nails, screws, cement board, thinset, tile, tile blades, paint, trim, rollers, paint brushes, a one stop shop. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Ive been to this store many times. Its the closest to where I live. Theyre always helpful and they keep their inventory pretty well stocked.

Overall very good experience very friendly and pretty well stocked. They could use a few more employees but thats understandable in this day and time.

Customer service has greatly improved! You no longer feel like youre in the Land of the Lost! Found items quickly with the help of well informed staff.

I have to come here 3 to 5 times a week for work and I have zero complaints as of thus far. Most employees go above and beyond and they are always friendly.

No pets allowed in store. I was told by an associate that only service dogs were allowed in Homedepot. Sad Lowes is the store to go who have pet friendly associates. Associate asked what I needed and responded that they were out of stock without even looking at the overhead stock. Not only that. They didnt have the cutting tool I needed. Ended going to McCoys and found plenty of cutting tools in stock. Lost a customer. Probably have lost a lot of customers due to bad associates.

Just went to the garden area. lots and lots of good looking healthy flowers and plants! Spent about $60 bucks there. all neat and tidy area. will go back!

Ok selection but they don’t restock enough (frequent empty spots that stay empty), and their lumber employees are very snooty about what they won’t cut - no siding, no hardyboard, no EPS panels…there deign cut nothing but wood in their precious saws and reject all else for in-store cuts.

One of my favorite places to shop! 95 percent of the time they have what I am looking for and I am able to locate everything on my own. There are times that help is needed and for the most part the service received is satisfactory, they also have some very helpful and knowledgeable team members that can be of help. These folks were GREAT ! I took my 11mos after sale Cub Cadet POS Tractor Mower in because there was no Service available to fix the Steering.HD gave me a full refund which I immediately applied to a new John Deere Tractor Mower .They didnt have to do this, but Im so pleased they did !THANKS GUYS !!

What can a real man say except that they Love, Love, Love to go to Home Depot.I can go into HD and spend 2-3 hours just looking, let alone if Im on a mission to buy an item(s).They have all kinds of tools, home improvement materials, home items, everything you need for building or remolding your home. Large Selection of Lumber products.As well as outside decor, law and patio furniture, grills, lawn mowers, plants, pavers, lawn tools of all kinds, grass seed and related products, filling depth paint dept., home appliances, flooring to name a few. Etc.,etc., etc., It goes on and on and on.......🙂👍💯.Our Local Corsicana Store is clean, organized and well stocked. Friendly knowledgeable staff always on point and experienced.The one thing I can say is be prepared to get that checkbook out, as prices are pretty expensive in this type store in todays times 5-5-21.The price of Lumber is currently up 300% according to the news. Supply on wood is short due to high demand during the pandemic and new houses being built and sold. Law of Supply and Demand are at play in todays economy, so be prepared to spend that hard earned cash.Happy 😊 Shopping for those special needs or desires.Located out Corsicana Way and right off I45-North.

Luv Home Depot. Only annoying complaint...lack of customer service. Viewing AC s the Associate by ac units was on the phone with the Im too busy chatting with customer on phone action to help in store customers.

Everyone was so helpful! I walked in the store looking to make a cross for my yard! Of course I had no idea how to do it, I knew exactly what I wanted thought!!!! Two young men in the Lumber department were eager to help! They showed me perfectly how to make it where it would be tall and sturdy!!! 8 ... This is exciting!!! I had nothing to make a groove in the wood so they showed me different options!! I didnt want nails or brackets to show, and glue just wasnt enough. Then to find the perfect brackets, screws etc... I cant wait to get it fixed!!! The brackets will hold up to 100pounds ... I learned so much just shopping for my Cross!! The checkout was very pleasant as well!!! The young man there was so polite!!!

Its either feast or famine, one time you go in and you cant find anyone to help you find a tool or product let alone how to install it correctly. On the other hand, like today the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Today I paid a bill, then found the hardware I needed, in and out....

Ive spent probably close to $100,000.00 in this place. Ive been through every single isle, Ive probably spent more time in home depot buying material and parts for jobs and my personal home, than I have at my personal home. They have gotten horrible at stocking the shelves. They follow you around like your stealing something. Which in itself is disrespectful. They ask if you want help but 9ntimes out of 10 they dont know what the heck youre talking about. Cant get keys made because they dont have the keys or theres no one there to do it. Ive done 4 Online curbside pickups. Each of them took over 6 hours. Then when I went to get it my own they refused to let me leave.This place is a huge company with huge recourses. They charge way to much for everything. Returning things is ridiculous. Im over it

I had a good time. Its always a crash course in fixin something cause Im never really sure what it is Im looking for, and Im too embarrassed to ask. Thank goodness for Google. A couple of associates offered assistance, which I politely declined. The place was well organized and their A/C felt great.

Worst place to do business with! They do not stand by there word. It was the worst experience ever dealing with them buying cabinets and not Honoring their deal.When our cabinets Came in broke and we had a send them back. We had to wait months and trying to get ahold of them takes a act of Congress.

Found everything on my list. Also priced items to totally redo inside of rent house. Everything was cheaper, a couple the same price, as the closest Lowes. An employee actually offer assistance if I had any questions. Nice not to have to hunt someone down for help. Good value, & helpful employees...

I was helped by two emplyees I now wish I had asked for their names but they both helped me fine the items I was looking for they both gave great service.

Found what I needed except for help. Of all the places I shop for home improvement needs, this particular store is the one I go to only when I cant find what I need somewhere else.

Customer service is great no hassle. I appreciate that every employee greets you so then if you have any questions they will be answered.

Terrible customer service. Cant hardly understand the person on the phone when transferred to the windows department. When I first called she transfered me and when asked about the product he said wrong department and transferred me back to the person who sent me to that department, only just to be transferred back to be put on hold for 15 minutes with still no answer, I had to hang up. Then even when I went to buy some lumber for a project they broke my boards as they were loading. It took 4 people to load it and even then there were 2 people on their phones texting instead of helping. If Im gonna spend a lot of money here can I at least get good help and customer service! I dread going to this place.

Horrible experience in Corsicana. When I was trying to find out when my curbside order would be ready, an employee named Amy kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me speak. I’ve never been treated so rudely. I asked her if I could please speak and she just kept talking over me. I asked to speak to a manager and was somehow disconnected. Service is poor most of the time.

There was an employee at this location that I wasnt able to get his name, but he did an outstanding job helping me locate the things I needed. I just wish I would have gotten his name. I hope this post finds his manager, because he should receive a at-boy!

What we would all like to know first, why is the store not requiring mask? Half of your associates walk around with no sanitizer on them and mask half down. If Home Depot really cared about these associates as it promotes on HD.com, I would expect them to take care of them! Quit letting people walk around with no mask! - On that when asking your service desk why ?...A young lady ( Apron showed Assistant Manager) said If Corsicana wants to pay for a cop to sit there and monitor then you would Okay; When did it become there responsibility? Take care of your associates and Customers the way you promote.

Home Depot is terrible, I thought Lowes was bad . Nobody in the store knew where anything is . They need to take a tour of the store to learn / find out where stuff is !

After a brief scare, mix up, we had our product brought out to our car and even had help getting it loaded up.

We have been known to shop several locations, but our visit here today had great service inside, not so much when we were loading our purchase. We had 2 carts full of bulky cabinets and lumber. We witnessed 5 helpers under the shaded area help the truck in front of us. When they were finished with him, they just continued to chat among themselves. No one even offered to help us until after I found a team leader. By then it was too late.Update 8/9/20 after 3 more trips over the last month that could have had loading assistance and 1 direct complaint to the manager, great inside help, outside still the same. 3 people on 1 vehicle, (help the buddy). None to help us until we were finished loading off the cart

It seemed like a guy named Croom working at the location of Corsicana TX was too busy to help me find a utility sink. He was very unprofessional and unhelpful with a little bit of arrogance on his voice tone.

I live in Dallas, I love coming to this Home Depot. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Plus Im in and out.

Went in for paint. The paint numbers I had vs. the new paint numbers totally different. Found something I liked. Go to check out in express, they dont take checks. Yes Im old school!! Not sorry!! Especially when I hear about new debit cards due to account being hacked into. Anyway, the cashier cancelled my purchase and rang me up at another register. Very nice and very helpful all the way around

I love shopping at Home Depot, however their customers service is severely lacking. Its as if you are bothering them to assist you. Maybe I m mistaken, but I thought thats one of the things they were hired to do. I apologize to anyone that works at the Corsicana Home Depot and this isnt an accurate description of you.

In the Marine Corps for 25 years ... stationed all over, shopped many different Home Depot stores ... one in Corsicana, by far, has the friendliest and most helpful staff of any I have been in.

Shipping office was fast at unloading. Best home depot Ive been to that unloads fast with no attitudes. Very professional lady on forklift. She was on point and cleared 3 trucks checked and unloaded within a hour. Now that is how you do it. Hats off to them. Thank you.

Have everything you need

I didnt want to give one star but least amount it let me pick. Do you know you can not go into home depot and order an appliance and have it shipped to store for pick up? Maybe some one from Home depot could explain this. The Home Depot in Corsicana would not allow me to place an order, pay for it, and have it shipped to store. Only option is for delivery to home address. The problem is, as I explained is the they give you a four hour window for delivery and someone has to sign for it. The problem with that is, most of us work and cant take off half day to wait for a delivery. Im not talking Install, just delivery. As I explained, I can order from other suppliers and have it shipped and left at front door. I guess they have a reason but would like to know what it is. The lady at home depot told me it was to compete with Amazon. From my experience they are not in Amazons league in customer service. Why didnt I order from Amazon? Good question! Everyone encourages you to buy local. Gave that a try and not working out!

Home Depot in Corsicana have good products and good prices. As for their young male employees ALL of them are LAZY! You have to ask for assistance in the store. And help loading. They just look at you, get on their phones, and hang out in and outside the store. I don’t know who the supervisor/ managers are but they need to train them on customer service and two how to do their job. The ladies staff assist more than the men.

I spent almost an hour in here and asked someone to help me with wire in the electrical. No one showed up after asking several people. There were at least 40 people wearing orange shirts and working today. The stainless fastener bin is a joke with nothing organized correctly. This place is terrible.I saw a guy drop some pvc pipe and 3 employees looked right at him and neglected to help and he was clearly having a tough time managing his kid and getting the supplies he needed.Just terrible.

I used the curbside pickup option for a part I ordered online. I didnt even have to get out of the car! It took less than 5 minutes from putting the car in park to driving away with my product in hand.

I was treated with great respect by Lisa Townley. She was a very competent assistant in the glazier department and assisted me in not only purchasing windows, but also in repairing a window. I will make Corsicana Home depot my preferred facility.

I like are store, and people are always friendly, and helpful. Go out of their way to load you up.
