I wish I would’ve came here first and not wasted valuable time over at hose of south Texas. I waited at hose of south Texas for 15 minutes for help for a hose repair. Two guys in front of me had been waiting for 45 minutes just to drop hoses off. Don’t waste your time over at hose of south Texas. Go to Austin hose first. Great people. They were eating lunch. One guy didn’t help two of them did. Great service. Got me out in five minutes. Thank you Austin Hose.

This is a five star operation, but we all can improve every day. The outside salesperson is above average in all aspects of life. There have been numerous times this salesperson has solved problems and delivered products after hours. When I call, my phone calls are always answered no matter the time or date.

We run a underground pipe cleaning inspection crew this place had every fitting and hose imaginable for high pressure water line and water fittings and caps to everything hydrolic. Got us our hose replaced and in and out with a quickness. Also everyone in the shop was extremely helpful and Great attitude toward customers

I have always been able to count on this company to fix or replace our broken hydraulic lines. Today was exceptional. My lift was down and I knew I may be out of service a few hours up to a day, but to my surprise David and his staff had two hoses built for me before I could finish paying the bill. Awesome business, David and his staff pulled me out of a bad bind. Had a rigid pipe with check valve that had English piping and fittings for an oil cooler. This something new to me and David explained the difference. He able make a new assembly for for new check valve. Job well done and they have a lifetime customer.
