We recently had our alarm system put in, the company answered all my questions and had someone out here within days. The technician was super friendly and explained everything in great detail. Its been a few weeks with this new system and we love it.

System cameras always going offline. Very unprofessional office staff. Our house was broken into one night, and you guessed it, cameras weren’t working so couldn’t get ID on people or vehicles. Holding us to over a $1000 cancellation fee. I’m needing to install a secondary system to make sure we have some type of security system working at all times so theirs is not reliable.

Great service!! They were on time and very professional installing our system. After installation they took their time teaching up how to use it. Even helped us get it on our phone!! Thank you so much!!!

This is by far the worst security company in town. Extremely poor customer service in which they continually blew off every appointment for 2 weeks and left me waiting without communication. They also allowed illegal access to another individual to our home. Owner offered no resolve or attempt to rectify- only that she didnt know why the employee behaved that way. Definitely steer clear of this company.

They were able to fit us into their schedule at the last minute and get our services started. Very fast and professional.

Avitech has a wonderful staff. Always there when I need them. Love calling the office and talking straight to a staff member and not be put on hold forever like you do with the big cooperate offices. Always available to take questions and patient with me. WONDERFUL STAFF!!!

Terrible customer service, there office is the most unprofessional joke Ive ever seen. Monitoring service they use is marginal at best. Would never recommend to anyone.

Without a doubt, Ben and his staff at Avitech are the best-qualified, most dedicated and professional people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. They ensure that we have what we need, when we need it, and there is no effort to upsell goods or services that dont suit our particular needs or budget. We will be customers for life and happy to not have to worry keeping up with any of the technological advances that make our house a home, or being able to get high quality and prompt service when we need it.

Avitech has the best and the most superior service in South Texas. From the professionalism during the consultation to the knowledge during orientation. Very friendly staff and VETERAN friendly! I’d prefer to have a locally owned and operated system in my house rather than dealing with a corporation anyday. It’s discouraging when a Vivint rep agreed that their own prices are way to expensive compared to Avitech.

Every aspect of All In One Cablings work was awful, I would rate zero stars if I had the option to do so. They ran CAT6, coax, speaker wire and HDMI in my new home. All but two cables had issues; there were bad punch downs, pin outs, connectors, wall plates, misrouted cables, and broken cables. I was grossly overcharged for defective equipment that had to be replaced at my expense. Karri would not answer emails or take calls. After weeks they finally sent someone out, the tech addressed a few of the issues but could only get so much done in a day so I ended up fixing most of the problems myself and Im still finding problems months later. Heed the BBB complants and dont hire All In One Cabling. Theyre by far the worst company Ive ever dealt with.
