Not happy!The thermostat stopped working completely. The technician diagnosed a bad controller board on the furnace and told us that it would cost $1300+ to replace just the board. But since the furnace was over 25 years old, we should really replace the whole thing. ABC was then so happy to provide estimates for the furnace replacement.Given that was a lot of money, we sought competing estimates and the second person to look at it found a simple blown fuse on the controller board. Three days cold and a lot of financial stress for a fuse that took 5 minutes to replace!!Rank incompetence.

2 days to get an appointment, and a 2-4 hour window for the technician to arrive.. After taking a 1/2 day off from work to accommodate their scheduling, I waited until 30 minutes after technician was to respond, to call their service number to get an update.. The lady on the phone put me on hold for 17 minutes, to get a response of Youre in a queue with 5 other tickets - The technician had a family emergency..Hey Service Experts / Commerfords : If your 1-and-only technician has a delay, how about letting your clients know by calling/texting/emailing them.. You have all the information in front of you, because you ask for it when the appointment was made !!End result: A/C still doesnt work on a 96 degree day in Walnut Creek, and Commerfords still has yet to respond.. Hopefully this review will steer potential customers clear of of Service Experts / Commerfords. ALL THEY DO IS BLOW HOT AIR UP YOUR ..... ON A SUMMER DAY...

Apparently there is someone placing negative reviews within the last week to several local Air Conditioning companies here in Corpus Christi. We also have been targeted. Please do not believe any reviews from the following: Antonio Jermann, Gint, Diane Obrienxg, Brittany Dahielsc, Thomas Y Lane, Daniel Palmer, E Eavayana Nauyhjkioldr, Alonso Spenser, Martha Carterd, Jerry Farr, G Margousae Yensuk. Not one of these people are in our data base. These are all fake accounts. All reviews have been reported as false by us as well as the other local companies.

Family-owned business with great customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Everyone there is knowledgeable, professional, and prompt! Highly recommend!

Got there on time... and did a great job getting our vacation home cooled off and comfortable. There is nothing worse than arriving from out of town to discover your AC is down. These guys got out to our place quick and got it fixed in a way that I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of.

I want to thank Great Air for coming out very promptly when my A/C went out. The Installation was top notch, and the installer didnt hesitate to stop and explain exactly what was being done and why. Great customer service! The team at Great Air Heating & Air Conditioning are amazing to work with.

Very disappointed with Great Air. They charged me the diagnostic fee and then told me about $300 per one hour of labor (parts are under warranty), because they include also maintenance service. I dont need maintenance to a 1.5 years old AC.By the way, Marcus Flores works at Great Air (he came to diagnose the AC) and he wrote a good review like he is a customer?!?
