No help from staff. Went into store 2 times in a four hour period and was met with same experience. They have no guide to measure a head for a ball cap. One staff member starred at me strangley when I asked if she had a sizing chart or something. She told me to just try on all the hats like everyone else. LEGIT. I know. Great to know Covid isnt a thing inside of Lids and we can all seek refuge there if need be. Matter in fact the whole place was over staffed and still cant get proper help. If I was the manager the product would be selling out the door and customer retention would be top priority. They lost 5 sales and Ill never return. Straight up.

I went to the Lids store on Jan.14 Saturday to buy a knit hat with Pittsburgh Steelers logo on it. The people at the store told me I could pick the style of hat from there kiosk , after putting in my E-mail and phone number and paid for it using my bank card I ask how long until my hat comes in and there response was about 7 days. I went by next Saturday and was told it normally comes in the following Monday. I called on Tuesday and was told my order was canceled on Jan. 16 .I never received an E-mail phone anything saying my order was cancelled.I looked at my bank statement and on Jan.17 they withdrew funds of $ 32.46 .I called there help line and was told that my order was canceled and funds were not taken out on there system they have. Now Im out $32.46 and have no hat. They tell me now I have to go to my bank and have it printed out where they took out funds fax it to um and then they will send me a check and that takes another 7 to 10 days. Not only did I not get a hat they stole funds from me and I have to prove it before they will send my funds back. I have looked on line and several people have been done this same way . Is this standard operating procedure to take peoples money and draw off the interest until they send proof or say its only $32.46 and not worry about it. I will never buy anything from these people and I hope more people read this post and do the same . Very unhappy person because I will never be a customer there . I did go online and found the same hat at Sports City and its being sent UPS to my house

I got to badass Houston Astros hats on sale

The employee was very specific about the hat being done in 45 min . I returned an hour and 10 minutes later and the employee stated the hat would be done in 35 min. Very poor customer service, no empathy. Never returning.
