I always make some kind of a visit to the mall and you better believe I find an excuse to stop and shop. The ladies and the gentleman that work here are so nice and very helpful. Even with the coronavirus and the new rules we have to follow very welcoming and friendly.

Really nice been getting my girl stuff from here for years have had a few charms break an jewels tend to fall out alot but over all they are nice quality .I just wish there was a rewards program of some sort would be really nice .also workers are always nice a helpful except for in san antonio

Terrible store manager along with managers. Very unprofessional. Always something wrong. They claim to take several days to clean a bracelet. However, in other cities they will have your bracelet cleaned and ready for you in 2 hours or less. Left my bracelet over night, called the next day and they said to give it a couple more hours, so I gave them a couple more hours and they told me it was not ready when I went to go pick it up. One manager was rude and talking back about nonsense she had no idea what she was talking about. Needs new management for sure. Only have problems at this Pandora, other cities are wonderful and have your stuff ready for you at reasonable times.

Itzel was so nice and very helpful, if you visit here ask for her. I was indecisive and despite all the different things i was asking to see she helped and made me feel comfortable the whole time.

Horrible customer service. Managers including store manager are rude, unprofessional, and very unhelpful. Go to a Pandora in other cities, dont waste your time here.

My wife loves the Pandora Disney collection. Good anniversary, birthday, etc gifts to give her.
