This location is never open, i went last month it was closed, I went today at 4 it was closed I called several times left voicemail so far no call back. Sign says call or back at 345 pm. And nothing. I will be emailing corporate on this location. If I could post without a star believe me I would of.

5 stars for sure! The staff was very friendly and practiced social distancing and sanitizing. We got my daughters class ting for 2021 they were super helpful and fast. We are returning customers and will continue to come back!

They took care of all of our graduation needs. Cap and gown, yearbook, class ring, announcements... were all set!

Dang, they have horrible reviews dating back 4 years! The jeweler in the mall said theyd make me a graduation ring. Students at TAMUCC have shown me their ring and are not happy with the quality of the gold plus some of them even pointed out the stone fell out! Not sure

I have had wonderful experiences with this company. The hours are not ridiculous they are open TO THE PUBLIC Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 12-5 and Saturday 10-2. They are there every single day filling orders THAT ARE LATE. The hours wouldnt be ridiculous if people placed their orders ON TIME instead of waiting till the last minute. Be responsible and dont blame a business for your mistake. Ive had 3 graduates and never once had a problem with them. Im very satisfied and have personally seen the hell the customers put the employees through. Keep up the good work Balfour!

I look online the hours of operation of Balfour because I drove to their store 2 times before today and found it closed. Google said that they closed at 6pm today so I arrived at 5:20pm. There were several cars in the parking lot and a lady was closing the gate as I parked (she saw me). I tried to open the gate and it was locked, but I knocked and the people inside saw me, but didnt let me in. I called by phone from my car and tell them that they locked the gate after seeing my car, the lady on the phone told me that they were closed since 5pm and didnt let me in. I went online to their page and look for a graduation tassel for my son and they sell it at $17 and charge $16 for shipping and packaging! I proceed to go to Amazon and bought the same tassel with the 2018 charm and the school colors for $9 no shipping charges and delivered next Friday. If they want to continue in business they need to treat customers better and not charge absurd amounts of money for their products. Why on Earth they need to charge $16 for shipping and packaging of a tassel?

The gentleman who took our order was very thorough and helpful. They are very organized about providing seniors with lots of items for graduation.

The lady that helped us with my daughters college class ring was so knowledgeable and informative. She knew her stuff!

My daughter and her friend went in to place an order while I waited in the car. They were in line for over 30 minutes and then my daughters friend was given an order form and told that her order couldnt be filled there. I went back in, waited in line for another 20 minutes, and left with the cap and gown she needed. Not sure why they told her they couldnt help her, but not very professional.

I paid in full and used a promo code to get my sons ring in 3 weeks. They tell me that his ring is special and would take up to 8 weeks. I paid alot of money in full to get told that i have to wait longer. That his ring was custom anddid not qualify for 3 week guarantyI am sueing for false advertising.

The girl that helped us was very friendly, and knowledgeable. We were able to get everything we wanted for a letterman, fairly quickly.

Didnt deliver our order. Didnt have it ready on time after that. I have only ever gotten a machine when calling, any day of the week. And have never had my calls returned. The worst, though, is not keeping their hours. I and several other parents have arrived within their posted hours only to find the shop closed up for the day. Like the other commenter said, if they didnt have a stinky monopoly on graduation gear, Id go somewhere else.

It is always hard to reach some one by phone. The hour are ridiculous! Wouldnt deal with Balfour if there were other companies that made these Announcements. When you make it to their office they are simply rude. I wouldnt even give 1 star but I was satisfied with the products I received.

Balfour has terrible showroom hours. Their phone message said they would be open every Saturday during the busy spring season, but did not give dates. Went today. NOT OPEN. Wasted trip. Balfour can do what they want to their customers because they have a monopoly on the business in Corpus. Not a happy customer.

Im disappointed that I have not heard from them concerning the letter Jacket I paid in full for. It is now past the due date I should have received it.

First off, the hours here are terrible!!! Seriously it seems to never be open! I went once about 20 min before closing time and they were already closed!!! The place is super small so if theres a long line, youre gonna be super crowded! Not enough room and lines tend to take long so your visit here might be a while
