The lady that waited on me was very nice. Information came freely. They have a big selection of doors. Beautiful. It is to pricy for me.

My dog shattered my door the Friday before thanksgiving and I was desperate to find a replacement that we could install ourselves without removing and installing a new frame. They were so wonderful and helpful when it came to finding a replacement. They made measuring the door easy for me and rushed to have the door ready that afternoon because they knew we were having family in from out of town. Now we have a beautiful new dog proof door that was very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family and I will buy from them again when I have door needs!

I came in today to get a cheap little interior door milled for the hinges and knob. This was the only place I called in town that would actually do it. The lady running the show was very nice, polite, and we had a good conversation while I was waiting. Any place that actually is willing to do something no one else wants to do for a very fair price is a place worth repeat business. Thank you!

Their product is high quality and beautiful, but the customer service is horrible. We ordered a door two months ago and never heard from anyone. So we called and they did not recall us ordering one. So the owner placed the order again and promised it would be handled. My husband called this week to find out the status, and Joe said it was in and to come and get it. I called on our way to the store on a Saturday and the owner tells us there is no door there like we are describing that we ordered. So forget it! Home Depot, here we come!

I supposedly bought what I thought was a new door. After a few days the new delaminated facing around the blind window panel appeared. Upon my investigation, the door seamed to be damaged and improperly repaired. I contacted the owners and they denied that the door was damaged, and they didnt make the sloppy repairs. They refused to make good on my purchase price, so consequently I had a custom door to my liking made at Zarsky Lumber. Dont waste your time dealing with these criminals.

Have nice products but I have tried to give them business for about a year and they have never helped me after a lot of follow up on my side! Ridiculous!

This place is trash! I sent my brother over there to pickup a taco order and they tried to sell him a door! Unprofessional!!

Good prices but can be hard to get hold of. Waiting on reorder of doors that came in wrong size.
