The manager who is there this morning does not know what shes doing..I return a cellphone holder this morning because it didnt work the way I wanted too.had my recipe and everything and she could not do the transaction. and than she decides to put a young man down who was helping me first and was doing a good job. That made me mad. she just gave me the $10.00 cash instead of transferring to my account since I paid with my credit 💳

Store is clean and well maintained. Well lit, and staff is helpful and friendly. We have made several purchases here of outdoor furniture, kitchen ware, and stuff for our kids apartments. You never know what you might find at a discounted price. I recommend!

Shortage of workers..but our sales lady sold us a couch and love seat and loaded it up herself! Male workers are much needed for tasks like this!

Its like a mini Walmart. But without an oil change or tire service. However, they have everything else. I like this location because the staff members are super nice. And its by my residency. Oh, yes they always have affordable prices on anything you like ☺️

Price are high for the quality of items. Also has stocking issues even prior covid. Customer service needs work sometimes you get a friendly worker others very rude.

The quality and selection of goods has really improved in this store! I used to think Big Lots had the same quality as K-Mart, but now the home organizers and decor have really stepped up! I love walking around the store and getting ideas and having so many options in the same colors. I just took advantage of their friends and family sale and stocked up on some really awesome organizers, like ones you would find in more expensive stores, and the prices were really good, like discount store good. This store is becoming one of my go to stores for home stuff!

The store is never perfectly clean, but its usually in better shape than the other location in Corpus. This one doesnt seem to have as quite as unique merchandise as some of the other Big Lots, as its a little on the small side (or at least the layout makes it feel this way). But still, Big Lots is Big Lots. Good deals on household products and always something interesting or new to try out.

I love shopping at Big Lots! They have some unique item. They have great prices on some merchandise and average prices on other items. If you shop around a little bit before you make your purchases, you will see the items of greater value. I have found the electric fireplaces are a great value. There are even some items that are priced cheaper than at Walmart.

I came in for an electric mixer, they had a good variety. I was actually surprised that they carried Black & Decker products.The store is very cluttered! It is conveniently located and it wasnt crowded. They have Great prices. The lady at the checkout was very nice. Overall it is a decent store. Beats going into a Wal-Mart.

So much to see during their 20% off sale. I had no idea they had so much furniture. Lots to see as far as bath items, from towels, to shower curtains, and food items. Had a great time. Oh I also bought electronic charger for my car qith 2 ports for 5 dollars.

I love this store, but I recently asked about the easy leasing and it’s not so easy. The employees didn’t give out much information and when I called the progressive company they said there would be no processing fee. It even says it on the website. Then I go into the store and one employee not gonna say names told me he wouldn’t recommend the leasing because there is a processing fee and you pay way more for the product then it would be to buy out right. I didn’t follow through with it because if they lie about one thing then I’m sure the rest of it is a scam. Love the store though and the items they have.

Best deals in the world

I had to return a set of sheets because the bottom sheet tore just from normal use. I had bought the sheets less than two months earlier but beyond the refund date. The manager was very kind and helpful, and she gave me store credit. Also, I enjoy trying some of the odd food items that are not available elsewhere in this city.

The manager Norma was very rude. Took merchandise back the next day I bought it. I had receipt but no tags. I told her we were just there the day before. She just was not nice about it at all. Even other co-worker heard her tone of voice and told me shes like that with everyone. Well she should not be that way with customers!

Went there for certain things and noticed that the particulars were strewn about the isle. Some people are so trashy, they dont even care that people have to pick up after them....BUT, the same stuff that was thrown all over the place, was still being passed up by 3 different workers.

Its a discount store. It has a good variety of merchandise just not a lot of it. It has food products, seasonal items, paper products, pet supplies and food, greeting cards, toys, and home decor.

I frequently stop by this store to see what kind of new stuff they have. My favorite finds here include more than half price makeup and beauty products, but especially those creams that have retinol or hylauronic acid. 😉 At $3.50 each theyre a product I will stock up on while they have it. You cant find these elsewhere for less than $20, and these are just as good. I also love that they have a lot of home decor stuff. I got some very realistic fake plants that are beautiful and I will never have to trim or water them. Also, right now they have the cutest fairy and gnome village garden decor.
