I’m 20 years old and have been going here since I was about 10. She’s very caring and knows what she’s doing. The only thing about this place is that it has odd hours, being that random days they are closed. However this is not a big deal. Quality service!

A very caring and professional doctor, that treats patients like humans and not insurance numbers.

What type of business is this!? The receptionist is rude and the doctor is never there and twice I’ve tried coming on a Friday and told me the doctors not here for today? Change your days available and close on the days she’s not there. Common sense, horrible place to even consider.

Best eye doctor Ive seen who really helped me understand my eye condition and made finding the right contact a breeze. Tried a few different brands out before finding the right ones. I have megalochornia which is fancy for big eyes lol. I would definitely recommend Dr craft to anyone looking for a great eye doctor,

Dr. Craft is amazing!! I originally went to her because I knew my one eye was awful and it was all routine. I ordered my contacts and glasses and she went over the contact procedure with me and bear with me through the pain of me trying to put them in! Fast forward a few months later I ended up scratching my eye pretty deep due to my own fault of not being completely comfortable with the contacts and seeked a lot of medical help and decided you know I’ll call her and she saved my eye!!! She saw me immediately and got me to a specialist right after!! I was diagnosed with an amoeba infection that if not caught early will leave you blind, but Dr. Craft knew something major was wrong and got me to where I needed to be!! I would never see another eye doctor! I look forward to the best eye care in the most compassionate hands!! Thanks Dr. Craft!!

My son needed an immediate eye exam for contacts before he left town following the holidays and Dr. Craft got him right in! She completed a very thorough exam and has a very reasonable rate. She made a brand recommendation for contacts. Since my son lives out of town and couldn’t recall the brand of contacts he uses, she was willing to change the brand on the prescription once he got back to her with the information (and all without charging an additional fee)......now that’s what I call good service! My whole family will now be seeing Dr. Craft. I’m glad I found an Optometrist who has a high level of professionalism (unlike my previous experience with Dr. Samir Bhakta (whom I will never do business with again)).

Might be a good OD but I will never know. Her staff member was so rude! Tried to tell me that the person who confirmed my appt told me the credit card machine wasnt working. Soooo I played the message and there was no mention of that. Mind you my appointment was at noon they had plenty of time to call and ask me to bring cash or check or reschedule, but instead they chose to let me drive all the way in from the island. I think that was rude and no apology offered, just a smirk and giggle! To me when a Clinician allows her staff to operate that way it doesnt matter how good she herself may be I wont do business there, nor will I recommend them to anyone!

Best ever! She is nice and takes her time.

I am not pleased. I initially sought her for my boys a couple years back. As time has passed it always seems difficult to get someone to answer. Finally when someone answers it feels like she is not caring and just wants me to rush to a point and so eagerly to hang up with me. I have decided to start seeking services else where.
