Had an appointment at 3pm for new service, but store was shuttered when I arrived. According to the manager the store is closing for the day. (whats the point of an appointment if they cant honor them??) I will take my hard earned dollars to a different provider if this is the kind of customer service Verizon provides. Super disappointed especially since I drive an hour to Corpus just to be turned away at the door.

It never fails stepping in the store you are greeted and ask to wait in line they well be with you as soon as possible. Did I mention they are super busy and have the phone and know how to fix your problems.

I was just there, first of all there is nothing saying please sign up. I had to ask how to get customer service agent. Second being called up. I find out I needed to be added as manager on family plan. So that involved calling family at work to get new phone and trying to get help fixing google password correctly. While he is rubbing his eye and not saying anything and someone else coming over to chit chat with him. Are you kidding how rude the whole experience was. I had better help in Reno, NV. Has Verizon really gone down hill with none caring for seniors or anyone. Disappointed.

The wait is long and it took awhile to get issue corrected that Verizon retailer on Greenwood and SPID had caused, however it did get fixed, thanks to the young man that assisted us. The young man was in a hurry to leave us to go to a doctor appointment so he left us still needing to purchase a phone protector. We waited for awhile until we just couldnt wait any longer. We had already spent a whole day at Cellular Retailers on Greenwood thinking it was actually a Vetizon store that we had walked into. The Verizon sign is on the building. DO NOT GO TO THE VERIZON ON GREENWOOD AND SPID. IT IS NOT AN OFFICIAL VERIZON LOCATION. We learned the hard way.

Went to this Verizon store and the young man did his best to help us, BUT! the manager seemed to look down on us and didnt seem to want to help us. Sadly to say the young man list his sale because of his manager.Good news is I went to the Calallen store and Diane C. did a wonderful job of helping me and got me the phone I wanted ordered with no issues, & no attitude. Great service but definitely the most expensive phone company you can get. Oh and if you think that if you buy a 5g phone you will actually get it your wrong. Yesterday they told me that Corpus wont have 5g until later on next year, thats the end of 2022.

Overall the service was pretty quick and we got done what we came in for. This is the first Verizon store I came too where you had to check in to get service. We didn’t know that so we sat down in the front and waited a while until we realized that we had to check in with the Store Manager. After we saw people walking in and checking in and being helped we checked in and didn’t wait too long. The one representative helped us and got us a replacement device super fast. One day shipping was included so I would not have to wait long for a replacement phone. Overall the experience was good but the SM checking people in could have walked up to us and checked us in realizing we didn’t know you needed to check in.

Went to this store to pick up a cell phone I ordered with an agent over the phone in costumer service. When I arrived to the location, there was absolutely no one there. It was barred up and closed and had missed delivery stickers on the door from FedEx and UPS. Per their posted stores hours this location should have been opened. Yet no one was there for absolutely no reason at all. Unfortunately I had a flight leaving the very next day, so I had to call and have my order cancelled and resent to another location. This location is so unprofessional and just decides to close whenever they feel like it I suppose.

I have not been happy with the service since the day I signed up! I switched from T-Mobile and it has been a nightmare y’all’s customer service is the WORST! I never rate but I can not believe how terrible of an experience iv had! I call in to resolve issues and stay on the line for hours getting hung up on repeatedly. You all charged me for lines I never had! The reps are so rude I have yet to talk to someone who cares!!! Worst cell phone service by far!!!

We have been a Verizon customer since 2006, a fellow by the name Joe Ramirez entered my office and I wish I never let him in the door. My bill went from 379.59 to 930.00. Joe talked a big game and made promises that never reflected on paper. I have now asked him contact several ways with no response. It is apparent that our business is not wanted or appreciated. I have a time sensitive issue that needs to be resolve . Step it up Verizon, lets hope that this will be resolved or you will lose an account due to negligence. Im very disappointed in the way we are being treated.

I’m amending my review and my rating because we got the general manager from the store involved as well as the Verizon Customer Call center (again) and they got this resolved. I also appreciate the store responding to my original negative review with an apology. Mistakes were made, but a graceful apology and fixing the situation makes it better. Thank you Verizon for finishing well.My original review: There wasn’t an option to give zero stars. I arranged with Verizon corporate for my adult son to pick up his phone upgrade at the store. I made him an account manager. There was a issue about whether he could pick it up without my credit card being there. I called Verizon corporate and they said yes that this local store should be able to just file a simple report or send me a pin verification and then he should be able to pick up his phone. When I called the store I spoke with a store representative who was rude, argumentative, who told me in a disrespectful manner a manner that Verizon corporate didn’t know how to do these things and that he knew better. He also wasted way too much of my time on the phone and told me that based upon his one and a half years of experience he knew how deliveries really went. I will NEVER order any service through this local Verizon office. I would recommend that you avoid them. I have always gotten exceptional service through the Verizon call center and through my local Verizon offices that I have used in Wisconsin, Kentucky and in College Station,Texas. But this office in Corpus Christi, Texas and this particular customer service representative is disrespectful and made it the worst experience. I will be calling the Verizon call center about the issues that we’ve had with this local office.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars because we recieved 0 service from them. When we showed up we were told that only one account was allowed in the store at a time and only 1 person per account could go in. We were also told we were required to wear a mask while in the store . All of this was told to us by a very rude condescending salesman. keep in mind that all of Texas is open to 75% capacity. But for some reason this store feels the need to discriminate against anyone who dosent want or need to confirm to their silly rules . We took our account to the Verizon on Saratoga which was open to anyone who wanted to do business and they happily served us . I will never go to this store again and I will never refer anyone to go there either .

Totally incompetent people who do not know their companies own policies. Told us if we got a single plan that we would be able to transfer it to another plan at any time.... Not the case. Refusal to help me or even return my calls by the store manager. I travel for a living and was left with no answer 0 help. Instead I was left stranded by a company I have been a loyal customer to for over 8 years and spent 12,000$ in phones for my business and family and 3,000$ a year for 8 years in service. Instead I will drive to San Antonio 200 miles away from me, to receive help with my problem. It’s stores like this one that make me want to change cellular providers. I had a perfect experience on my recent visit to this store, from start to finish. I was instantly greeted at the door, asked what I could be helped with, and matched with a salesperson that was knowledgeable, timely, and polite -- I did not have to wait around, I was not ignored, etc. I upgraded a phone, altered my wireless plan, and bought a couple of accessories. I waited a month before publishing this review to see if everything would match up (plan-wise) like they said, and it has. I cant think of anything else I could have asked for. Immediate service, knowledgeable crew, had the phone and accessories in stock, and were honest about my new phone plan and detailed in their explanation of it. I didnt have any questions after I walked out the door.As an aside, I did go in knowing generally what I wanted, and I was prepared to buy -- so I wasnt there to dillydally or try to get something for nothing. Quite honestly, I thought after reading the other reviews here that... well I didnt know what to expect. So either the crew was really on their game that day, or things have changed since these other lower-rated reviews were posted. Ill go to this store in the future and I confidently recommend it to anyone else.

I walked into the store, and said to one of the free associates and said, Hey! I have a quick question for you! Before I could ask my quick question, he laughed and said, Youre going to have to wait for someone else. Im in the middle of something right now. Did something on his computer and then walked around the corner. I asked another guy, who just walked out of the door and in the same direction, my quick question. Hey, do you guys have a bathroom I can use? So, my first impression with this store was not great. I come back and get to business: trying to return a phone that Ive had for only 5 days that started resetting itself continuously on day 3. They tell me that I cant return it because of a tiny little crack on the thumb-pad, which it had when I took it out of the box. I figured that would be an issue and explained that it came out of the box like that, and that it worked fine, so I wasnt going to try to return it immediately because I needed it for the weekend, but now its not even turning on, so I need their help. I explain that I was trying to work on the return process over the weekend, and that there were some hiccups, but they should be able to see that I requested a return label in the notes, before the phone broke. They tell me that they can get me a replacement and that I should be able to return it, and that I should call Verizon as soon as I get the phone, and they say that I might get charged for the tiny crack on the thumb-pad, which apparently breaks the iOS and makes it reset continuously. Two days later, I get the replacement, I drive out to the UPS in Corpus (40min from where I live) send off the broken phone, get my replacement all started up and initiate all the updates that it requires, and figure, since Im in Corpus, and there is a corporate store there, and they told me that I could return my replacement. I walk in and wait for someone to help me, explain that I want to return the phone, he goes back to talk with his manager and comes out to tell me that they cant return the phone. Funny enough, I have to ask him, Why can I not return the phone? Keep in mind that two days ago, they said I would be able to return the phone. He explains that because they replaced it, even though I am still well within the 14-day return policy, they can not return it. I then leave, call Verizon, go online and... what do you know? I can print a return label. The lady I spoke with on the phone was delightful and told me that I CAN still return my phone because it is within the 14 day window. Theres my story, heres my recommendation: Dont go into the stores, especially this one. They dont care about serving or helping their customers, they care about getting you out the door as quickly as possible, regardless of what you need or want. Which is sort of ironic given that they work in Customer Service... but what do I know? Im just a customer.

My mother in law and I went to Verizon to see if they had a particular type of screen saver for our phones that we just purchased. We were not Verizon service customers but looked at several other places with no luck. I asked the lady at the door (the one that checks people in) and she said they probably didnt have them but shed check in the back. Immediately she starts checking someone else in. Ok no biggie maybe when she gets done checking people in shell go look. So we look around. Were waiting for a while when I noticed shes helping some other customer... We just left. I realize we arent top of the list to be helped but she couldnt go to the back for a quick minute to see if they had what we were looking for?! Well I wont be looking to be a Verizon customer anytime soon for sure now...

They will sell you anything - even something that does not exist. Get anything you purchase in writing or do not buy. Better yet record what they tell you at the counter on your phone so you have it on record for lengthy customer service calls later.I purchased a data plan described the same way on two separate days by two separate employees. While they were polite in the store and the wait time was not overly long each time, I was extremely disappointed to learn a month later that they sold me a plan that does not exist. The plan they both described as lasting 180 days to use the data only lasted 1 month. 80% of the data I bought was wasted.After spending more than an hour on the phone with multiple customer service agents, I was refunded 30% of the original amount of data. In data, not dollars. Neither the service reps or the store would offer a dollar prorated refund (store manager was conferenced into the calls).So in the end, I actually received 50% of the data I purchased with one-third of the time I was promised I could use it in.I would not trust anything verbally promised by anyone at this store location.
