Ive been to many targets across the U.S and this target was amazing an employee named jason was the nicest and knew everything i asked for and provided amazing service!!! He helped me in the bedding department and didnt mind walking with me to show me prices and mentioning all the services that their target has, even departments that wasnt his he knew about everything and was a major help for me i was ready to walk out with nothing and left with everything i needed. Really great experience and hope he stays so i can come back and ask for him next time!!

Crystal came to my car asking me about my curbside delivery. She did not have to do that. She asked me what I ordered and then she promptly went in and got it for me and was very professional, courteous. Employees like Crystal deserve a raise for being a stellar employee. She deserves this for her hard work and loyal dedication to Target and to its customers. I find items I can not find at H.E.B. I must add that during the Pandemic I have found many of the items that I used to buy at Target are no longer available and I now find them at H.E.B. however, I have to go to different H.E.B. stores to find them. Wish I could find them at Target so that I can do my one stop shopping.

Love the easy organized way the store is laid out. Clean bright lights make it.feel sanitary & friendly. Like the products plus the discount. Love that Starbucks is in Target.

I went to Target for nothing, mostly a Starbucks run and window shop. I only took baby in the stroller with me and found an item I didnt intend to buy too big for it. I asked the electronics team member to call someone to help in the baby section, he asked what I needed help with, I said check out and then someone for carry out. He checked me out with my other items and walked the item out to the car himself. Amazing service!

They have the cutest bikinis in target. It is an all stop shop. I always end up coming here and overspending. Haha

If I needed something I could not fine the target staff assist me so I am happy with their service .

The bathrooms are horrid. Theres fecus on the seats, used sanitary items on the floor, trash everywhere. Soap dispensers were empty.Obviously theres a like of attention to the restrooms.

Quickest curbside pick up ever!

They always have what I want and need. The employees are friendly and its always clean!! Target has the best merchandise! The only thing I would do is add a second one in town with the full grocery!! Over 300,000 people in this city, plus surrounding areas. Theyre produce and meat is always fresher than the other grocery stores!!

I desperately needed my newborns unique formula and called target to see if they had it in stock thankfully they did & Anthony was a huge help to make sure I got it.

Had no problem getting in and out quickly. They are rearranging a bit inside. I needed a new phone charger. They have an isle and a half a iPhone accessories, but about a half dozen Android accessories. Really? I guess people with iPhones loose or break their stuff more. I was truly disappointed in the selection.I also wanted to get a cheap pair of spare head phones for a trip. No luck on that front either.Had three different target team members offer to help me at different points in the store, however!

My go to target. Helpful and clean Location. Prefer this over Walmart on Saratoga

I had a very amazing experience. Alex M helped me find the perfect gift for my daughters birthday. Enrique was very friendly and welcoming. Malcolm D made my husband and my self laugh. We had a very bad day and these 3 employees made our day. They were very helpful. It felt as though we had known all 3 of the our whole lives. Thank you so much for employing them. They are wonderful people, especially with everything going on these days.

Target is one of the merchandise stores in the USA that maintains a high standard of cleanliness, this store included. Shelves always seem to be stocked and when I had a question, one stocker was more than willing to help. I do not live in the area, but if I did this Target would get my business.

With a total of 1 - employee register open and 25 people in line. No management any where in site. Shopping at target is fun and trendy. But the way the front end is run, is like cattle waiting in line. Quick SELF check outs are trendy in all stores. But not more important than good customer service.

The cashier made sure to accommodate touchless payment if possible. It made me feel comfortable.

I love Target. Ordered online. Received an e-mail shortly after to pick up my purchase. The order was waiting for me when I arrived at the store. Very easy process and the clerk was very nice too.

I can always find my cats favorite food and treats. Everything is always nicely displayed.

Please do not place a pick up order, it would be safer and faster to go into the store and get it yourself. Waiting in long lines for pickup is not social distancing.

I love your store but am disabled now. It is ridiculously difficult to get around your childrens clothing areas! I hit walls, square displays. I couldnt get to a lot of the merchandise because it was impossible. I was so frustrated!! I will not shop here again. This is unfair to the disabled using the carts. Advise you to fix it. Im sure the ADA wouldnt be happy.

The Target Drive Up option is convenient and I have no issues yet with incorrect ordering etc. Always ready within 2 hours, most within an hour. Great for household items. I do hope down the road they can add refrigerated/frozen items to the Drive Up option

This target almost never has anything!! The shelves are always empty! There is one Target for all of Corpus Christi and the surrounding cities and it’s awful! You may as well just order online!

What is not like about a target. So recommend using their app while shopping here. They have extra deals and makes finding items easier. Just wish they had a cafe, not just Starbucks, but cant complain.

This is the last of several incredibly poor shopping experiences I have had at this store. First of all, the young lady that works at the refreshment/popcorn center possesses the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced in my life. She stares unpleasantly at customers who are next in line but fails to alert them that she is ready for them to come up. When I asked her if she was ready, after being stared at with the face of a tatted up sloth for an uncomfortable amount of time, she rolled her eyes and said yes as though I was inconveniencing her. If she was a nicer person, I would have informed her that I could see her plumbers crack under that tramp stamp.Today, I was waiting in line to check out. I had been waiting in an incredibly slow moving line for quite some time when a cashier opened a register. I did not want to be forward and move to her register before she was ready, so, I waited for her to alert the next person in line to come up for business. She allowed a young girl who was not in line to walk to her line to check out. She did not, as is customary, offer the next person in line to come up and do business. After the girl checked out, in a very sloth like manner, she proceeded to check her cell phone and scroll through for a bit. I decided to walk up and do business only to get turned away because she said that I had crossed lanes and that it was another mans (who got in line well after me) turn, not mine. I decided I had had enough and simply left without purchasing anything.These are two examples of how poorly trained these cashiers are. They, in general, seem to lack the customer service skills in order to allow a business to run efficiently. I constantly witness incredible amounts of cell phone usage while in between customers, which slows the process down entirely.I tried to call the manager three times today in order to alert her of the issues and was hung up on twice. I could not get through the third time.I will be calling headquarters because I do enjoy Target everywhere else I go. There is something in the water at this Target, which might explain the crickets I hear whenever I shop there. It is awful.On a positive note, there is an incredibly petite and young Hispanic girl that works at the cash register and she is awesome. I wish I knew your name because you are the only cashier that is a decent person.

Target has nice things for your home plus clothing and everything you need to fill up your pantry. I love the convenience of ordering online and picking up in store. Target upgraded their electric carts making shopping much more enjoyable for people with mobility issues. We always pick up popcorn and a cherry icee when we shop there!

I bought Ive couple of items of clothing yesterday at target in Corpus Christi. Theyve got the dressing rooms closed so you cant try anything on. I guess I can understand that part. But not to be able to return anything until the 27th makes no sense at all. They should tell people when you buy clothing that you cannot return it for a while. They have no excuse except theyre sorry.

Everyone was very nice and helpful! It was a quick checkout process and I was done within 15 minutes shopping and buying!

Need cashiers at night. i don’t mind self checkout when i have a few items. when i have a basket full of stuff & a 2 yr old i’m trying to keep happy, i do not want to do self check out. every other target i have been to always has at least one checker until closing. this has been my experience every time i have gone here since we moved to corpus. if i had another option for targets in town, i wouldn’t go to this one again. sadly this is the only one, maybe that’s why they don’t seem to care.

Love shopping at Target

Although the staff had masks on ..90% of customers were not wearing masks..too unsafe.

I normally like Target but the Corpus Christi store is less than great. It hasnt been updated much and is often lacking merchandise. I used to be a fan of Cartwheel but it has become very difficult to use and not worth much. I hope you can improve Cartwheel, it was a neat perk when it first came out.Also the checkout line is incredibly slow compared to other stores around the country. Most stores have checkers who stand out in the aisle, ushering in customers to their registers. In Corpus Christi, they dont have enough people on the registers to even do this.

Jacob, the man that checked me out on Saturday was the most helpful and kind person I have encountered in a retail store in a very long while. Especially here in Corpus Christi, Texas. The store was clean, and beautifully stocked. It really was a very pleasant experience and put a smile on my face for the rest of the day.

Despite the remodeling, everything was still easy to find and neatly organized. I found a few bargains along the way. I always enjoy shopping here.

Holiday shopping at Target is a nightmare. We went to pick up a Go-pro at the electronics center. There was one guy manning it and covering the toy section and ringing customers up and answering questions and trying to please everyone on a Saturday afternoon. TARGET please staff appropriately during the holiday rush... especially the toy and electronics area. && great job to the young man wearing multiple hats and not losing his patience.

I love going to target but don’t get Starbucks there. The girl that was working the register was extremely rude and rushing people. I was not being rude what so ever ; her tone of voice and the way she was talking and constantly rolling her eyes full of attitude it was disgusting & I couldn’t even finish talking she interrupted me asking what size before I could tell her .Several people were annoyed of her attitude. I got a caramel frappe and I literally got a dot of whipped cream this wasn’t a big deal but I don’t know who hired her but they need to be stricter on who they hire. She needs a reality check because She’s working at Starbucks can it really be that hard and stressful that she has to ruin everyone’s day ??

The variety of things you can buy in the store

There is something about morons and customer service. This store is run by them. Many times, store management does not want to work with you and treat customers like thieves instead of shoppers. Snack bar service is OK yet overworked and messy on many occasions. The Starbucks quality of drinks and service could be better (Less talk and goofing off, the better). The plus side-Cashiers who are friendly and do everything right to get you checked out in hurry. The store is decent to shop at but it is tough to ignore the age and wear of a store that has great prices and deals on merchandise.

This Target is wonderful. When we have visited this store it has always been well stocked. The employees are helpful and the cashier lines arent too long. One of the items we purchased rang up at the wrong price and I didnt notice youll I was at the car. So I went back in to check the price, took a photo of it and then went to customer service and they gave me back my money. Never have had a bad experience at this Target and we have shopped here many times over the years.

Clean store with friendly workers. Of course due to the current situation the shelves are pretty bare, but that is an issue everywhere and not exclusive to Target. Also has a Starbucks inside. Plenty of parking but center can get busy as there is an HEB close by.

A wide selection of products is offered at Target store, which is great, but some of the products on the shelves are outdated. For example, the boxed Quaker coconut-flavored oatmeal had an expiration date of January 2019. This needs to be fixed --- sell fresh items!

Corpus is like the small towns of big cities so they often dont have everything I want in stock but its still a pretty big selection. Cashier spent 15 minutes the other day searching for a product it said online they had in stock. She didnt find it but she was dedicated to looking and I appreciated her.

I love Target but this location is a HOT MESS!!!The lines are crazy.. I love to get the popcorn and occasionally sit at the snack bar and eat a small personal pizza but it is so sloppy and dirty customers with their shopping carts in the snack bar area with no room to move kids playing with the slush machine. Only one person working in the snack bar area not good..
